B\u00e1sicamente, es la relaci\u00f3n entre la capacidad de descarga actual de la bater\u00eda y su capacidad nominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1136\">Desde el punto de vista del principio de funcionamiento, el proceso de carga y descarga de una bater\u00eda es esencialmente el &quot;viaje de migraci\u00f3n&quot; de los iones de litio: Durante la carga, los iones de litio se extraen del electrodo positivo, pasan a trav\u00e9s del electrolito y el separador, y se incrustan en el material de carbono del electrodo negativo; en este momento, el SOC aumenta continuamente hasta alcanzar 100% (te\u00f3ricamente, todos los iones de litio se han transferido al electrodo negativo). En pocas palabras, es el voltaje de la bater\u00eda en reposo, una se\u00f1al crucial para medir el SOC (estado de carga) de la bater\u00eda, ya que existe una correlaci\u00f3n fija entre el voltaje y la capacidad restante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1141\">Sin embargo, la correlaci\u00f3n OCV-SOC var\u00eda significativamente entre los diferentes tipos de bater\u00edas, lo cual es un factor clave que causa problemas de consistencia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1142\">El rango de OCV de las bater\u00edas de fosfato de hierro y litio (LFP) se encuentra entre 1,95 V y 3,37 V, y su curva OCV-SOC presenta una clara caracter\u00edstica de meseta: cuando el SOC est\u00e1 en el rango operativo principal de 20%-80%, el cambio de voltaje es m\u00ednimo, de tan solo unos 0,1 V. Esto significa que estimar la capacidad restante bas\u00e1ndose en el voltaje puede f\u00e1cilmente conducir a mediciones inexactas. Por ejemplo, si el SOC aumenta de 30% a 60%, el voltaje puede variar muy poco y el sistema no puede identificar con precisi\u00f3n la capacidad restante real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1143\">En contraste, la curva OCV-SOC de las bater\u00edas de litio ternarias muestra una buena relaci\u00f3n lineal, con un cambio de voltaje uniforme y significativo en funci\u00f3n de la capacidad restante. Por ejemplo, cuando el SOC aumenta de 20% a 80%, el voltaje sube de forma constante desde aproximadamente 3,6 V hasta aproximadamente 3,9 V. No se trata solo de una \u201ccapacidad de bater\u00eda constante\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1146\">Seg\u00fan las definiciones de la industria, la consistencia de la bater\u00eda se refiere al grado de uniformidad entre las celdas de un paquete de bater\u00edas en par\u00e1metros clave de rendimiento, como voltaje, capacidad, resistencia interna, temperatura y vida \u00fatil. Las diferencias en estos par\u00e1metros pueden tener un efecto mariposa, afectando en \u00faltima instancia el rendimiento general del paquete de bater\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1147\">Cinco dimensiones clave de la consistencia de la bater\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1148\">(1) Consistencia de voltaje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1149\">Esto se refiere a la diferencia de voltaje entre celdas con el mismo estado de carga (SOC). Una baja consistencia de voltaje se manifiesta de la siguiente manera: por ejemplo, algunas celdas pueden mostrar un SOC de 50%, mientras que otras solo muestran 3,2 V y otras solo 3,0 V. Esto provoca que las celdas con mayor voltaje se carguen completamente primero durante la carga, lo que conlleva una interrupci\u00f3n prematura de la misma; y que las celdas con menor voltaje se descarguen primero durante la descarga, lo que provoca una interrupci\u00f3n prematura de la descarga y un desperdicio de la vida \u00fatil de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1150\">(2) Consistencia de la capacidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1151\">Esto se refiere a la diferencia de capacidad nominal entre las celdas. Incluso las celdas del mismo lote pueden tener capacidades diferentes debido a las diferencias en los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n y los materiales, lo que provoca que algunas celdas puedan almacenar 100 Ah mientras que otras solo pueden almacenar 95 Ah. La inconsistencia en la capacidad conlleva que: las celdas de menor capacidad se carguen completamente primero durante la carga, mientras que las de mayor capacidad no se cargan por completo; las celdas de menor capacidad se descarguen primero durante la descarga, dejando capacidad sin usar en las celdas de mayor capacidad, lo que reduce la capacidad total del paquete de bater\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1152\">(3) Consistencia de la resistencia interna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1153\">La resistencia interna es la resistencia al flujo de corriente dentro de la bater\u00eda. Cuanto mayor sea la resistencia interna, mayor ser\u00e1 el consumo de energ\u00eda durante la carga y la descarga. Con el tiempo, las celdas con alta resistencia interna experimentar\u00e1n una mayor p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda, lo que resultar\u00e1 en una menor carga restante y un deterioro continuo de su consistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1154\">(4) Consistencia de la temperatura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1155\">Durante el funcionamiento de la bater\u00eda, el calentamiento de cada celda debe ser uniforme. Si algunas celdas presentan una disipaci\u00f3n de calor deficiente y temperaturas excesivamente altas, se acelerar\u00e1 el envejecimiento de sus componentes qu\u00edmicos internos, lo que provocar\u00e1 una disminuci\u00f3n de la capacidad, un aumento de la resistencia interna y, en \u00faltima instancia, una alteraci\u00f3n de la uniformidad. En casos extremos, las diferencias de temperatura pueden incluso desencadenar un sobrecalentamiento descontrolado, lo que genera riesgos para la seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1156\">(5) Consistencia del ciclo de vida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1157\">La vida \u00fatil se refiere al n\u00famero de ciclos completos que una bater\u00eda realiza, desde la carga total hasta la descarga, pasando por el voltaje de corte y la posterior carga completa.
