{"id":2186,"date":"2026-01-23T11:26:22","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T03:26:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/?p=2186"},"modified":"2026-01-23T11:26:25","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T03:26:25","slug":"constance-de-la-batterie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/fr\/battery-consistency\/","title":{"rendered":"Coh\u00e9rence de la batterie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1133\"><strong>Pour comprendre la stabilit\u00e9 de la batterie, il faut d&#039;abord comprendre le SOC et l&#039;OCV.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1134\"><strong>SOC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1135\">L&#039;\u00e9tat de charge (SOC) d\u00e9signe la capacit\u00e9 restante de la batterie, comparable \u00e0 la jauge \u00e0 carburant d&#039;une voiture, exprim\u00e9e en pourcentage (0%-100%). Il s&#039;agit du rapport entre la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge actuelle de la batterie et sa capacit\u00e9 nominale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1136\">Du point de vue du principe de fonctionnement, le processus de charge et de d\u00e9charge d&#039;une batterie correspond essentiellement au \u201c\u00a0parcours migratoire\u00a0\u201d des ions lithium\u00a0: lors de la charge, les ions lithium sont extraits de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode positive, traversent l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte et le s\u00e9parateur, puis s&#039;incorporent au mat\u00e9riau carbon\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative\u00a0; \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, l&#039;\u00e9tat de charge (SOC) augmente continuellement jusqu&#039;\u00e0 atteindre 100% (th\u00e9oriquement, tous les ions lithium ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9s vers l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative). Autrement dit, il s&#039;agit de la tension de la batterie apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de repos\u00a0; un signal essentiel pour mesurer son \u00e9tat de charge (SOC), car il existe une corr\u00e9lation directe entre la tension et la capacit\u00e9 restante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1141\">Cependant, la corr\u00e9lation OCV-SOC varie consid\u00e9rablement selon les diff\u00e9rents types de batteries, ce qui constitue un facteur cl\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;origine des probl\u00e8mes de coh\u00e9rence\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1142\">La tension en circuit ouvert (OCV) des batteries lithium-fer-phosphate (LFP) se situe entre 1,95 V et 3,37 V, et leur courbe OCV-SOC pr\u00e9sente un plateau marqu\u00e9\u00a0: lorsque l\u2019\u00e9tat de charge (SOC) se situe dans la plage de fonctionnement optimale (20%-80%), la variation de tension est minime, de l\u2019ordre de 0,1 V. Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019estimation de la capacit\u00e9 restante bas\u00e9e uniquement sur la tension peut facilement conduire \u00e0 des mesures inexactes. Par exemple, si le SOC passe de 30% \u00e0 60%, la tension peut quasiment ne pas varier, et le syst\u00e8me ne pourra pas identifier avec pr\u00e9cision la capacit\u00e9 restante r\u00e9elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1143\">En revanche, la courbe OCV-SOC des batteries lithium ternaires pr\u00e9sente une bonne lin\u00e9arit\u00e9, la tension variant de mani\u00e8re uniforme et significative avec la capacit\u00e9 restante. Par exemple, lorsque l&#039;\u00e9tat de charge (SOC) passe de 20% \u00e0 80%, la tension augmente progressivement d&#039;environ 3,6 V \u00e0 environ 3,9 V. Il ne s\u2019agit pas seulement d\u2019une \u201c\u00a0capacit\u00e9 de batterie constante\u00a0\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1146\">Selon les d\u00e9finitions du secteur, la coh\u00e9rence d&#039;une batterie d\u00e9signe le degr\u00e9 d&#039;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des param\u00e8tres de performance cl\u00e9s entre les cellules d&#039;un pack, tels que la tension, la capacit\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance interne, la temp\u00e9rature et la dur\u00e9e de vie. Les variations de ces param\u00e8tres peuvent avoir un effet domino, affectant ainsi les performances globales du pack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1147\">Cinq dimensions fondamentales de la coh\u00e9rence des batteries<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1148\">(1) Coh\u00e9rence de la tension<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1149\">Cela fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de tension entre les cellules pr\u00e9sentant le m\u00eame \u00e9tat de charge (SOC). Une faible coh\u00e9rence de tension se manifeste comme suit\u00a0: par exemple, certaines cellules peuvent afficher un SOC de 50%, tandis que d\u2019autres n\u2019affichent que 3,2\u00a0V et d\u2019autres encore seulement 3,0\u00a0V. Cela entra\u00eene une charge compl\u00e8te en premier des cellules \u00e0 tension plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, provoquant un arr\u00eat pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 de la charge\u00a0; et une d\u00e9charge des cellules \u00e0 tension plus faible, provoquant un arr\u00eat pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 de la d\u00e9charge et une r\u00e9duction de la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1150\">(2) Coh\u00e9rence des capacit\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1151\">Cela fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de capacit\u00e9 nominale entre les cellules. M\u00eame des cellules provenant d&#039;un m\u00eame lot peuvent pr\u00e9senter des capacit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes en raison de variations dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication et les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s. Ainsi, certaines cellules peuvent contenir 100 Ah tandis que d&#039;autres ne peuvent contenir que 95 Ah. Cette incoh\u00e9rence de capacit\u00e9 entra\u00eene les cons\u00e9quences suivantes\u00a0: lors de la charge, les cellules de plus faible capacit\u00e9 se chargent compl\u00e8tement en premier, tandis que celles de plus grande capacit\u00e9 ne le font pas\u00a0; lors de la d\u00e9charge, les cellules de plus faible capacit\u00e9 se d\u00e9chargent en premier, laissant une capacit\u00e9 inutilis\u00e9e dans les cellules de plus grande capacit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duisant ainsi la capacit\u00e9 totale de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1152\">(3) Coh\u00e9rence de la r\u00e9sistance interne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1153\">La r\u00e9sistance interne est la r\u00e9sistance au passage du courant au sein de la batterie. Plus la r\u00e9sistance interne est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus l&#039;\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e lors de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge est importante. \u00c0 terme, les cellules pr\u00e9sentant une r\u00e9sistance interne \u00e9lev\u00e9e subiront une perte d&#039;\u00e9nergie plus importante, ce qui r\u00e9duira leur capacit\u00e9 de charge restante et entra\u00eenera une d\u00e9gradation continue de leur performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1154\">(4) Coh\u00e9rence de la temp\u00e9rature<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1155\">Lors du fonctionnement d&#039;une batterie, le chauffage de chaque cellule doit \u00eatre uniforme. Si certaines cellules pr\u00e9sentent une mauvaise dissipation thermique et des temp\u00e9ratures excessivement \u00e9lev\u00e9es, le vieillissement des substances chimiques internes s&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, entra\u00eenant une diminution de la capacit\u00e9, une augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance interne et, \u00e0 terme, une d\u00e9gradation de l&#039;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9. Dans des cas extr\u00eames, les diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature peuvent m\u00eame provoquer un emballement thermique, cr\u00e9ant ainsi des risques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1156\">(5) Coh\u00e9rence du cycle de vie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1157\">La dur\u00e9e de vie en cycles correspond au nombre de cycles complets qu&#039;une batterie effectue, depuis la charge compl\u00e8te jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la d\u00e9charge compl\u00e8te, en passant par la d\u00e9charge jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la tension de coupure, puis une nouvelle charge compl\u00e8te. Si certaines cellules de la batterie vieillissent pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment en raison d&#039;une h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9, la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&#039;ensemble de la batterie s&#039;en trouve consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite\u00a0; c&#039;est un exemple typique de l&#039;effet \u201c\u00a0maillon faible\u00a0\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1158\">Une faible constance dans l&#039;autonomie de la batterie a des cons\u00e9quences bien plus importantes qu&#039;une simple indication inexacte de sa dur\u00e9e de vie\u00a0; elle peut consid\u00e9rablement d\u00e9grader l&#039;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur sur trois plans\u00a0: l&#039;autonomie, la dur\u00e9e de vie et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et peut m\u00eame entra\u00eener de graves probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To understand battery consistency, you must first understand SOC and OCV.
