Or, il s&#039;agit en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d&#039;un processus d&#039;ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e8me hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 qui combine \u00e9lectrochimie, conception m\u00e9canique, \u00e9lectronique et gestion thermique. Chaque \u00e9tape est cruciale pour les performances, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e de vie du syst\u00e8me de batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">1. S\u00e9lection des cellules\u00a0: Le fondement du processus de conditionnement, la constance est essentielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember64\">La conception d&#039;un syst\u00e8me de batterie fiable commence par la s\u00e9lection des cellules. Les exigences essentielles comprennent la v\u00e9rification de la constance des performances et la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;une s\u00e9lection \u00e0 la demande. La tension, la r\u00e9sistance interne et la capacit\u00e9 sont les trois param\u00e8tres fondamentaux d&#039;une cellule, et une s\u00e9lection rigoureuse est n\u00e9cessaire pour garantir une parfaite ad\u00e9quation des param\u00e8tres de chaque cellule. Si la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;une cellule est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des autres, elle se chargera et se d\u00e9chargera en premier lors des cycles de charge-d\u00e9charge prolong\u00e9s, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant ainsi le vieillissement et pouvant entra\u00eener une charge et une d\u00e9charge in\u00e9gales au sein de l&#039;ensemble de la batterie, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un risque potentiel pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember65\">2. Conception structurelle : concilier s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et praticit\u00e9 dans l&#039;espace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">Les batteries doivent s&#039;adapter au produit final et r\u00e9sister aux contraintes des environnements complexes. Leur conception structurelle exige un \u00e9quilibre optimal entre espace, poids et robustesse. Par exemple, les batteries des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergies nouvelles doivent \u00eatre con\u00e7ues pour s&#039;int\u00e9grer parfaitement \u00e0 l&#039;habitacle tout en pr\u00e9sentant une structure haute r\u00e9sistance capable de supporter les vibrations, les chocs et m\u00eame les collisions en cours de route, prot\u00e9geant ainsi les cellules de l&#039;\u00e9crasement. Les dimensions d&#039;installation des batteries de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre prises en compte, tout comme leur stabilit\u00e9 d&#039;empilement. Afin de r\u00e9duire la consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie, notamment pour les applications automobiles, les batteries utilisent des mat\u00e9riaux l\u00e9gers tels que l&#039;alliage d&#039;aluminium et la fibre de carbone. Toutefois, l&#039;all\u00e8gement ne signifie pas des compromis sur la qualit\u00e9. Connexion \u00e9lectrique\u00a0: Un chemin pr\u00e9cis pour le courant et les signaux. La moindre erreur est critique. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019assemblage des cellules, des connexions \u00e9lectriques fiables sont essentielles \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation du pack batterie et repr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement une zone \u00e0 haut risque pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La forme des barres omnibus a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e afin de r\u00e9duire davantage la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de chaleur. Le faisceau de c\u00e2bles haute tension du pack batterie, charg\u00e9 de la transmission des courants \u00e9lev\u00e9s, doit \u00eatre renforc\u00e9 et \u00e9loign\u00e9 des sources de chaleur. Les lignes de signaux basse tension, assurant la transmission des donn\u00e9es, doivent \u00eatre \u00e9loign\u00e9es du faisceau haute tension afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (IEM) susceptibles de provoquer des erreurs de donn\u00e9es et une mauvaise interpr\u00e9tation par le syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS). Toutes les connexions sont isol\u00e9es pour pr\u00e9venir les fuites de courant et les courts-circuits. L\u2019ensemble du pack batterie doit \u00e9galement respecter les indices de protection IP afin de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en cas de pluie, d\u2019immersion ou dans d\u2019autres environnements difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">4. Gestion thermique : Le \u201c thermostat \u201d de la batterie ; la temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9termine sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Des temp\u00e9ratures excessivement \u00e9lev\u00e9es acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent le vieillissement des batteries au lithium et peuvent m\u00eame provoquer un emballement thermique. Des temp\u00e9ratures trop basses entra\u00eenent une chute brutale de capacit\u00e9 et un ralentissement de la charge. Le syst\u00e8me de gestion thermique fait office de \u201c thermostat \u201d pour la batterie, maintenant une temp\u00e9rature optimale entre 25 et 40 \u00b0C. Concernant la dissipation de la chaleur, les batteries des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergies nouvelles utilisent souvent un refroidissement liquide. Des plaques de refroidissement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 la batterie font circuler un fluide caloporteur pour \u00e9vacuer la chaleur, assurant ainsi une r\u00e9gulation thermique plus homog\u00e8ne. Le refroidissement par air est \u00e9conomique et simple, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 aux applications telles que les batteries de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie, o\u00f9 la production de chaleur est relativement faible. En hiver, la batterie active sa fonction de chauffage, pr\u00e9chauffant les cellules \u00e0 l&#039;aide de plaques chauffantes PTC ou de films chauffants \u00e9lectriques afin de pr\u00e9server sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">5. BMS\u00a0: Le \u201c\u00a0cerveau\u00a0\u201d de la batterie, le c\u0153ur de l\u2019intelligence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">Si la cellule est le \u201c\u00a0c\u0153ur\u00a0\u201d de la batterie, le BMS en est le \u201c\u00a0cerveau\u00a0\u201d, charg\u00e9 de surveiller, de prot\u00e9ger et d&#039;optimiser ses performances. Le BMS utilise des capteurs pour collecter en temps r\u00e9el les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 la tension et \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de chaque cellule, ainsi qu&#039;au courant circulant dans l&#039;ensemble de la batterie. Il utilise ensuite des algorithmes pour estimer l&#039;\u00e9tat de charge (SOC) et l&#039;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 (SOH), offrant ainsi \u00e0 l&#039;utilisateur et au syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le du v\u00e9hicule une visibilit\u00e9 constante sur l&#039;\u00e9tat de la batterie. M\u00eame si les param\u00e8tres des cellules sont initialement identiques, des variations peuvent appara\u00eetre avec le temps. Le BMS utilise un \u00e9quilibrage passif (par des r\u00e9sistances qui d\u00e9chargent les cellules \u00e0 haute tension afin d&#039;\u00e9galiser la tension) ou un \u00e9quilibrage actif (par transfert d&#039;\u00e9nergie pour une efficacit\u00e9 accrue et des \u00e9conomies d&#039;\u00e9nergie) pour \u00e9viter la surcharge et la d\u00e9charge excessive des cellules individuelles, prolongeant ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie. Le BMS dispose \u00e9galement de seuils de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis. Si l&#039;un de ces param\u00e8tres, tels que la tension, la temp\u00e9rature et le courant, est d\u00e9pass\u00e9, le circuit est imm\u00e9diatement d\u00e9connect\u00e9 afin d&#039;\u00e9viter tout dommage suppl\u00e9mentaire. Ce syst\u00e8me constitue le dernier rempart de la batterie.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Outre le syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS), les batteries doivent int\u00e9grer de multiples dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment \u00e9lectriques et m\u00e9caniques. Avant leur sortie d&#039;usine, elles subissent trois tests majeurs\u00a0: performance \u00e9lectrique, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et adaptabilit\u00e9 environnementale.
