Le ch\u00e2ssis inf\u00e9rieur supporte principalement les composants et la plus grande partie du poids du syst\u00e8me de batterie\u00a0; le ch\u00e2ssis sup\u00e9rieur joue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un r\u00f4le de protection et a des exigences de charge moindres\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember67\">Conception du cadre inf\u00e9rieur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">En tant que principal \u00e9l\u00e9ment porteur du syst\u00e8me de batterie, le ch\u00e2ssis inf\u00e9rieur est relativement complexe \u00e0 concevoir. De nombreux facteurs entrent en ligne de compte lors de sa conception, notamment la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et le poids. Actuellement, les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication des ch\u00e2ssis inf\u00e9rieurs utilis\u00e9s dans les syst\u00e8mes de batteries comprennent le travail de la t\u00f4le, l&#039;emboutissage \u00e0 froid, le moulage par extrusion et le moulage sous pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">(1) Conception bas\u00e9e sur l&#039;enveloppe du v\u00e9hicule et le processus de batterie au lithium<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Diff\u00e9rents types et proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication de batteries au lithium conviennent \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents sch\u00e9mas de conception de ch\u00e2ssis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">L&#039;agencement des batteries est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en fonction du type de batterie s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 et de son processus de fabrication. La disposition des batteries dans le cadre est appel\u00e9e technologie de groupement. Les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients de cette technique, ainsi que la conformit\u00e9 du cadre aux normes, sont des indicateurs importants. L&#039;efficacit\u00e9 du groupement correspond au rapport entre le poids et l&#039;espace utile des batteries. Cette \u00e9tape permet de r\u00e9aliser une premi\u00e8re d\u00e9composition dimensionnelle, de l&#039;enveloppe \u00e0 la batterie. En fonction du type de batterie et de ses dimensions, on peut estimer sa densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, sa densit\u00e9 volumique, etc. Le choix et l&#039;agencement des composants sont ensuite v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s afin de confirmer leur conformit\u00e9 avec les technologies actuelles du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember78\">Les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes de batteries ont des plateformes de tension diff\u00e9rentes, et le nombre de batteries \u00e0 regrouper dans le syst\u00e8me sera \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember79\">Conception du cadre sup\u00e9rieur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember80\">Le cadre sup\u00e9rieur, en collaboration avec le cadre inf\u00e9rieur, forme un espace clos prot\u00e9geant les composants internes. Le choix du mat\u00e9riau du cadre sup\u00e9rieur repose principalement sur son adaptabilit\u00e9 environnementale, notamment sa r\u00e9sistance aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures et \u00e0 la corrosion, ainsi que sur sa robustesse, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de r\u00e9sistance structurelle du syst\u00e8me de batterie. Actuellement, les mat\u00e9riaux principalement utilis\u00e9s sont la t\u00f4le et les mat\u00e9riaux composites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember81\">Avec la promotion et l&#039;application de la solution CTC, le cadre sup\u00e9rieur sera \u00e9galement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au ch\u00e2ssis du v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember82\">Autres conceptions auxiliaires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember83\">(1) Conception de l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember84\">La jonction entre les cadres sup\u00e9rieur et inf\u00e9rieur doit \u00eatre \u00e9tanche pour assurer l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;eau et \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember85\">(2) Conception d&#039;\u00e9quilibre de la pression d&#039;air<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember86\">Il existe une diff\u00e9rence de pression entre l&#039;int\u00e9rieur et l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur du cadre \u00e9tanche, influenc\u00e9e par la temp\u00e9rature, l&#039;altitude, etc. Une diff\u00e9rence de pression excessive exerce une force suppl\u00e9mentaire sur le cadre, alt\u00e8re sa structure et peut m\u00eame provoquer son explosion.
