Cette somme inclut la r\u00e9sistance interne ohmique, la r\u00e9sistance de transfert de charge et la r\u00e9sistance de polarisation. Le test DCR calcule la r\u00e9sistance interne (R = \u0394U\/I) en appliquant un courant constant et en mesurant la variation de tension. Ceci refl\u00e8te les caract\u00e9ristiques d&#039;imp\u00e9dance dynamique de la batterie en conditions r\u00e9elles d&#039;utilisation. Il refl\u00e8te le vieillissement de la batterie et sa dur\u00e9e de vie restante. Le courant de r\u00e9sistance (DCR) est un indicateur cl\u00e9 pour \u00e9valuer le SOH des batteries au lithium. Une batterie neuve pr\u00e9sente un DCR extr\u00eamement faible. En effet, lors des premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de sa fabrication, la structure du mat\u00e9riau d&#039;\u00e9lectrode est intacte, les performances de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte sont excellentes, la conductivit\u00e9 ionique du s\u00e9parateur est optimale et la r\u00e9sistance ohmique interne est faible. Au fil des cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge, le mat\u00e9riau d&#039;\u00e9lectrode subit des modifications structurelles, ce qui augmente la r\u00e9sistance ohmique interne et, par cons\u00e9quent, le DCR. Le suivi des variations du DCR permet de contr\u00f4ler le vieillissement de la batterie en temps r\u00e9el, facilitant ainsi son remplacement et sa maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember68\">(2) Corr\u00e9lation avec d&#039;autres param\u00e8tres de performance de la batterie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember69\">Le DCR est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9 \u00e0 d&#039;autres param\u00e8tres de performance de la batterie. Dans la pratique, de nombreux appareils n\u00e9cessitent des batteries capables de supporter des d\u00e9charges \u00e0 courant \u00e9lev\u00e9, comme la charge rapide des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables et l&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Lors de l&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration d&#039;un v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique, si la DCR de la batterie est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le moteur consomme un courant important, ce qui provoque une chute rapide de la tension de la batterie. Lorsque la tension descend en dessous d&#039;un certain seuil, le syst\u00e8me de gestion de la batterie active un m\u00e9canisme de protection limitant le courant de sortie, ce qui entra\u00eene une baisse des performances du v\u00e9hicule et peut m\u00eame emp\u00eacher une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration correcte.
