Une d\u00e9faillance du BMS affectera la dur\u00e9e de vie du syst\u00e8me de batterie et r\u00e9duira l&#039;autonomie du v\u00e9hicule, voire provoquera un emballement thermique et des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 thermique\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">Son mode de d\u00e9faillance doit \u00eatre analys\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail. La d\u00e9faillance du syst\u00e8me de batterie n&#039;est pas uniquement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la batterie elle-m\u00eame, mais aussi \u00e0 celle du BMS. Une d\u00e9faillance du syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS) entra\u00eene une surcharge ou une d\u00e9charge excessive de la batterie\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">Un probl\u00e8me de connexion, de sertissage des fils ou un mauvais contact entra\u00eene une d\u00e9faillance de la ligne de d\u00e9tection de tension, le BMS ne dispose d&#039;aucune information de tension et la charge ne s&#039;arr\u00eate pas comme elle le devrait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">2. D\u00e9faillance de la d\u00e9tection du courant du BMS\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">En cas de d\u00e9faillance du capteur \u00e0 effet Hall, le syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS) ne peut plus collecter le courant, le calcul de l&#039;\u00e9tat de charge (SOC) est impossible et l&#039;\u00e9cart est important. Cette d\u00e9faillance de la d\u00e9tection du courant peut entra\u00eener une surintensit\u00e9 de charge. Cette surintensit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e8re une forte chaleur interne dans les cellules de la batterie, et la temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9passe un certain seuil, ce qui provoque une d\u00e9gradation de la capacit\u00e9 de solidification du diaphragme et affecte gravement la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">3. D\u00e9faillance de la d\u00e9tection de temp\u00e9rature du syst\u00e8me de gestion technique du b\u00e2timent (GTB)\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Lorsque le BMS ne parvient pas \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter la temp\u00e9rature de la batterie, la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement de celle-ci peut devenir trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e et provoquer une r\u00e9action irr\u00e9versible, ce qui a un impact important sur la capacit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance interne de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">D&#039;une part, cela affecte la dur\u00e9e de vie, et plus dangereusement encore, les batteries haute temp\u00e9rature sont sujettes au gonflement, aux fuites, aux explosions et \u00e0 d&#039;autres probl\u00e8mes, qui finissent par entra\u00eener un emballement thermique et des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">4. D\u00e9faillance du contr\u00f4le de l&#039;isolation\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Une d\u00e9faillance d&#039;isolation se produit en cas de d\u00e9formation ou de fuite du syst\u00e8me de batteries. Si le syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS) ne la d\u00e9tecte pas, un risque d&#039;\u00e9lectrocution existe. Par cons\u00e9quent, le BMS doit \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 de capteurs de surveillance extr\u00eamement performants. La pr\u00e9vention des d\u00e9faillances du syst\u00e8me de surveillance contribue grandement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember74\">5. Probl\u00e8me de compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique\u00a0: d\u00e9faillance de la communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">Pour un syst\u00e8me de gestion technique du b\u00e2timent (GTB), la compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique teste principalement sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sister aux interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques.
