L&#039;impact des basses temp\u00e9ratures de la batterie sur sa capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3157\">La capacit\u00e9 est l&#039;un des param\u00e8tres les plus importants des batteries au lithium, et elle varie en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature. Les deux courbes de la figure ci-dessous repr\u00e9sentent les courbes de capacit\u00e9 en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature, obtenues en d\u00e9chargeant la batterie \u00e0 0,1 C et 0,3 C \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3159\">Il est \u00e9vident que la capacit\u00e9 augmente progressivement avec la temp\u00e9rature. \u00c0 -20 \u00b0C, elle ne repr\u00e9sente qu&#039;environ 60 % de celle \u00e0 15 \u00b0C. Par ailleurs, la tension en circuit ouvert de la batterie diminue \u00e9galement avec l&#039;augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature. On sait que l&#039;\u00e9nergie contenue dans une batterie est le produit de sa capacit\u00e9 et de sa tension aux bornes. Lorsque ces deux facteurs diminuent, l&#039;\u00e9nergie de la batterie r\u00e9sulte de la somme de ces deux diminutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3160\">Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de la batterie est basse, l&#039;activit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode positive diminue, ce qui r\u00e9duit le nombre d&#039;ions lithium pouvant se d\u00e9placer et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un courant de d\u00e9charge, ce qui est la raison fondamentale de la diminution de la capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3161\">2. Influence de la basse temp\u00e9rature de la batterie sur sa r\u00e9sistance interne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3162\">La relation entre la temp\u00e9rature et la r\u00e9sistance d&#039;une batterie au lithium est illustr\u00e9e dans la figure ci-dessous. Les diff\u00e9rentes courbes repr\u00e9sentent diff\u00e9rents niveaux de charge. Quelle que soit la situation de charge, la r\u00e9sistance interne de la batterie augmente significativement lorsque la temp\u00e9rature diminue. Plus le niveau de charge est faible, plus la r\u00e9sistance interne est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et cette tendance reste constante malgr\u00e9 les variations de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3164\">Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de la batterie est basse, la diffusion et la mobilit\u00e9 des ions charg\u00e9s dans les mat\u00e9riaux des \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative sont r\u00e9duites, et leur passage \u00e0 travers le film de passivation entre l&#039;\u00e9lectrode et l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte devient difficile. La vitesse de transfert dans l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte est \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9e, et une importante quantit\u00e9 de chaleur est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e lors de ce processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3165\">Une fois que les ions lithium atteignent l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative, la diffusion au sein de celle-ci devient \u00e9galement perturb\u00e9e. Tout au long du processus, le mouvement des ions charg\u00e9s est fortement entrav\u00e9. De l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur, cela se traduit par une augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance interne de l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3166\">3. L&#039;impact des basses temp\u00e9ratures de la batterie sur l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge de la batterie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3167\">La courbe suivante repr\u00e9sente l&#039;\u00e9volution du rendement de charge en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature. On constate que le rendement de charge \u00e0 -20 \u00b0C n&#039;est que de 651 T\/min par rapport \u00e0 celui \u00e0 15 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3169\">Une temp\u00e9rature basse de la batterie entra\u00eene des modifications des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectrochimiques mentionn\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, et la r\u00e9sistance interne augmente consid\u00e9rablement. Lors de la d\u00e9charge, une grande quantit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique est consomm\u00e9e par la r\u00e9sistance interne et g\u00e9n\u00e8re de la chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3170\">technologie de pr\u00e9chauffage \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature des batteries au lithium<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3171\">Face aux restrictions d&#039;utilisation des batteries au lithium lorsque leur temp\u00e9rature est basse, les techniciens ont mis au point une solution pour la charge et le pr\u00e9chauffage. Bien qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse d&#039;une solution provisoire, elle am\u00e9liore significativement la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge et la dur\u00e9e de vie des batteries au lithium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3172\">Avant de charger ou d&#039;utiliser des batteries au lithium dans un environnement o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature est basse, il est n\u00e9cessaire de les pr\u00e9chauffer. Le pr\u00e9chauffage assur\u00e9 par le syst\u00e8me de gestion de la batterie (BMS) peut \u00eatre globalement divis\u00e9 en deux cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: le pr\u00e9chauffage externe et le pr\u00e9chauffage interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3174\">Compar\u00e9 aux m\u00e9thodes de chauffage externe, le chauffage interne \u00e9vite la conduction thermique sur de longues distances et la formation de points chauds localis\u00e9s \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant.
