Durant cette phase, le chargeur fournit un courant relativement stable, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9fini en fonction des param\u00e8tres de conception de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember65\">Pour une batterie d&#039;une capacit\u00e9 nominale de 100 Ah, un taux de charge de 0,5 C signifie un courant de charge de 50 A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">La charge \u00e0 courant constant a pour principal objectif d&#039;augmenter rapidement la tension de la batterie jusqu&#039;\u00e0 un seuil proche de sa pleine charge. Cette \u00e9tape est efficace car, lorsque la batterie est faible, sa r\u00e9sistance interne est r\u00e9duite et peut supporter un courant de charge plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 sans risque de surchauffe ni de dommage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">De plus, comme le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de polarisation est faible \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, une charge avec un courant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 n&#039;affectera pas significativement les performances de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember68\">Transition du courant constant \u00e0 la tension constante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">Lorsque la tension de la batterie atteint la tension de coupure d\u00e9finie, la phase de charge \u00e0 courant constant se termine et le syst\u00e8me passe automatiquement en mode tension constante (CV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Une charge continue \u00e0 courant \u00e9lev\u00e9 constant peut entra\u00eener une augmentation rapide de la tension de la batterie, d\u00e9passant la limite de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ce qui endommage la structure de la batterie et r\u00e9duit sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">Durant la phase de charge \u00e0 tension constante, le chargeur maintient la tension de sortie inchang\u00e9e, mais le courant de charge diminue naturellement \u00e0 mesure que la batterie se remplit. En effet, l&#039;augmentation du nombre d&#039;ions lithium rend leur insertion dans l&#039;\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative plus difficile, ce qui accro\u00eet la r\u00e9sistance interne de la batterie et r\u00e9duit ainsi le courant, m\u00eame \u00e0 tension externe constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1741770361036.png\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" class=\"wp-image-1710\" style=\"width:342px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1741770361036.png 500w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1741770361036-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1741770361036-100x100.png 100w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1741770361036-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1741770361036-355x355.png 355w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1741770361036-370x370.png 370w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1741770361036-170x170.png 170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember73\">Phase de charge \u00e0 tension constante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember74\">Durant la phase de charge \u00e0 tension constante, l&#039;objectif principal est de r\u00e9duire progressivement le courant de charge jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;il atteigne un niveau bas pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9, point auquel la batterie est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme enti\u00e8rement charg\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">Malgr\u00e9 la r\u00e9duction du courant de charge, la tension aux bornes de la batterie reste constante, ce qui permet de charger efficacement l&#039;\u00e9nergie restante dans la batterie tout en \u00e9vitant le risque de surcharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember76\">Il convient de noter que, bien que la phase de charge \u00e0 courant constant permette d&#039;augmenter rapidement la charge de la batterie, elle ne suffit pas \u00e0 elle seule pour une charge compl\u00e8te. \u00c0 la fin de cette phase, une polarisation interne peut se produire, et la tension r\u00e9elle de la batterie peut \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la tension mesur\u00e9e. Sans charge ult\u00e9rieure \u00e0 tension constante, la batterie risque de ne pas atteindre sa capacit\u00e9 maximale, ce qui peut nuire \u00e0 sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember77\">Consid\u00e9rations relatives \u00e0 la polarisation et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember78\">Lorsqu&#039;on choisit une m\u00e9thode de charge \u00e0 courant constant suivie d&#039;une charge \u00e0 tension constante, il convient de tenir compte de l&#039;effet de polarisation interne \u00e0 la batterie. La polarisation d\u00e9signe la situation o\u00f9 la tension r\u00e9elle de la batterie est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 sa tension d&#039;\u00e9quilibre dans des conditions id\u00e9ales, en raison de la limitation de la vitesse de la r\u00e9action \u00e9lectrochimique pendant la charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember79\">Le degr\u00e9 de polarisation augmente avec l&#039;intensit\u00e9 du courant de charge, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une hausse anormale de la tension de la batterie, voire d\u00e9clencher le m\u00e9canisme de protection et interrompre la charge pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment.
