Sa fonction principale consiste \u00e0 combiner de nombreuses cellules individuelles selon une configuration s\u00e9rie-parall\u00e8le optimis\u00e9e, puis \u00e0 les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS), un syst\u00e8me de gestion thermique, des composants \u00e9lectriques et un bo\u00eetier de protection afin de former un syst\u00e8me \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique complet, pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#039;emploi pour le stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">La valeur de ce pack r\u00e9side dans l&#039;int\u00e9gration de ses diff\u00e9rents composants, palliant ainsi la capacit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e des cellules individuelles. Outre une tension et une capacit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures, son syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS) et son syst\u00e8me de gestion thermique garantissent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 de l&#039;ensemble du syst\u00e8me lors des cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge, ce qui en fait une source d&#039;\u00e9nergie essentielle pour les syst\u00e8mes de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember64\">Les cinq composantes essentielles du PACK sont indispensables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember65\">Un bloc-batterie peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en cinq modules principaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">Le module de batterie est le c\u0153ur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du syst\u00e8me. C&#039;est une petite unit\u00e9 compos\u00e9e de plusieurs cellules individuelles connect\u00e9es en s\u00e9rie et en parall\u00e8le. Par exemple, connecter 12 cellules de 3,2 V en s\u00e9rie cr\u00e9e un module de 38,4 V. Connecter plusieurs modules de ce type en parall\u00e8le augmente encore la capacit\u00e9. Sa fonction principale est de stocker et de restituer l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique. Diff\u00e9rents types de modules peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en fonction des besoins en tension et en capacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">Le syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique est essentiel au fonctionnement de la batterie. V\u00e9ritable r\u00e9seau de transmission d&#039;\u00e9nergie et de signaux, il se compose principalement de barres omnibus en cuivre, de faisceaux de c\u00e2bles haute tension et basse tension, ainsi que de dispositifs de protection \u00e9lectrique (fusibles et relais, par exemple). Le faisceau de c\u00e2bles haute tension achemine l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique stock\u00e9e dans le module de batterie vers les charges externes (onduleurs, par exemple), constituant ainsi le canal principal de transfert d&#039;\u00e9nergie. Le faisceau de c\u00e2bles basse tension transmet en temps r\u00e9el les signaux de commande du syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS) et les signaux d&#039;\u00e9tat des cellules (tension et temp\u00e9rature, par exemple) aux diff\u00e9rents composants, garantissant ainsi le fonctionnement coordonn\u00e9 de l&#039;ensemble du syst\u00e8me. Les batteries sont particuli\u00e8rement sensibles aux variations de temp\u00e9rature. Des temp\u00e9ratures excessives peuvent provoquer le gonflement des cellules, r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie et m\u00eame engendrer des risques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. \u00c0 l&#039;inverse, des temp\u00e9ratures trop basses diminuent consid\u00e9rablement l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de charge et de d\u00e9charge. Le syst\u00e8me de gestion thermique cr\u00e9e donc un environnement \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature constante pour la batterie, garantissant ainsi le fonctionnement de toutes les cellules dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature de 5 \u00b0C ou moins. Les principales m\u00e9thodes de gestion thermique actuelles se divisent en deux cat\u00e9gories. Le refroidissement par air utilise des ventilateurs, des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur et d&#039;autres composants pour \u00e9vacuer la chaleur par un flux d&#039;air. De conception simple et peu co\u00fbteux, il convient aux applications de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie de faible et moyenne puissance (comme le stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie domestique). Ses principaux composants incluent des compresseurs, des ventilateurs, des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur, etc., et il offre une grande flexibilit\u00e9 d&#039;assemblage. Le refroidissement liquide, quant \u00e0 lui, absorbe la chaleur par la circulation d&#039;un fluide caloporteur. Il offre une plus grande pr\u00e9cision de contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature et une meilleure dissipation thermique, et est adapt\u00e9 aux centrales de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie de forte puissance (comme le stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque d&#039;appoint).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Le bo\u00eetier constitue la structure de base du syst\u00e8me PACK. En tant que protection externe, il se compose principalement du corps du bo\u00eetier, du couvercle, d&#039;un support m\u00e9tallique et de vis de fixation. V\u00e9ritable centre de contr\u00f4le intelligent, il assure la surveillance en temps r\u00e9el et la gestion pr\u00e9cise de l&#039;ensemble du syst\u00e8me. Ses principales fonctions comprennent la surveillance de l&#039;\u00e9tat, la gestion de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge, l&#039;\u00e9quilibrage et la transmission des donn\u00e9es. La surveillance de l&#039;\u00e9tat collecte en temps r\u00e9el la tension, le courant et la temp\u00e9rature des cellules, ainsi que l&#039;\u00e9tat de charge (SOC) et l&#039;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 (SOH) du pack. La gestion de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge pr\u00e9vient la surcharge, la d\u00e9charge excessive et la surintensit\u00e9, garantissant ainsi un processus de charge et de d\u00e9charge s\u00fbr. L&#039;\u00e9quilibrage ajuste l&#039;\u00e9tat des cellules par un \u00e9quilibrage actif ou passif en cas de diff\u00e9rences de tension, \u00e9vitant ainsi la d\u00e9gradation de la dur\u00e9e de vie due \u00e0 une h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de tension.
