De DCR-test berekent de interne weerstand (R = \u0394U\/I) door een constante stroom toe te passen en de spanningsverandering te meten. Dit weerspiegelt de dynamische impedantiekarakteristieken van de batterij onder werkelijke bedrijfsomstandigheden. Deze ohmse weerstanden omvatten de elektrodeweerstand, de elektrolytweerstand en de separatorweerstand. Wanneer er stroom door de batterij loopt, veroorzaakt deze interne weerstand een spanningsval in de batterij, wat de prestaties be\u00efnvloedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/D5612AQF724MUoT1M2A\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/B56ZmAGyR8HQAQ-\/0\/1758790887433?e=1768435200&amp;v=beta&amp;t=UIg6eg9ETAcRl5cfzNZt4PLNF8Y57Gh8j_CAU27gaY4\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember65\">DCR meet de rol van de batterijprestaties.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\"><strong>(1) Evaluatie van de batterijstatus (State of Health, SOH)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">De gezondheidstoestand (State of Health, SOH) van een batterij verwijst naar de verhouding tussen de huidige prestaties en de prestaties toen de batterij nieuw was. Het weerspiegelt de veroudering en de resterende levensduur van de batterij. De dynamische stroomratio (DCR) is een belangrijke indicator voor het beoordelen van de SOH van lithiumbatterijen. Een nieuwe batterij heeft een extreem lage DCR. Dit komt doordat in de beginfase van de batterijproductie de structuur van het elektrodemateriaal intact is, de elektrolyt uitstekend presteert, de ionengeleiding van de separator optimaal is en de interne ohmse weerstand laag is. Naarmate de batterij laad- en ontlaadcycli doorloopt, ondergaat het elektrodemateriaal structurele veranderingen, waardoor de interne ohmse weerstand toeneemt en de DCR geleidelijk stijgt. Door veranderingen in de DCR te monitoren, kan de veroudering van de batterij in realtime worden gevolgd, wat een basis vormt voor vervanging en onderhoud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">(2) Correlatie met andere batterijprestatieparameters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">DCR is ook nauw verbonden met andere prestatieparameters van de batterij. Zo is het bijvoorbeeld gerelateerd aan het capaciteitsbehoud van de batterij. Wanneer de DCR toeneemt, neemt het energieverlies van de batterij tijdens het laden en ontladen toe, wat resulteert in een afname van de daadwerkelijk bruikbare capaciteit van de batterij. Bovendien be\u00efnvloedt DCR ook de zelfontlading van de batterij. Batterijen met een hogere interne weerstand ondervinden een groter energieverlies tijdens zelfontlading, waardoor de levensduur van de batterij wordt verkort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"221\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-55.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1808\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-55.png 400w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-55-300x166.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember71\">Effect van DCR op de ontladingscapaciteit van de batterij<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">(1) Voordelen van een kleine DCR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Hoe kleiner de DCR (Dynamic Current Ratio), hoe kleiner de spanningsval van de batterij tijdens ontlading met hoge stroomsterkte. In de praktijk vereisen veel apparaten batterijen die een hoge ontladingsstroom aankunnen, zoals snelladen van mobiele telefoons en het accelereren van elektrische voertuigen. Wanneer een mobiele telefoon bijvoorbeeld snelladen ondersteunt, neemt de laadstroom aanzienlijk toe. Als de DCR van de batterij klein is, is de interne spanningsval tijdens het laden met hoge stroomsterkte minimaal, waardoor de batterij effici\u00ebnt energie ontvangt en snel opladen mogelijk is. Bovendien zorgt een kleine DCR voor een stabieler uitgangsvermogen van de batterij, waardoor overmatige spanningsschommelingen die de werking van het apparaat kunnen be\u00efnvloeden, worden voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember74\">(2) Nadelen van een grote DCR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">Wanneer de DCR (Dynamic Current Ratio) te hoog is, zal de accu tijdens het ontladen een aanzienlijke spanningsval ervaren. Bij het accelereren van een elektrisch voertuig zal de motor, als de DCR te hoog is, een hoge stroomsterkte nodig hebben, waardoor de accuspanning snel daalt. Wanneer de spanning onder een bepaald niveau zakt, activeert het accubeheersysteem een beveiligingsmechanisme om de uitgangsstroom van de accu te beperken. Dit resulteert in een afname van het vermogen van het elektrische voertuig en kan zelfs leiden tot een gebrekkige acceleratie. Bovendien zorgt een te hoge DCR ervoor dat de accu tijdens het ontladen overmatig warm wordt. Dit vermindert niet alleen de effici\u00ebntie van de accu, maar versnelt ook de veroudering en verkort de levensduur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember76\">De DCR (Dynamic Current Rating) van lithiumbatterijen speelt een essenti\u00eble rol bij het meten van de batterijprestaties en het be\u00efnvloeden van de ontladingscapaciteit.
