{"id":1671,"date":"2024-11-01T17:10:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-01T09:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/?p=1671"},"modified":"2025-12-24T17:12:34","modified_gmt":"2025-12-24T09:12:34","slug":"methoden-voor-het-balanceren-van-accus-en-hun-voor-en-nadelen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/nl\/battery-balancing-methods-and-their-advantages-and-disadvantages\/","title":{"rendered":"Methoden voor het balanceren van accu&#039;s en hun voor- en nadelen."},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember6082\">Waarom moeten we een evenwicht vinden?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6083\">Door verschillen in het gebruiksproces en de materialen van de batterijen, evenals verschillen in temperatuur, luchtvochtigheid en andere omgevingsfactoren tijdens het daadwerkelijke gebruik, zijn er verschillen in de laadstatus (SOC) van de afzonderlijke cellen in het batterijpakket. Dit verschil in SOC wordt intu\u00eftief weerspiegeld in de verschillende spanningen van de batterijen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6084\">Ervan uitgaande dat de laadstatus (SOC) van een batterij in het accupakket hoger is dan die van de andere cellen, zal deze batterij tijdens het laadproces als eerste volledig worden opgeladen, waardoor het opladen van de andere cellen stopt voordat de nominale capaciteit is bereikt; op dezelfde manier, ervan uitgaande dat de laadstatus (SOC) van een batterij lager is dan die van de andere cellen, zal deze tijdens het ontlaadproces als eerste de ontlaaduitschakelspanning bereiken, waardoor de andere cellen restcapaciteit overhouden die niet kan worden vrijgegeven;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6085\">Daarom kunnen we concluderen dat batterijen verschillend zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember6086\"><strong>1. Definitie en betekenis van batterijbalancering<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6087\">Definitie: Batterijbalancering verwijst naar het gebruik van specifieke technologie\u00ebn en methoden om elke batterijcel in het batterijpakket een relatief constante spanning, capaciteit en toestand te laten bereiken, waardoor de prestaties en levensduur van het gehele batterijpakket worden verbeterd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6088\">Betekenis: Verbeterde prestaties van het accupakket: Door middel van balanceren kan de prestatievermindering van het gehele accupakket, veroorzaakt door de prestatievermindering van individuele accu&#039;s, worden voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6089\">Verleng de levensduur van de batterij: Door de batterijen te balanceren kunnen de spannings- en capaciteitsverschillen tussen de batterijcellen worden verkleind, de interne weerstand van de batterij worden verlaagd en zo de levensduur van de batterij worden verlengd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6090\">Verbeter de veiligheid: Balanceren kan overladen of te ver ontladen van accucellen voorkomen en het risico op veiligheidsrisico&#039;s zoals thermische oververhitting verminderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember6091\"><strong>2. Batterijbalanceringmethode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6092\">Het volgende beschrijft voornamelijk de BMS-balanceringfunctie. Door middel van de BMS-balanceringfunctie kan de inconsistentie tussen de afzonderlijke batterijcellen worden verminderd en de beschikbare capaciteit van het batterijpakket worden vergroot. Momenteel worden voornamelijk passieve balancering (balancering op basis van energieverlies) en actieve balancering (balancering zonder energieverlies, balancering op basis van energieoverdracht) gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6093\">Er zijn twee hoofdmethoden voor het balanceren van batterijen: actief balanceren en passief balanceren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6094\">Actieve balancering: Actieve balancering is een technologie die de spanning tussen batterijcellen in evenwicht brengt door middel van energieoverdracht. Het zorgt voor een nauwkeurigere balancering door energie over te dragen van een cel met een hogere capaciteit naar een cel met een lagere capaciteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6096\">Deze overdracht kan worden gerealiseerd door technologie\u00ebn zoals condensatoren en transformatoren. Als tijdens het laadproces een enkele cel als eerste de bovengrens van de bedrijfsspanning bereikt, zal het batterijbeheersysteem (BMS) de cel met de laagste capaciteit identificeren en energie van de hoogspanningsbatterij naar de laagspanningsbatterij overbrengen via het balanceringscircuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6098\">Voordelen: hoog energierendement, snelle balancering en kan de algehele prestaties van het accupakket verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6099\">Nadelen: complex besturingsalgoritme en hoge productiekosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6100\">Passieve balancering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6101\">Principe: Door energie te verbruiken, wordt de overtollige energie in hoogspannings- of hoogcapaciteitsbatterijcellen afgevoerd in de vorm van warmte-energie, waardoor de spanning en capaciteit afnemen en er een evenwicht tussen de batterijcellen ontstaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6103\">Passieve balancering (balancering van energieverlies) wordt bereikt door de parallelle weerstand van de afzonderlijke batterijen te overbruggen. De energie van de batterij met de hoogste laadstatus in het batterijpakket wordt via de parallelle weerstand verbruikt om de balans met de andere batterijen in de groep te herstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6105\">Passieve balancering wordt doorgaans als volgt uitgevoerd: de spanning van elke afzonderlijke batterij wordt gemeten aan de boven- of onderkant van de laadstatus (SOC). Wanneer de spanning van sommige afzonderlijke batterijen de gemiddelde spanning van het batterijpakket overschrijdt, wordt de geschatte balanceringstijd berekend op basis van het spanningsverschil of het verschil in laadstatus van de afzonderlijke batterijen. Vervolgens wordt de parallelle weerstand van deze hoogenergetische batterijen ingeschakeld, zodat een deel van hun energie wordt verbruikt door de parallelle weerstand. Uiteindelijk wordt zo de balans van de gehele batterijgroep bereikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6106\">Voordelen: eenvoudige implementatie en lage kosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6107\">Nadelen: groot energieverlies, trage balanceringssnelheid en er kan warmte ontstaan waardoor de temperatuur van het accupakket stijgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember6109\"><strong>3. Batterijbalanceringproces<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6110\">Het balanceren van de accu omvat doorgaans de volgende stappen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6111\">Detectie: Detecteer de spanning, stroomsterkte, temperatuur en andere parameters van elke batterijcel in het batterijpakket via het BMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6112\">Beoordeling: Bepaal aan de hand van de detectieresultaten of er verschillen zijn tussen de batterijcellen en in welke mate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6113\">Balanceren uitvoeren: Selecteer de juiste balanceermethode op basis van de beoordelingsresultaten en voer de balanceerbewerking uit. Bij actief balanceren kan het nodig zijn om de hoeveelheid overgedragen energie nauwkeurig te berekenen met behulp van het besturingsalgoritme; bij passief balanceren kan het nodig zijn om de aan- en uitschakeltijd van de schakelaar te regelen om overtollige energie te verbruiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6114\">Monitoring: Tijdens het balanceringsproces worden de parameterwijzigingen van de accucellen continu gemonitord om de effectiviteit en veiligheid van de balancering te waarborgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6115\">Einde balancering: Wanneer het verschil tussen de batterijcellen de ingestelde drempelwaarde bereikt, wordt de balanceringsprocedure be\u00ebindigd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember6116\"><strong>4. Voorzorgsmaatregelen voor het balanceren van de accu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6117\">Selecteer de juiste balanceermethode: Kies de juiste balanceermethode op basis van de feitelijke situatie en de prestatie-eisen van het accupakket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6118\">Beheers de balanceersnelheid en -hoek: Voorkom schade aan de accucellen of prestatievermindering als gevolg van een te hoge balanceersnelheid of -hoek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6119\">Batterijparameters bewaken: Tijdens het balanceringsproces worden de veranderingen in parameters zoals spanning, stroom en temperatuur van de batterijcellen continu gemonitord om de veiligheid en effectiviteit van de balancering te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember6120\">Warmteophoping voorkomen: Bij passieve balanceringsmethoden moeten maatregelen worden genomen om warmteophoping te voorkomen die de temperatuur van het accupakket kan verhogen.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why do we need to balance?
