{"id":2787,"date":"2026-05-22T09:30:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-22T01:30:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/?p=2787"},"modified":"2026-05-22T09:30:19","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T01:30:19","slug":"pourquoi-les-basses-temperatures-provoquent-elles-la-greve-des-batteries-au-lithium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/fr\/why-do-low-temperatures-cause-lithium-batteries-to-go-on-strike\/","title":{"rendered":"Pourquoi les basses temp\u00e9ratures provoquent-elles une \u201c gr\u00e8ve \u201d des batteries au lithium ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En hiver, l&#039;un des plus gros probl\u00e8mes pour les propri\u00e9taires de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergies nouvelles est la r\u00e9duction de l&#039;autonomie apr\u00e8s une charge compl\u00e8te\u00a0; les dispositifs de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie ext\u00e9rieurs peinent m\u00eame \u00e0 garantir une alimentation \u00e9lectrique de base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ne s&#039;agit pas d&#039;un \u201c vieillissement \u201d de la batterie ni d&#039;un probl\u00e8me de qualit\u00e9, mais plut\u00f4t d&#039;une \u201c r\u00e9action normale \u201d des batteries au lithium dans des environnements \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature\u00a0: les basses temp\u00e9ratures entra\u00eenent directement une d\u00e9gradation de la capacit\u00e9 et une baisse des performances des batteries au lithium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour comprendre le principe de la d\u00e9gradation des batteries, commen\u00e7ons par comprendre bri\u00e8vement le principe de fonctionnement d&#039;une batterie au lithium.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacit\u00e9 d&#039;une batterie au lithium \u00e0 fournir de l&#039;\u00e9nergie repose essentiellement sur le \u201c processus de transport des ions lithium \u201d :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la charge, les ions lithium (Li\u207a) migrent de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode positive vers l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative, o\u00f9 ils sont stock\u00e9s par cette derni\u00e8re en graphite. Lors de la d\u00e9charge, ces ions lithium retournent de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9lectrode positive. Au cours de ce trajet, les \u00e9lectrons circulent, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant un courant \u00e9lectrique qui alimente l&#039;appareil. Ce processus s&#039;apparente \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de porteurs qui effectuent des allers-retours constants pour transf\u00e9rer l&#039;\u00e9nergie, l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte servant de canal de transport et les \u00e9lectrodes de stations de transfert.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans des conditions normales (temp\u00e9rature ambiante de 20 \u00e0 25 \u00b0C), ces porteurs sont pleinement actifs et fonctionnent sans \u00e0-coups, permettant \u00e0 la batterie de fournir de l&#039;\u00e9nergie de mani\u00e8re stable. Cependant, d\u00e8s que la temp\u00e9rature chute, notamment en dessous de 0 \u00b0C, les porteurs ralentissent, voire se bloquent, ce qui est la principale cause de la d\u00e9gradation de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/D5612AQEZosV1V4Sryw\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/B56Z4_Za3ZGgAI-\/0\/1779180091116?e=1781136000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=-VSwVo0rjA9lhBL4QdwEsiAwHeUMuqVr7TZb2MnG-Jw\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5000146485805526;width:470px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principes fondamentaux\u00a0: Trois d\u00e9fis des batteries lithium-ion \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9fi 1\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Gel\u00a0\u201d des \u00e9lectrolytes, bloquant les canaux de transport<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte constitue le \u201c canal de transport \u201d des ions lithium, comparable aux \u201c vaisseaux sanguins \u201d d&#039;une batterie au lithium. Sa fluidit\u00e9 d\u00e9termine directement la vitesse de migration des ions lithium. La viscosit\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte augmente fortement lorsque la temp\u00e9rature diminue, tout comme l&#039;eau s&#039;\u00e9paissit et g\u00e8le par temps froid. \u00c0 basse temp\u00e9rature, l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte devient visqueux, voire se solidifie partiellement, r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement la vitesse de conduction ionique et pouvant m\u00eame, dans certains cas, obstruer compl\u00e8tement les canaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est comme si une route large et lisse se transformait soudainement en chemin boueux ; les \u201c transporteurs \u201d (ions lithium) peinent \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer, leur efficacit\u00e9 est fortement r\u00e9duite et la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie de la batterie diminue naturellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9fi 2\u00a0: Les ions lithium deviennent paresseux, l\u2019entr\u00e9e et la sortie des stations de transfert deviennent difficiles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative d&#039;une batterie au lithium fonctionnent comme des \u201c stations de transfert \u201d pour les ions lithium. Lors de la charge, les ions lithium s&#039;ins\u00e8rent dans l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative, et lors de la d\u00e9charge, ils s&#039;en extraient. Ce processus n\u00e9cessite de surmonter une certaine r\u00e9sistance, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e \u201c imp\u00e9dance de transfert de charge \u201d. Selon l&#039;\u00e9quation d&#039;Arrhenius, plus la temp\u00e9rature est basse, plus la vitesse de r\u00e9action chimique est lente et plus l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 d&#039;insertion et d&#039;extraction des ions lithium est faible, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation significative de l&#039;imp\u00e9dance de transfert de charge. En d&#039;autres termes, les basses temp\u00e9ratures ralentissent les ions lithium\u00a0; m\u00eame si les canaux ne sont pas compl\u00e8tement obstru\u00e9s, ils h\u00e9sitent \u00e0 faire l&#039;effort n\u00e9cessaire pour entrer ou sortir de la \u201c\u00a0station de transfert\u00a0\u201d, emp\u00eachant ainsi certains ions lithium de participer au transfert d&#039;\u00e9nergie et r\u00e9duisant la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9fi 3 : Le film SEI \u201c s\u2019\u00e9paissit \u201d et des \u201c dendrites dangereuses \u201d peuvent se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la premi\u00e8re charge d&#039;une batterie au lithium, un film mince d&#039;interface \u00e9lectrolyte solide (SEI) se forme \u00e0 la surface de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative. Ce film agit comme un bouclier protecteur, emp\u00eachant l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte de r\u00e9agir avec l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative tout en permettant une circulation fluide des ions lithium, essentielle \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie. Cependant, les basses temp\u00e9ratures peuvent endommager ce bouclier protecteur\u00a0: d&#039;une part, elles r\u00e9duisent la stabilit\u00e9 du film SEI, provoquant la rupture de certains composants et augmentant la r\u00e9sistance au passage des ions lithium\u00a0; d&#039;autre part, lors d&#039;une charge \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, la vitesse d&#039;insertion des ions lithium dans l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la vitesse de d\u00e9p\u00f4t, et l&#039;exc\u00e8s d&#039;ions lithium pr\u00e9cipite sous forme de lithium m\u00e9tallique \u00e0 la surface de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative, formant des dendrites de lithium. Simultan\u00e9ment, les produits de la r\u00e9action entre le lithium et l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte se d\u00e9posent sur le film SEI, l&#039;\u00e9paississant et entravant davantage le transport des ions lithium. Plus dangereux encore, les dendrites de lithium continuent de cro\u00eetre et, une fois qu&#039;elles percent le film SEI et le s\u00e9parateur de la batterie, elles provoquent un court-circuit direct entre les \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative, entra\u00eenant une surchauffe, un gonflement, voire une combustion ou une explosion de la batterie. C&#039;est la principale raison des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la charge \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature. De plus, l&#039;\u00e9paississement du film SEI est irr\u00e9versible. Une utilisation prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie\u00a0: une batterie initialement capable de 1\u00a0000 cycles de charge\/d\u00e9charge peut n&#039;en supporter qu&#039;environ 500 apr\u00e8s une utilisation prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, entrant pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment dans sa phase de vieillissement.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/D5612AQFYL1gXE_IpQw\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/B56Z4_arWMGYAI-\/0\/1779180419664?e=1781136000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=6X7xshGOxZyipQz74YNgToIKg5wkQhP_QJEGIuQMUb0\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.860059580033423;width:476px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Distinction cl\u00e9\u00a0: D\u00e9gradation \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature \u2013 R\u00e9versible ou irr\u00e9versible\u00a0?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beaucoup craignent qu&#039;une d\u00e9charge rapide de la batterie en hiver n&#039;endommage irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement cette derni\u00e8re. Il n&#039;y a pas lieu de s&#039;inqui\u00e9ter outre mesure. La d\u00e9gradation des batteries au lithium induite par les basses temp\u00e9ratures se divise en deux cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: la d\u00e9gradation r\u00e9versible et la d\u00e9gradation irr\u00e9versible, qui sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9gradation r\u00e9versible est la plus courante. Elle est principalement due aux basses temp\u00e9ratures qui augmentent la viscosit\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte, ralentissent la migration des ions lithium et accroissent la r\u00e9sistance au transfert de charge. Ce type de d\u00e9gradation s&#039;apparente \u00e0 une \u201c hibernation \u201d\u00a0: il suffit de ramener la batterie \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante (20-25\u00a0\u00b0C) et de la laisser reposer un certain temps pour que l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte retrouve sa fluidit\u00e9, que les ions lithium retrouvent leur activit\u00e9 et que la capacit\u00e9 et les performances de la batterie reviennent \u00e0 la normale, sans incidence sur sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9gradation irr\u00e9versible, quant \u00e0 elle, est principalement due \u00e0 des cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge prolong\u00e9s \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, entra\u00eenant un \u00e9paississement excessif du film SEI, la formation de dendrites de lithium ou la d\u00e9composition irr\u00e9versible de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte. Ce type de d\u00e9gradation est permanent, comme si la batterie \u00e9tait \u201c endommag\u00e9e \u201d.
