De invloed van een lage batterijtemperatuur op de ontladingscapaciteit van de batterij<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3157\">Capaciteit is een van de belangrijkste parameters van lithiumbatterijen en de grootte ervan verandert met de temperatuur. De twee curven in de onderstaande figuur zijn temperatuurcapaciteitscurven die zijn verkregen door de batterij te ontladen met 0,1C en 0,3C bij verschillende temperaturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1681\" style=\"width:466px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39.png 800w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39-600x375.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39-768x480.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3159\">Het is duidelijk dat de capaciteit geleidelijk toeneemt naarmate de temperatuur stijgt. De capaciteit bij -20\u2103 is slechts ongeveer 60% van de capaciteit bij 15\u2103. Naast de capaciteit neemt ook de nullastspanning van de batterij af met stijgende temperatuur. We weten allemaal dat de energie in een batterij het product is van de capaciteit en de klemspanning. Wanneer beide waarden afnemen, is de energie in de batterij de som van de twee afnemende effecten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3160\">Bij een lage batterijtemperatuur neemt de activiteit van het positieve elektrodemateriaal af, waardoor het aantal lithiumionen dat kan bewegen en ontlaadstroom kan leveren, afneemt. Dit is de belangrijkste reden voor de afname van de capaciteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3161\">2. De invloed van een lage batterijtemperatuur op de interne weerstand van de batterij<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3162\">De relatie tussen de temperatuur en de weerstand van een lithiumbatterij wordt weergegeven in de onderstaande figuur. De verschillende curven vertegenwoordigen verschillende laadniveaus van de batterij. In elke laadsituatie neemt de interne weerstand van de batterij aanzienlijk toe naarmate de temperatuur daalt. Hoe lager de lading, hoe groter de interne weerstand, en deze trend blijft onveranderd bij temperatuurschommelingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1682\" style=\"width:454px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40.png 800w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40-600x375.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40-768x480.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3164\">Bij een lage batterijtemperatuur worden de diffusie en mobiliteit van geladen ionen in de positieve en negatieve elektrodematerialen slechter, waardoor het moeilijk is om door de passiveringslaag tussen de elektrode en de elektrolyt te dringen. Ook de overdrachtssnelheid in de elektrolyt neemt af en er ontstaat een grote hoeveelheid warmte tijdens dit proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3165\">Nadat de lithiumionen de negatieve elektrode hebben bereikt, verloopt de diffusie binnen het materiaal van de negatieve elektrode ook minder soepel. Gedurende dit proces wordt de beweging van geladen ionen zeer moeilijk. Van buitenaf gezien betekent dit dat de interne weerstand van de batterijcel is toegenomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3166\">3. De invloed van een lage batterijtemperatuur op de laad- en ontlaadeffici\u00ebntie van de batterij.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3167\">De volgende grafiek toont de verandering van het laadrendement met de temperatuur. Tijdens het ontladingsproces wordt een grote hoeveelheid elektrische energie verbruikt door de interne weerstand, wat warmte genereert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3170\">Lithiumbatterij voorverwarmingstechnologie bij lage temperaturen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3171\">Geconfronteerd met de beperkingen op het gebruik van lithiumbatterijen bij lage batterijtemperaturen, hebben technici een tegenmaatregel gevonden voor het opladen en voorverwarmen. Hoewel het een tijdelijke oplossing is, heeft het een significant effect op het verbeteren van de ontladingscapaciteit en de levensduur van lithiumbatterijen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3172\">Voordat lithiumbatterijen worden opgeladen of gebruikt in een omgeving met een lage batterijtemperatuur, moeten ze worden voorverwarmd.
