Cependant, en cas de court-circuit interne, un chemin conducteur anormal appara\u00eet entre les \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember62\">En temps normal, les ions lithium sont ins\u00e9r\u00e9s et extraits de mani\u00e8re ordonn\u00e9e entre les \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte lors des cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge, et la membrane emp\u00eache efficacement la conduction directe des \u00e9lectrons entre ces \u00e9lectrodes. Lorsque des particules d&#039;impuret\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques p\u00e9n\u00e8trent la membrane et entrent en contact avec les \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative, un chemin conducteur se forme entre elles, provoquant un court-circuit interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember67\"><strong>Bavures d&#039;\u00e9lectrodes :<\/strong> Lors de la fabrication de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode, une op\u00e9ration incorrecte ou un \u00e9quipement impr\u00e9cis peuvent engendrer de minuscules bavures sur son bord. Ces bavures peuvent ensuite p\u00e9n\u00e9trer progressivement dans le diaphragme lors de l&#039;utilisation de la batterie, provoquant un court-circuit interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember68\"><strong>(2) Dommages survenus pendant l&#039;utilisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember69\"><strong>Contraintes m\u00e9caniques :<\/strong> Lors de leur utilisation quotidienne, les batteries lithium-ion sont in\u00e9vitablement soumises \u00e0 diverses contraintes m\u00e9caniques. Par exemple, en cas de chute accidentelle d&#039;un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable ou de conduite d&#039;une voiture \u00e9lectrique sur une route accident\u00e9e, la batterie peut subir des chocs ou des compressions. Sous l&#039;effet de fortes contraintes m\u00e9caniques, les \u00e9lectrodes internes, les membranes et autres composants peuvent se d\u00e9former ou s&#039;endommager. Par exemple, la membrane peut se rompre, entra\u00eenant un contact direct entre les \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative et provoquant ainsi un court-circuit interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember70\"><strong>Influence de la temp\u00e9rature : <\/strong>La temp\u00e9rature influe consid\u00e9rablement sur les performances et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des batteries lithium-ion. \u00c0 haute temp\u00e9rature, la vitesse des r\u00e9actions chimiques internes s&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, ce qui peut entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes tels que la d\u00e9composition de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte. \u00c0 tr\u00e8s haute temp\u00e9rature, les performances de la membrane diminuent, voire elle fond, ce qui compromet l&#039;isolation entre les \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative et provoque un court-circuit interne. \u00c0 l&#039;inverse, \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, la r\u00e9sistance interne de la batterie augmente et la migration des ions lithium ralentit, ce qui peut \u00e9galement engendrer un courant local excessif et un court-circuit interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"811\" height=\"436\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331251868.png\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" class=\"wp-image-1756\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.8601271571298819;width:404px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331251868.png 811w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331251868-600x323.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331251868-300x161.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331251868-768x413.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 811px) 100vw, 811px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember72\"><strong>(3) Vieillissement de la batterie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember73\">Avec l&#039;augmentation du nombre de cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge, les batteries lithium-ion vieillissent progressivement. Ce processus de vieillissement s&#039;accompagne de modifications physico-chimiques complexes \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la batterie. Par exemple, un film SEI plus \u00e9pais se forme progressivement \u00e0 la surface de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative. La croissance de ce film peut r\u00e9duire l&#039;activit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative et engendrer des fissures. Lorsque ces fissures atteignent une certaine taille, le contact entre l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative et l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte peut se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer, provoquant ainsi une concentration locale du courant et des courts-circuits internes. De plus, l&#039;augmentation du nombre de cycles peut modifier la structure cristalline du mat\u00e9riau de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode positive, ce qui diminue sa stabilit\u00e9 et accro\u00eet indirectement le risque de courts-circuits internes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember74\">Impact des courts-circuits dans les batteries lithium-ion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember75\"><strong>(1) D\u00e9gradation de la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember76\">Les courts-circuits internes peuvent provoquer une autod\u00e9charge de la batterie, entra\u00eenant une consommation inutile d&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique qui ne peut \u00eatre restitu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;appareil. De m\u00eame, apr\u00e8s un court-circuit interne dans une batterie lithium-ion, sa capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle diminue progressivement, r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement l&#039;autonomie de l&#039;appareil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember77\"><strong>(2) Augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance interne de la batterie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember78\">Lorsqu&#039;un court-circuit interne se produit, la r\u00e9partition du courant \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la batterie devient in\u00e9gale, et une forte densit\u00e9 de courant appara\u00eet localement. L&#039;augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance interne de la batterie accro\u00eet non seulement les pertes d&#039;\u00e9nergie lors de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge, r\u00e9duisant ainsi son rendement de conversion \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, mais provoque \u00e9galement un \u00e9chauffement pendant ces cycles. Si la batterie reste longtemps dans un \u00e9tat de r\u00e9sistance interne \u00e9lev\u00e9e, sa dur\u00e9e de vie est encore r\u00e9duite, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant ainsi son processus de d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember79\"><strong>(3) Risque accru d&#039;emballement thermique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember80\">L&#039;emballement thermique est l&#039;une des cons\u00e9quences les plus graves d&#039;un court-circuit interne dans une batterie lithium-ion. Lors d&#039;un tel court-circuit, une grande quantit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique est convertie en chaleur en un laps de temps tr\u00e8s court, provoquant une forte hausse de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la batterie. Cette hausse de temp\u00e9rature intensifie la r\u00e9action chimique interne, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant encore plus de chaleur et engendrant un cercle vicieux. Si cette chaleur ne peut \u00eatre dissip\u00e9e rapidement et efficacement, la batterie s&#039;emballe thermiquement lorsque la temp\u00e9rature atteint un certain seuil.
