Door middel van een specifiek productieproces en de constructie worden de cellen op hun plaats gefixeerd om de functie van opladen en energieopslag te vervullen. De basisfunctie van de module is dus het verbinden, fixeren en beveiligen van de cellen. De manier waarop de cellen met de module worden verbonden, be\u00efnvloedt niet alleen de effici\u00ebntie van het productieproces, maar ook de prestaties van de batterij na het laden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een lithiumbatterijmodule kan worden beschouwd als een tussenproduct van een lithium-ioncel en -pack, gevormd door deze in serie of parallel te combineren. De structuur van de module moet een ondersteunende, fixerende en beschermende functie hebben voor de cel. Dit kan worden samengevat in drie belangrijke aspecten: mechanische sterkte, elektrische prestaties, thermische prestaties en fouttolerantie. Of de batterij de cel op zijn plaats houdt en beschermt tegen destructieve vervorming, of de batterij voldoet aan de eisen voor stroomvoerend vermogen en of de celtemperatuur wordt gereguleerd, is de maatstaf voor de kwaliteit van de lithiumbatterijmodule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het gehele proces van het ontwerpen van een lithiumbatterijmodule omvat het vaststellen van de ontwerpdoelstellingen, het integreren van de ontwerpdetails en een volledig verificatieproces van het moduleontwerp, inclusief structuur, elektrische veiligheid en koeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het eerste deel is onderverdeeld in verschillende ontwerpniveaus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om aan de eisen van het voertuig te voldoen, is het ontwerp van het product zelf vergelijkbaar met dat van het voertuig. Dit ontwerp is hoofdzakelijk onderverdeeld in structureel ontwerp, elektrisch ontwerp, thermisch ontwerp en veiligheidsontwerp. Afhankelijk van de eisen wordt er voldoende druk op de cel uitgeoefend, waardoor de uitzetting van de cel effectief wordt voorkomen en de levensduur ervan wordt ondersteund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het tweede deel, het productieproces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het belangrijkste is dat de cel, van de afzonderlijke componenten tot het stapelen, lassen, de lay-out van de bemonsteringslijn, de CMU-lay-out, het gehele proces en de assemblage van de apparatuur, specifieke eisen stelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het derde onderdeel, aandachtspunten voor onderhoud:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De eerste stap is het maken van het product. In een later stadium, tijdens het gebruik van het voertuig, moet het onderhoud van de gehele lithiumbatterijmodule, met name de reparatie van beschadigde onderdelen, worden gecombineerd met het fabricage- en onderhoudsproces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"548\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-1024x548.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1559\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.8680677174547577;width:504px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-1024x548.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-600x321.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-300x161.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-768x411.png 768w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-1536x822.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5.png 1741w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Belangrijke aspecten van het ontwerp van de structuur van lithiumbatterijmodules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betrouwbare structuur van het lithiumbatterijpakket: trillingsbestendigheid;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procesbeheersbaar: geen overmatig lassen, virtueel lassen, om ervoor te zorgen dat de cel 100% is zonder beschadiging;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lage kosten: bevordering van de automatisering van de PACK-productielijn, inclusief productieapparatuur en productieverlies;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eenvoudige demontage: de lithiumbatterijmodule is gemakkelijk te onderhouden en te repareren, heeft lage kosten en zorgt voor een effici\u00ebnt gebruik van de batterijcellen;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om de noodzakelijke warmteoverdrachtisolatie te bereiken en zo snelle warmte-overbelasting te voorkomen, kunt u deze stap ook meenemen in het ontwerp van het koelpakket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De unieke voordelen van de BOSA lithiumbatterijmodule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) TUV-, UL-, UN38.3-, MSDS- en CCS-certificering; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) De module heeft temperatuur- en spanningssensoren die vooraf zijn gesoldeerd met bedrading naar het BMS; de verbinding met het BMS is van het &quot;plug and play&quot;-type;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) De module heeft een standaardontwerp en is een beproefde productiemethode met ervaring in toepassingen voor 40.000 elektrische voertuigen\/100 MWh ESS en jachten;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4) Het is universeel voor alle BMS-systemen en niet beperkt tot specifieke BMS-typen;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5) De configuratie is flexibel: 8 cellen kunnen bijvoorbeeld bestaan uit 1P8S 25,6V of 2P4S 12,8V;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6) De modules worden via een busbar met elkaar verbonden en aan het accusysteem vastgeschroefd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is bekend dat de module-effici\u00ebntie van cilindrische cellen in de industrie momenteel ongeveer 871 TP3T bedraagt, met een systeemgroepeffici\u00ebntie van ongeveer 651 TP3T; de module-effici\u00ebntie van soft-package cellen bedraagt ongeveer 851 TP3T, met een systeemgroepeffici\u00ebntie van ongeveer 601 TP3T; en de module-effici\u00ebntie van vierkante cellen bedraagt ongeveer 891 TP3T, met een systeemgroepeffici\u00ebntie van ongeveer 701 TP3T.
