Lorsque la batterie est en fonctionnement, un courant la traverse. C&#039;est un indicateur important de ses performances \u00e9lectriques. Elle s&#039;exprime en C et en Ah (amp\u00e8res-heures) ou mAh (mAh). Capacit\u00e9 de la batterie (Ah) = Courant (A) x Dur\u00e9e de d\u00e9charge (h).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Capacit\u00e9 nominale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autrement dit, la capacit\u00e9 indiqu\u00e9e sur l&#039;emballage de la batterie correspond \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 minimale lib\u00e9r\u00e9e dans des conditions standard, conform\u00e9ment aux normes promulgu\u00e9es par l&#039;\u00c9tat ou les organismes comp\u00e9tents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) Capacit\u00e9 th\u00e9orique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conception est bas\u00e9e sur la masse de la substance active, calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de la loi de Faraday et de sa valeur th\u00e9orique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) Capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon l&#039;\u00e9tat r\u00e9el de la batterie, la capacit\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9e par un syst\u00e8me de charge\/d\u00e9charge donn\u00e9 d\u00e9pend de son \u00e9tat propre (\u00e9tat de charge, \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9, etc.) et du syst\u00e8me de charge\/d\u00e9charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. R\u00e9sistance interne de la batterie (m\u03a9)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9sistance interne d&#039;une batterie est la r\u00e9sistance au passage du courant. Elle d\u00e9pend principalement des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s, du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication, de la structure de la batterie et d&#039;autres facteurs. On distingue la r\u00e9sistance interne ohmique et la r\u00e9sistance interne polaris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9sistance interne ohmique\u00a0: elle d\u00e9pend de la composition du mat\u00e9riau des \u00e9lectrodes, de l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte, de la r\u00e9sistance du diaphragme, de la r\u00e9sistance de contact entre les mat\u00e9riaux et de la r\u00e9sistance de contact avec le bo\u00eetier. Lors de la d\u00e9charge d\u2019une batterie, la r\u00e9sistance ohmique ob\u00e9it \u00e0 la loi d\u2019Ohm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9sistance interne de polarisation\u00a0: il s\u2019agit principalement de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique due \u00e0 la polarisation \u00e9lectrochimique et \u00e0 la polarisation par diff\u00e9rence de concentration g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es lors du passage du courant \u00e9lectrique dans la batterie. La r\u00e9sistance de polarisation augmente avec la densit\u00e9 de courant, mais de fa\u00e7on non lin\u00e9aire\u00a0; elle augmente souvent lin\u00e9airement avec le logarithme de la densit\u00e9 de courant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9sistance interne d&#039;une batterie n&#039;est pas constante et varie au fil du temps lors de la d\u00e9charge car la composition de la substance active, la concentration de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte et la temp\u00e9rature changent constamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4<\/strong><strong>. Dur\u00e9e de vie du cycle de charge<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une batterie secondaire est appel\u00e9e batterie \u00e0 cycle de vie. Apr\u00e8s des cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, sa capacit\u00e9 diminue progressivement. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, les batteries au lithium doivent \u00eatre charg\u00e9es et d\u00e9charg\u00e9es dans des conditions standard. Lorsque la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie atteint 80%, le nombre de cycles qu&#039;elle a subis correspond \u00e0 sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facteur d&#039;influence :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une utilisation incorrecte des batteries, les mat\u00e9riaux de la batterie, la composition et la concentration de l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyte, le rapport charge-d\u00e9charge, la profondeur de d\u00e9charge (DOD%), la temp\u00e9rature et le processus de production affectent tous la dur\u00e9e de vie des batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5<\/strong><strong>. Densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (Wh\/kg)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;\u00e9nergie sp\u00e9cifique volumique ou l&#039;\u00e9nergie sp\u00e9cifique massique fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9nergie lib\u00e9r\u00e9e par unit\u00e9 de volume ou de masse, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement exprim\u00e9e en densit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9nergie volumique (Wh\/L) ou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formule de calcul :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique volumique (Wh\/L) = Capacit\u00e9 de la batterie (Ah) x plateau de d\u00e9charge moyen (V) \/ volume de la batterie (L)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique massique (Wh\/kg) = Capacit\u00e9 de la batterie (Ah) x Plateforme de d\u00e9charge moyenne (V) \/ Poids de la batterie (K)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6<\/strong><strong>. Profondeur de charge et de d\u00e9charge de la batterie (SOC, DOD)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profondeur de charge\u00a0: le rapport entre la charge et la capacit\u00e9 nominale, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement exprim\u00e9 en SOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profondeur de refoulement\u00a0: La profondeur de refoulement est le rapport entre le d\u00e9bit de refoulement et le d\u00e9bit nominal. Elle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement not\u00e9e DOD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, si la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;une batterie de 20 Ah est d\u00e9charg\u00e9e, elle tombe \u00e0 4 Ah\u00a0; on peut alors l&#039;appeler 80%DOD. Si la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie apr\u00e8s charge est de 10 Ah, on peut utiliser la profondeur de charge de 50%SOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7<\/strong><strong>. Rapport charge\/d\u00e9charge (A)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Courant de d\u00e9charge\u00a0: valeur du courant n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9charger la capacit\u00e9 nominale de la batterie dans un d\u00e9lai sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9, exprim\u00e9e en multiple de sa capacit\u00e9 nominale. Par exemple, un courant de d\u00e9charge de 2C correspond \u00e0 deux fois la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie (unit\u00e9\u00a0: amp\u00e8res).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapport de charge\u00a0: vitesse \u00e0 laquelle la batterie est charg\u00e9e, \u00e9gale \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 nominale de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Classification du taux de d\u00e9bit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faible taux de grossissement (&lt;0,5c), taux moyen=\u201d\u201d grossissement=\u201d\u201d \u00e9lev\u00e9=\u201d\u201d super=\u201d\u201d&gt;7,0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. D\u00e9charge excessive<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si, lors de la d\u00e9charge de la batterie, la tension d\u00e9passe la valeur de fin de d\u00e9charge et que la d\u00e9charge se poursuit, cela peut entra\u00eener une augmentation de la pression interne de la batterie, des dommages r\u00e9versibles aux mat\u00e9riaux actifs positifs et n\u00e9gatifs, et donc une r\u00e9duction significative de la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Surcharge<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si, lors de la charge de la batterie, celle-ci continue \u00e0 se charger une fois qu&#039;elle a atteint sa pleine capacit\u00e9, cela peut entra\u00eener une augmentation de la pression interne, une d\u00e9formation de la batterie, des fuites nocturnes et d&#039;autres probl\u00e8mes, ce qui r\u00e9duira consid\u00e9rablement les performances de la batterie et l&#039;endommagera, voire provoquera une explosion dangereuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10<\/strong><strong>. Capacit\u00e9 de charge<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les bornes positive et n\u00e9gative de la batterie sont connect\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;appareil \u00e9lectrique, la puissance de sortie qui fait fonctionner l&#039;appareil \u00e9lectrique correspond \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de charge de la batterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.<\/strong><strong>Formation de batterie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois la batterie assembl\u00e9e et inject\u00e9e, les substances actives des \u00e9lectrodes positive et n\u00e9gative sont activ\u00e9es par des cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge sp\u00e9cifiques afin d&#039;am\u00e9liorer ses performances globales\u00a0: capacit\u00e9 de charge\/d\u00e9charge, autod\u00e9charge, stockage, etc. Ce n&#039;est qu&#039;apr\u00e8s la formation de la batterie que ses performances optimales sont pleinement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es. Parall\u00e8lement, le processus de s\u00e9paration lors de sa formation permet d&#039;am\u00e9liorer l&#039;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 du pack de batteries et, par cons\u00e9quent, les performances de la batterie finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12<\/strong><strong>. Capacit\u00e9 de la batterie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors du processus de production des batteries, en raison du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et des mat\u00e9riaux eux-m\u00eames, la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle de la batterie ne peut \u00eatre totalement constante ; gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection de charge-d\u00e9charge sp\u00e9cifique, le processus de classification de la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie est appel\u00e9 s\u00e9paration de capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13<\/strong><strong>. Batterie stable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un pack de batteries est compos\u00e9 de plusieurs cellules connect\u00e9es en s\u00e9rie et en parall\u00e8le. Les performances et la dur\u00e9e de vie globales d&#039;un pack de batteries d\u00e9pendent des performances d&#039;une seule cellule, ce qui exige une grande homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de performances entre les cellules du pack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, les batteries d&#039;un m\u00eame lot et d&#039;un m\u00eame mod\u00e8le sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es en fonction de la coh\u00e9rence de leur tension, de leur r\u00e9sistance interne, de leur capacit\u00e9 et m\u00eame de leurs courbes de charge-d\u00e9charge afin d&#039;am\u00e9liorer l&#039;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 du pack de batteries.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.&nbsp;Battery voltage (V) Open circuit voltage (OCV) Lithium battery is not connected to the external circuit or load voltage, generally with a multimeter can be tested.
