La capacit\u00e9, la dur\u00e9e de vie, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;eau et aux explosions de ces cellules d\u00e9pendent du processus d&#039;encapsulation. Si le rev\u00eatement et l&#039;enroulement des \u00e9lectrodes sont comparables \u00e0 la construction de la structure et au remplissage de la batterie, l&#039;encapsulation des cellules s&#039;apparente \u00e0 l&#039;enfilage d&#039;une combinaison de protection\u00a0: scellage, mise en forme et garantie d&#039;un niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 minimal. La pr\u00e9cision et la stabilit\u00e9 du processus d&#039;encapsulation d\u00e9terminent directement si une cellule peut devenir une batterie finie s\u00fbre et utilisable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I. Qu&#039;est-ce que l&#039;emballage des cellules de batterie\u00a0? Quelle est sa fonction principale\u00a0?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En termes simples, le conditionnement des cellules de batterie consiste \u00e0 prendre une cellule de batterie nue, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 enroul\u00e9e\/empil\u00e9e, puis \u00e0 l&#039;encapsuler dans une coque, \u00e0 la sceller, \u00e0 y injecter de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte, \u00e0 l&#039;activer, \u00e0 la sceller \u00e0 nouveau, puis \u00e0 la tester et \u00e0 la fa\u00e7onner, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une cellule de batterie finie, scell\u00e9e, isol\u00e9e, s\u00fbre et stable, capable de stocker et de lib\u00e9rer de l&#039;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement au simple \u201c emballage \u201d auquel on pense g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, l\u2019emballage des batteries au lithium est un processus de pr\u00e9cision qui comporte quatre fonctions essentielles\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isolation et protection : Isole la batterie de l&#039;air, de l&#039;humidit\u00e9 et de la poussi\u00e8re, emp\u00eachant l&#039;oxydation des \u00e9lectrodes et la d\u00e9faillance de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte, et \u00e9liminant le gonflement et les fuites des cellules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isolation et protection antid\u00e9flagrante\u00a0: s\u00e9curise les languettes et la structure des cellules, emp\u00eachant les courts-circuits internes, la compression et les perforations, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verrouillage de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte\u00a0: une cavit\u00e9 totalement \u00e9tanche emprisonne l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte, assurant un transport normal des ions lithium et d\u00e9terminant la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mise en forme et adaptation\u00a0: normalise la taille et la forme des cellules pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d\u2019assemblage des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables, des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et des dispositifs de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actuellement, le secteur se divise en trois grandes tendances\u00a0: l\u2019emballage souple, l\u2019emballage cylindrique rigide et l\u2019emballage prismatique rigide. Trois types d&#039;emballage courants\u00a0: avantages et inconv\u00e9nients en bref<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Emballage souple pour cellules (emballage en film aluminium-plastique)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilisant un film composite aluminium-plastique comme enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure, il s&#039;agit de la solution courante pour les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables, les tablettes, les casques Bluetooth et les petites batteries de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avantages : L\u00e9ger et fin, haute densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, conception flexible<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inconv\u00e9nients : Faible r\u00e9sistance de la coque, faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression, exigences extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9cision d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et processus de production en s\u00e9rie difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Emballage prismatique \u00e0 coque rigide (coque en aluminium\/acier)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilisant une enveloppe rigide en alliage d&#039;aluminium ou en acier, cette solution est id\u00e9ale pour les batteries de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergies nouvelles et les cellules de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie de grande capacit\u00e9. Sa structure stable la rend compatible avec un assemblage modulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avantages : Structure robuste, r\u00e9sistance aux chocs, bonne dissipation de la chaleur, convient \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9gration de modules en s\u00e9rie et en parall\u00e8le, et grande stabilit\u00e9 de dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inconv\u00e9nients\u00a0: Relativement lourd, densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Emballage cylindrique \u00e0 coque rigide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les mod\u00e8les classiques 18650 et 21700 utilisent ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9. Il est largement standardis\u00e9 et est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans les batteries externes et les outils \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avantages : Production de masse standardis\u00e9e, grande homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9, faible co\u00fbt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inconv\u00e9nients\u00a0: capacit\u00e9 unitaire limit\u00e9e, faible utilisation de l\u2019espace lors de l\u2019assemblage des modules<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Processus complet d&#039;emballage des cellules de batterie (proc\u00e9dure standard de l&#039;industrie)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beaucoup pensent \u00e0 tort que l&#039;emballage se limite \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tape de \u201c\u00a0scellage\u00a0\u201d. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, un emballage complet est une cha\u00eene de processus continue et pr\u00e9cise, du pr\u00e9traitement \u00e0 l&#039;inspection finale, chaque \u00e9tape \u00e9tant interd\u00e9pendante. Un d\u00e9faut \u00e0 n&#039;importe quelle \u00e9tape peut entra\u00eener la mise au rebut de l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 1\u00a0: Pr\u00e9traitement et tri des cellules de batterie (Pr\u00e9paration de base avant emballage)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s bobinage\/empilage, les cellules de batterie nues ne sont pas conditionn\u00e9es directement\u00a0; elles n\u00e9cessitent un pr\u00e9traitement pour en am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9\u00a0: tout d\u2019abord, les languettes sont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9es, coup\u00e9es et d\u00e9poussi\u00e9r\u00e9es afin de garantir leur longueur et leur plan\u00e9it\u00e9, \u00e9liminant ainsi les poussi\u00e8res et bavures r\u00e9siduelles issues du processus de production et pr\u00e9venant les courts-circuits ult\u00e9rieurs. Ensuite, un \u00e9quipement de haute pr\u00e9cision est utilis\u00e9 pour le tri des cellules par capacit\u00e9, les classant selon leur r\u00e9sistance interne, leur tension et leurs param\u00e8tres de capacit\u00e9 afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame lot et de pr\u00e9parer l\u2019assemblage en s\u00e9rie et en parall\u00e8le. Enfin, une cuisson \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature \u00e9limine compl\u00e8tement l\u2019humidit\u00e9 r\u00e9siduelle des cellules, \u00e9vitant ainsi les probl\u00e8mes de dilatation gazeuse et de fuites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/D5612AQF3M3RP0MTjAw\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/B56Z5oO1sDIYAQ-\/0\/1779865184355?e=1781740800&amp;v=beta&amp;t=FTgC8ixG5FHvElLOrSlA-gbMBb9uN7BQdWRmL6XOB70\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.3220067649564926;width:426px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 2 : Positionnement du bo\u00eetier\/de l&#039;enveloppe (mise en forme des cellules)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit de la \u201c phase de mise en forme \u201d de l\u2019emballage, et l\u2019op\u00e9ration diff\u00e8re selon le proc\u00e9d\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les cellules en sachet souple\u00a0: la cellule nue est plac\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision dans le sachet d\u2019emballage pr\u00e9form\u00e9 en film aluminium-plastique, en l\u2019alignant parfaitement avec les languettes. Un port d\u2019injection d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte standard est pr\u00e9vu. Ceci garantit le centrage de la cellule, sans d\u00e9calage ni pliure, en vue du scellage ult\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les cellules carr\u00e9es\/cylindriques \u00e0 remplissage rigide\u00a0: la cellule nue est install\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision dans le bo\u00eetier en aluminium ou en acier, les joints isolants sont mis en place et les bornes sont align\u00e9es. Un rainurage permet de fixer la position de la cellule et d\u2019emp\u00eacher tout desserrage ou mouvement interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 3\u00a0: Scellage thermique\/soudage multidirectionnel (Processus de scellage du noyau)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est primordiale dans l&#039;emballage, car elle d\u00e9termine directement l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie. Les cellules souples utilisent un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de thermoscellage en trois \u00e9tapes\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. \u00c9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure\u00a0: \u00c9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la zone autour des languettes. Il s\u2019agit du processus le plus pr\u00e9cis et le plus difficile \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser, n\u00e9cessitant un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la temp\u00e9rature, de la pression et du temps afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les fuites ou une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 incompl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. \u00c9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 lat\u00e9rale : Sceller les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la cellule, fermer la majeure partie de la cavit\u00e9, ne laissant que l&#039;orifice de remplissage d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. \u00c9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des angles : Renforcement de l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 au niveau des angles, lib\u00e9ration des contraintes et pr\u00e9vention des fissures et des fuites apr\u00e8s une utilisation prolong\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cellules \u00e0 coque rigide utilisent le soudage laser pour souder sans jointure le couvercle sup\u00e9rieur, la coque ext\u00e9rieure et l&#039;orifice de remplissage d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte, ce qui donne des soudures uniformes et sans pores qui assurent une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 absolue de la cavit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 4 : Injection sous vide (conf\u00e9rant \u00e0 la cellule sa capacit\u00e9 de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cellules scell\u00e9es sont ensuite plac\u00e9es dans une enceinte de s\u00e9chage sous vide\/bo\u00eete \u00e0 gants pour l&#039;injection d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte. Cette \u00e9tape est cruciale pour transformer la cellule, d&#039;un \u201c\u00a0produit semi-fini\u00a0\u201d, en un \u201c\u00a0\u00e9l\u00e9ment de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie\u00a0\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une pompe doseuse de haute pr\u00e9cision injecte avec exactitude une quantit\u00e9 fixe d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte dans l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de la batterie. Le vide \u00e9limine compl\u00e8tement l&#039;air de la cavit\u00e9, emp\u00eachant ainsi l&#039;oxydation de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte et la formation de bulles. Apr\u00e8s l&#039;injection, l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment doit reposer pendant 12 \u00e0 24 heures afin de permettre \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte de bien impr\u00e9gner les \u00e9lectrodes et le s\u00e9parateur, formant ainsi un film SEI stable. Ce film influe directement sur la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie et sa stabilit\u00e9 de charge\/d\u00e9charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 5\u00a0: Scellement et mise en forme secondaires (Scellement et mise en forme finales)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s l&#039;impr\u00e9gnation de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte, l&#039;\u00e9tape finale de scellage commence\u00a0: pour les cellules \u00e0 coque souple, un double scellage sous vide \u00e9limine l&#039;exc\u00e8s de gaz, scelle compl\u00e8tement l&#039;orifice d&#039;injection, lisse les plis de la membrane et donne sa forme \u00e0 la cellule. Pour les cellules \u00e0 coque rigide, le soudage laser scelle l&#039;orifice d&#039;injection, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un environnement totalement \u00e9tanche et assurant une isolation compl\u00e8te de la cavit\u00e9 cellulaire par rapport \u00e0 l&#039;environnement ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 6\u00a0: Formation, test de capacit\u00e9 et vieillissement (activation cellulaire + s\u00e9lection)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cellules nouvellement conditionn\u00e9es sont dans un \u201c \u00e9tat dormant \u201d et n\u00e9cessitent une activation par un processus de formation : un cycle de charge-d\u00e9charge \u00e0 faible courant active les mat\u00e9riaux d&#039;\u00e9lectrode et r\u00e9pare la structure d&#039;interface interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, des tests de capacit\u00e9 sont effectu\u00e9s afin de calibrer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle, la r\u00e9sistance interne et les param\u00e8tres de tension des cellules, \u00e9liminant ainsi les produits d\u00e9fectueux pr\u00e9sentant un gonflement, une fuite, une capacit\u00e9 insuffisante ou une r\u00e9sistance interne anormale. Enfin, un processus de vieillissement \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante de longue dur\u00e9e stabilise les performances des cellules et permet d&#039;identifier les produits susceptibles de pr\u00e9senter une d\u00e9faillance ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape sept : Inspection finale et protection isolante (Contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 final avant exp\u00e9dition)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cellules qualifi\u00e9es subissent une inspection visuelle finale, un test d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et un test d&#039;isolation. Un adh\u00e9sif isolant et un film protecteur sont ensuite appliqu\u00e9s, puis le num\u00e9ro de mod\u00e8le, les param\u00e8tres et la date de production sont imprim\u00e9s dessus, achevant ainsi le processus d&#039;encapsulation et les pr\u00e9parant pour l&#039;assemblage ult\u00e9rieur en modules et en packs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Points cl\u00e9s du contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 dans le processus d&#039;emballage (\u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels du rendement)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le conditionnement des batteries au lithium, m\u00eame des erreurs mineures peuvent entra\u00eener de graves probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9. Les principaux points de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 se concentrent sur trois domaines\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Pr\u00e9cision d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 (pr\u00e9vention du gonflage et des fuites de gaz)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les param\u00e8tres de temp\u00e9rature, de pression et de dur\u00e9e du thermoscellage doivent \u00eatre parfaitement respect\u00e9s. Un scellage incomplet, des fuites ou des bords de scellage trop \u00e9troits peuvent entra\u00eener l&#039;infiltration d&#039;eau et d&#039;air dans la cellule, provoquant un gonflement gazeux, des fuites et une baisse significative de sa capacit\u00e9. Des bords de scellage trop larges engendrent un gaspillage d&#039;espace et r\u00e9duisent la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. D\u00e9pendance du volume d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte et du mouillage (d\u00e9termination de la dur\u00e9e de vie)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un remplissage excessif d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte peut provoquer un gonflement, tandis qu&#039;un remplissage insuffisant entra\u00eene un mouillage inad\u00e9quat des \u00e9lectrodes, une d\u00e9gradation cyclique acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e et une dur\u00e9e de vie r\u00e9duite de la batterie. Le remplissage sous vide, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une s\u00e9dimentation suffisante, est essentiel pour garantir la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme de la cellule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Propret\u00e9 interne (Pr\u00e9vention des risques de court-circuit)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;ensemble du processus d&#039;emballage doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans un environnement \u00e0 faible teneur en poussi\u00e8re et en humidit\u00e9.
