Wanneer het batterijmanagementsysteem (BMS) uitvalt, heeft dit gevolgen voor de levensduur van het batterijsysteem en vermindert het de actieradius van het voertuig. Het kan zelfs leiden tot thermische oververhitting en andere veiligheidsproblemen.;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">Het is belangrijk om de oorzaak van de storing nauwkeurig te analyseren. Een storing in het batterijsysteem is niet alleen te wijten aan de batterij zelf, maar ook aan een storing in het batterijbeheersysteem (BMS). Storingen in de spanningsdetectie van het batterijmanagementsysteem leiden tot overladen of overontladen van de batterij:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">De verbinding, het draadaandrukproces of slecht contact leiden tot een storing in de spanningsdetectielijn, waardoor het BMS geen spanningsinformatie ontvangt en het opladen niet stopt wanneer dat wel zou moeten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">2. Storing in de stroomdetectie van het BMS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">Als de Hall-sensor uitvalt, kan het batterijmanagementsysteem (BMS) geen stroom meten, kan de laadstatus (SOC) niet worden berekend en is de afwijking groot. Een defecte stroomdetectie kan leiden tot een te hoge laadstroom. Een hoge laadstroom zorgt voor een hoge interne warmteontwikkeling in de batterijcel. Wanneer de temperatuur een bepaalde waarde overschrijdt, kan dit de stollingscapaciteit van het membraan aantasten, wat de levensduur van de batterij ernstig be\u00efnvloedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">3. Storing in de temperatuurdetectie van het BMS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Als het batterijmanagementsysteem (BMS) de temperatuur van de batterij niet meer detecteert, kan de bedrijfstemperatuur van de batterij te hoog oplopen, wat onomkeerbare reacties kan veroorzaken. Dit heeft een grote invloed op de capaciteit en de interne weerstand van de batterij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">Enerzijds heeft het gevolgen voor de levensduur, en nog gevaarlijker is dat batterijen die aan hoge temperaturen worden blootgesteld, gevoelig zijn voor zwelling, lekkage, explosies en andere problemen, wat uiteindelijk kan leiden tot thermische oververhitting en veiligheidsproblemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">4. Falen van de isolatiebewaking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Isolatieproblemen treden op wanneer het accusysteem vervormt of lekt. Als het batterijbeheersysteem (BMS) dit niet detecteert, kunnen mensen ge\u00eblektrocuteerd worden. Daarom moet het BMS aan de hoogste eisen voldoen wat betreft de bewakingssensoren. Het voorkomen van storingen in het bewakingssysteem kan de veiligheid van de accu aanzienlijk verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember74\">5. Probleem met elektromagnetische compatibiliteit Communicatiestoring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">Bij een gebouwbeheersysteem (BMS) meet elektromagnetische compatibiliteit voornamelijk het vermogen om elektromagnetische interferentie te weerstaan.
