Surveillance de l&#039;\u00e9tat de la batterie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember641\"><strong>Surveillance de la tension\u00a0:<\/strong> Surveillance en temps r\u00e9el de la tension de chaque cellule de la batterie et de l&#039;ensemble du pack de batteries, obtention pr\u00e9cise des donn\u00e9es de tension, afin de d\u00e9tecter rapidement les anomalies de tension, telles que les surtensions, les sous-tensions, etc., et de fournir des informations de base pour l&#039;utilisation s\u00fbre et l&#039;\u00e9valuation des performances de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember642\"><strong>Surveillance en cours\u00a0:<\/strong> Mesurer avec pr\u00e9cision l&#039;intensit\u00e9 et la direction du courant pendant le processus de charge et de d\u00e9charge de la batterie, comprendre l&#039;\u00e9tat de charge et de d\u00e9charge de la batterie et le flux d&#039;\u00e9nergie, puis calculer la capacit\u00e9 de charge et de d\u00e9charge de la batterie, fournit une base importante pour estimer la capacit\u00e9 restante de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember643\"><strong>Surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature :<\/strong> Surveillance en temps r\u00e9el de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents endroits de la batterie. Gestion des charges et des d\u00e9charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember649\"><strong>Contr\u00f4le de la charge\u00a0:<\/strong> Durant la charge, le courant et la tension sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision en fonction de l&#039;\u00e9tat de la batterie et des besoins de charge afin de garantir une charge s\u00fbre et efficace, d&#039;\u00e9viter la surcharge, la sous-charge et la surchauffe, et de prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie. Lorsque sa tension atteint une certaine valeur, le mode de charge \u00e0 tension constante est activ\u00e9 jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la fin du processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember650\"><strong>Contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9bit : <\/strong>Surveillez le processus de d\u00e9charge de la batterie afin d&#039;\u00e9viter une d\u00e9charge excessive. Lorsque la tension ou la puissance de la batterie atteint le seuil minimal d\u00e9fini, le circuit de d\u00e9charge est automatiquement coup\u00e9 pour la prot\u00e9ger contre tout dommage irr\u00e9versible. Parall\u00e8lement, la puissance de sortie de la batterie est r\u00e9partie de mani\u00e8re optimale en fonction des besoins en \u00e9nergie, garantissant ainsi une alimentation stable quelles que soient les conditions de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember651\">4. Protection de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la batterie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember652\"><strong>Protection contre les surtensions\u00a0:<\/strong> Lorsque la tension d&#039;un bloc-batterie ou d&#039;une cellule unique d\u00e9passe le seuil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le BMS prend rapidement des mesures, telles que la coupure du circuit de charge ou la limitation de la tension de charge, afin d&#039;emp\u00eacher la batterie de gonfler, de br\u00fbler ou m\u00eame d&#039;exploser en raison d&#039;une surtension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember653\"><strong>Protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/strong> D\u00e8s qu&#039;il est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 que le courant de charge et de d\u00e9charge de la batterie d\u00e9passe la valeur maximale autoris\u00e9e, le BMS coupe imm\u00e9diatement le circuit afin d&#039;\u00e9viter que la batterie et les autres \u00e9quipements ne soient endommag\u00e9s par une surintensit\u00e9, et \u00e9galement de pr\u00e9venir les risques de surchauffe et d&#039;incendie caus\u00e9s par un courant excessif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember654\"><strong>Protection contre la surchauffe\u00a0: <\/strong>Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de la batterie devient trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie (BMS) active un m\u00e9canisme de dissipation thermique, comme la mise en marche d&#039;un ventilateur ou l&#039;arr\u00eat des op\u00e9rations de charge et de d\u00e9charge, afin de r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature et d&#039;\u00e9viter un vieillissement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 ou des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 une surchauffe. Gestion du solde :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember658\">En raison des diff\u00e9rences de processus de fabrication, de capacit\u00e9 initiale, de taux d&#039;autod\u00e9charge, etc., entre les cellules de la batterie, des incoh\u00e9rences peuvent survenir lors des cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge, entra\u00eenant une baisse des performances globales de la batterie. Le BMS utilise une technologie d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage active ou passive pour \u00e9quilibrer les cellules, permettant ainsi \u00e0 chaque cellule d&#039;\u00eatre charg\u00e9e et d\u00e9charg\u00e9e dans des conditions quasi identiques. Ceci am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 globale et la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember659\">6.
