De kernfunctie is het combineren van talloze afzonderlijke cellen door middel van een wetenschappelijke serie-parallelle schakeling, en deze vervolgens te integreren met een batterijbeheersysteem (BMS), een thermisch beheersysteem, elektrische componenten en een beschermende behuizing om een compleet energiepakket te vormen dat direct klaar is voor gebruik in energieopslagscenario&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">De waarde van het accupakket schuilt in de integratie van diverse componenten, waarmee de beperkte capaciteit van individuele cellen wordt gecompenseerd. Het biedt niet alleen een hogere spanning en capaciteit, maar het batterijbeheersysteem (BMS) en het thermisch beheersysteem garanderen ook de veiligheid, effici\u00ebntie en levensduur van de gehele unit tijdens het laden en ontladen. Dit maakt het een onmisbare kernenergiebron in energieopslagsystemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember64\">De vijf kerncomponenten van PACK zijn onmisbaar.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember65\">Een accupakket kan specifiek worden onderverdeeld in vijf kernmodules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">De batterijmodule is het &quot;energiecentrum&quot; van het accupakket. Het is een &quot;kleine eenheid&quot; die bestaat uit meerdere afzonderlijke cellen die in serie en parallel zijn geschakeld. Door bijvoorbeeld 12 cellen van 3,2 V in serie te schakelen, ontstaat een module van 38,4 V. Door meerdere van dergelijke modules parallel te schakelen, wordt de capaciteit verder verhoogd. De kernfunctie is het &quot;opslaan en vrijgeven van elektrische energie&quot;. Afhankelijk van de spanning en capaciteit die nodig zijn voor de energieopslag, kunnen verschillende moduletypen worden gekozen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">Het elektrische systeem is de &quot;bloedvaten en zenuwen&quot; van het accupakket. Als energie- en signaaloverdrachtsnetwerk bestaat het hoofdzakelijk uit koperen stroomrails, hoogspanningskabels, laagspanningskabels en elektrische beveiligingscomponenten (zoals zekeringen en relais). De hoogspanningskabel is verantwoordelijk voor het transporteren van de hoogspanningsenergie die in de accumodule is opgeslagen naar externe verbruikers (zoals omvormers) en vormt daarmee het kernkanaal voor energieoverdracht. De laagspanningskabel verzendt in realtime BMS-stuursignalen en statusinformatie van de accucellen (zoals spanning en temperatuur) naar diverse componenten, waardoor de geco\u00f6rdineerde werking van het gehele systeem wordt gewaarborgd. De koperen stroomrails fungeren als de &quot;geleidende brug&quot; tussen de accucellen en modules en vereisen een lage weerstand en een hoge geleidbaarheid om mogelijke oververhitting door slecht contact te voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"707\" height=\"535\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-56.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1811\" style=\"width:439px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-56.png 707w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-56-600x454.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-56-300x227.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 707px) 100vw, 707px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">Het thermisch beheersysteem is de &quot;slimme airconditioning&quot; van het accupakket. Batterijen zijn het meest gevoelig voor ongelijkmatige verwarming en koeling. Overmatige temperaturen kunnen leiden tot celvervorming, een kortere levensduur van de batterij en zelfs veiligheidsrisico&#039;s. Te lage temperaturen verminderen de laad- en ontlaadeffici\u00ebntie aanzienlijk. Daarom cre\u00ebert het thermisch beheersysteem een &quot;constante temperatuuromgeving&quot; voor het accupakket, zodat alle batterijcellen binnen een temperatuurbereik van 5 \u00b0C of lager blijven. De huidige gangbare methoden voor thermisch beheer vallen in twee categorie\u00ebn. Luchtkoeling maakt gebruik van ventilatoren, warmtewisselaars en andere componenten om warmte af te voeren door middel van luchtstroom. Het heeft een eenvoudige structuur en lage kosten en is geschikt voor energieopslagscenario&#039;s met een laag tot gemiddeld vermogen (zoals energieopslag in huishoudens). De kerncomponenten omvatten compressoren, ventilatoren, warmtewisselaars, enz., en bieden een hoge mate van flexibiliteit bij de montage. Vloeistofkoeling absorbeert warmte door de circulatie van koelvloeistof, heeft een nauwkeurigere temperatuurregeling en een hogere warmteafvoereffici\u00ebntie en is geschikt voor energieopslaginstallaties met een hoog vermogen (zoals zonne-energieopslag).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">De behuizing vormt het &quot;skelet en pantser&quot; van de PACK. Als externe beschermende structuur bestaat deze hoofdzakelijk uit de behuizing zelf, het deksel, een metalen beugel en bevestigingsschroeven. De behuizing heeft drie kernfuncties: de ondersteuningsfunctie is het vastzetten van de interne batterijmodules en elektrische componenten om structurele stabiliteit te garanderen; de beschermingsfunctie is het weerstaan van externe mechanische impact (zoals botsingen) en trillingen, en het voorkomen dat stof en vocht de binnenkant binnendringen, waarmee wordt voldaan aan de beschermingseisen voor energieopslag in de buitenlucht (meestal een IP65-beschermingsniveau); sommige behuizingen bevatten ook brandwerende materialen om de veiligheid verder te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/D5612AQEykn69St7YeA\/article-inline_image-shrink_1500_2232\/B56ZmZ29LtKEAU-\/0\/1759222945734?e=1768435200&amp;v=beta&amp;t=Da2Ly_5gBmJhQsRPMWxZbaqbzulbmCwNRf4SIa9AuYQ\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" style=\"width:477px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">Het BMS (Battery Management System) is het &quot;brein en centrum&quot; van het accupakket. Als intelligente besturingskern is het verantwoordelijk voor realtime monitoring en nauwkeurig beheer van het gehele accusysteem. De belangrijkste functies omvatten conditiebewaking, laad- en ontlaadbeheer, balancering en gegevensoverdracht. Conditiebewaking verzamelt realtime de spanning, stroom en temperatuur van de accucellen, evenals de laadstatus (SOC) en de gezondheidsstatus (SOH) van het gehele pakket. Laad- en ontlaadbeheer voorkomt overladen, overontladen en overstroom, waardoor het laad- en ontlaadproces binnen veilige grenzen blijft. Balancering past de celstatus aan door middel van actieve of passieve balancering wanneer er spanningsverschillen tussen cellen optreden, waardoor levensduurvermindering door slechte consistentie wordt voorkomen.
