Het onderframe draagt voornamelijk de componenten en het grootste deel van het gewicht van het batterijsysteem; het bovenframe heeft over het algemeen een beschermende functie en hoeft minder gewicht te dragen.;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember67\">Ontwerp van het onderste frame<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">Het onderste frame is het belangrijkste dragende onderdeel van het batterijsysteem en is daarom relatief complex om te ontwerpen. Er zijn veel factoren waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden tijdens het ontwerpproces, zoals mechanische sterkte, afdichting, corrosiebestendigheid en een laag gewicht. De huidige productieprocessen voor het onderste frame van batterijsystemen omvatten onder andere plaatbewerking, koudpersen, extrusievormen en spuitgieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">(1) Ontwerp gebaseerd op de voertuigomhulling en het lithiumbatterijproces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Verschillende typen lithiumbatterijen en productieprocessen zijn geschikt voor verschillende frameontwerpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">De plaatsing van de batterijen wordt bepaald door het gekozen batterijtype en het bijbehorende proces. De manier waarop de batterijen in het frame worden geplaatst, wordt groeperingstechnologie genoemd. De voor- en nadelen van de groeperingsmethode en of het frameontwerp aan de normen voldoet, zijn belangrijke indicatoren. De groeperingseffici\u00ebntie is de verhouding tussen het effectieve gewicht en de effectieve ruimte van de batterijen. Hoe hoger deze verhouding, hoe hoger de groeperingseffici\u00ebntie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">Bij het ontwerp van een batterijframe moet rekening worden gehouden met de plaatsing, bevestiging en thermische beheersing van de batterij in het frame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Prismatische batterijen zijn hoofdzakelijk verticaal langs de hoogte gerangschikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"767\" height=\"649\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1743063970234.png\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" class=\"wp-image-1724\" style=\"width:439px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1743063970234.png 767w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1743063970234-600x508.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1743063970234-300x254.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 767px) 100vw, 767px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Prismatische batterijen zijn verticaal langs de hoogte gerangschikt.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">Er zijn twee belangrijke manieren om de batterij te bevestigen: met beugels, de traditionele module-oplossing, en zonder beugels, zoals bij de CTP-oplossing (Cell to Pack), waarbij de batterijcel direct met lijm aan het frame wordt bevestigd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember76\">(2) Ontwerp gebaseerd op vermogens- en energiedichtheid<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember77\">De lay-out van de batterij wordt bepaald op basis van het vermogen en de spanning die het voertuig vereist. In dit proces kan de afmeting van de behuizing tot de batterij zelf alvast worden bepaald. Aan de hand van het batterijtype en de berekende afmetingen kunnen de energiedichtheid, het volumegewicht, enzovoort van de batterij worden geschat. Vervolgens kan het selectie- en lay-outplan worden gecontroleerd om te bevestigen of het voldoet aan de huidige technologische standaarden voor batterijen in de industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember78\">Verschillende accusystemen hebben verschillende accuspanningsplatforms, en het aantal accu&#039;s dat in het systeem gegroepeerd moet worden, verschilt ook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember79\">Ontwerp van het bovenframe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember80\">Het bovenframe werkt hoofdzakelijk samen met het onderframe om een gesloten ruimte te vormen die de interne componenten van het frame beschermt. Bij de materiaalkeuze voor het bovenframe wordt vooral rekening gehouden met de aanpassingsvermogen aan de omgeving, zoals hoge temperatuurbestendigheid en corrosiebestendigheid, en met een zekere sterkte die voldoet aan de structurele eisen van het batterijsysteem. Momenteel worden voornamelijk plaatmetaal en composietmaterialen gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember81\">Door de promotie en toepassing van de CTC-oplossing wordt het bovenframe ook in het chassis van het voertuig ge\u00efntegreerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember82\">Andere hulpontwerpen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember83\">(1) Afdichtingsontwerp<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember84\">De verbinding tussen het boven- en onderframe moet worden afgedicht om water- en stofdichte functies te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember85\">(2) Ontwerp voor luchtdrukbalans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember86\">Er bestaat een drukverschil tussen de binnen- en buitenkant van het afgesloten frame, dat wordt be\u00efnvloed door temperatuur, hoogte, enz. Een te groot drukverschil kan extra krachten op het frame uitoefenen, de frameconstructie aantasten en zelfs leiden tot een explosie. Apparaten zoals luchtdrukregelkleppen of ontluchtingskleppen worden vaak gebruikt om de interne en externe drukverschillen in evenwicht te brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember87\">Een andere functie van het ontwerp met luchtdrukbalans is het tijdig afvoeren van lucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember88\">(3) Ontwerp voor thermisch beheer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember89\">(4) Veiligheidsontwerp<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember90\">Bij het ontwerp van het frame moet ook rekening worden gehouden met bijbehorende veiligheidsvoorzieningen, zoals bescherming tegen elektrische schokken, extrusie, botsingen, thermische oververhitting, enzovoort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember91\">(5) Ontwerp van de hoge- en lagedrukaansluiting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember92\">Bosa Energie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember93\">Bosa Energy heeft een capaciteit van 150 GWh en meer dan 400.000 elektrische bussen en bedrijfsvoertuigen op onze naam staan.
