Veelgebruikte testnormen voor de IR-isolatieweerstand van lithiumbatterijen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1405\">\u2460 IEC 62133<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1406\">IEC 62133 is een norm opgesteld door de Internationale Elektrotechnische Commissie, die betrekking heeft op de veiligheidseisen en testmethoden voor lithiumbatterijen en lithiumbatterijpakketten. Deze norm stelt duidelijke eisen aan de isolatieweerstandstest (IR-test) van lithiumbatterijen om de nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de testresultaten te waarborgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1407\">\u2461 UL 2054<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1408\">UL 2054 is een norm opgesteld door het American Safety Laboratory en is van toepassing op de veiligheidseisen en testmethoden voor lithiumbatterijen. Deze norm specificeert ook de eisen voor het testen van de isolatieweerstand (IR) van lithiumbatterijen om de veilige werking van de batterij tijdens gebruik te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1409\">\u2462 GB\/T 18287<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1410\">GB\/T 18287 is een norm opgesteld door het Chinese Nationale Comit\u00e9 voor Standaardisatiebeheer en is van toepassing op algemene specificaties voor mobiele telefoonbatterijen en lithium-ionbatterijen. Deze norm stelt overeenkomstige eisen aan de IR-isolatieweerstandstest van lithiumbatterijen om de prestaties en kwaliteit van de batterij te waarborgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1411\">2. Analyse van de resultaten en redenen voor de slechte isolatieweerstandstest<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1412\">Bij de IR-isolatieweerstandstest van lithiumbatterijen kunnen slechte testresultaten optreden. Deze ongunstige resultaten kunnen de volgende oorzaken hebben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1413\">\u2460 Problemen in het productieproces: Problemen tijdens het productieproces, zoals materiaalfouten en gebrekkige procesbeheersing, kunnen leiden tot defecten zoals onzuiverheden of scheuren in de batterij, waardoor de testresultaten van de isolatieweerstand worden be\u00efnvloed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1415\">\u2461 Temperatuurinvloed: Temperatuur is een van de belangrijkste factoren die de prestaties van lithiumbatterijen be\u00efnvloeden. Een te hoge of te lage temperatuur kan de chemische reactie en het ionentransport in de batterij be\u00efnvloeden, waardoor de testresultaten van de isolatieweerstand worden be\u00efnvloed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1416\">\u2462 Laadstatus: De laadstatus van de lithiumbatterij be\u00efnvloedt ook de testresultaten van de isolatieweerstand. Overladen of -ontladen kan leiden tot problemen zoals de ontbinding van het elektrolyt in de batterij en structurele veranderingen van de actieve stoffen in de positieve en negatieve elektroden, wat de testresultaten van de isolatieweerstand negatief be\u00efnvloedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1417\">\u2463 Externe druk: Veranderingen in de externe druk kunnen ook de isolatieprestaties van lithiumbatterijen be\u00efnvloeden. Overmatige druk kan leiden tot problemen zoals lekkage van elektrolyt in de batterij, kortsluiting van de positieve en negatieve elektroden, enz., wat de testresultaten van de isolatieweerstand zal be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1418\">\u2464 Veroudering: Naarmate de gebruiksduur toeneemt, be\u00efnvloedt de mate van veroudering van lithiumbatterijen ook de testresultaten van hun isolatieweerstand. Veroudering kan leiden tot problemen zoals verdamping van het elektrolyt in de batterij en het uitvallen van de actieve stoffen in de positieve en negatieve elektroden, wat de testresultaten van de isolatieweerstand negatief be\u00efnvloedt.
