{"id":1703,"date":"2025-02-06T09:56:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-06T01:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/?p=1703"},"modified":"2025-12-25T10:03:26","modified_gmt":"2025-12-25T02:03:26","slug":"analyse-van-de-gangbare-structuren-van-accupakketten-voor-elektrische-voertuigen-ctm-ctp-ctb-en-ctc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/nl\/analysis-of-the-mainstream-structures-of-new-energy-vehicle-battery-packs-ctm-ctp-ctb-and-ctc\/","title":{"rendered":"Analyse van de meest voorkomende structuren van accupakketten voor elektrische voertuigen: CTM, CTP, CTB en CTC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1693\">Momenteel zijn de meest gangbare structuren voor accupakketten CTM, CTP, CTB en CTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember62\">CTM (cell to module): CTM staat voor het integreren van de batterijcel op de module, waarna de module in een behuizing wordt geplaatst om een batterijpakket te vormen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">CTP (cell to pack): de batterijcel wordt direct in het batterijpakket ge\u00efntegreerd, waardoor de moduleverbinding overbodig wordt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember64\">CTB (cell to body): de behuizing zelf heeft geen bodemplaat, en de bovenklep van de batterij is ge\u00efntegreerd met de bodemplaat van de behuizing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember65\">CTC (cell to chassis): de batterijcel is direct gemonteerd op de uit \u00e9\u00e9n stuk gestanste bodemplaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\"><strong>CTM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">Het is momenteel de gangbare methode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">Voordelen: vol\u6210\u719fe technologie; gemakkelijk onderhoud na verkoop, de defecte module kan afzonderlijk worden vervangen en het gehele accupakket hoeft niet te worden afgedankt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">Nadelen: lage benuttingsgraad van het accupakket. Tesla is een typisch voorbeeld. De structuur is zeer vergelijkbaar met CTB en de voordelen zijn vergelijkbaar.
