El impacto de la baja temperatura de la bater\u00eda en la capacidad de descarga de la bater\u00eda.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3157\">La capacidad es uno de los par\u00e1metros m\u00e1s importantes de las bater\u00edas de litio, y su valor var\u00eda con la temperatura. Las dos curvas de la figura siguiente representan la capacidad en funci\u00f3n de la temperatura, obtenida al descargar la bater\u00eda a 0,1C y 0,3C a diferentes temperaturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3159\">Obviamente, a medida que aumenta la temperatura, la capacidad aumenta gradualmente. La capacidad a -20 \u00b0C es solo aproximadamente 601 TP3T de la capacidad a 15 \u00b0C. Adem\u00e1s de la capacidad, el voltaje de circuito abierto de la bater\u00eda tambi\u00e9n disminuye con el aumento de la temperatura. Todos sabemos que la energ\u00eda contenida en la bater\u00eda es el producto de la capacidad y el voltaje en los terminales. Cuando ambos m\u00faltiplos disminuyen, la energ\u00eda en la bater\u00eda debe ser la superposici\u00f3n de los dos efectos decrecientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3160\">Cuando la temperatura de la bater\u00eda es baja, la actividad del material del electrodo positivo disminuye, lo que reduce la cantidad de iones de litio que pueden moverse y generar corriente de descarga, que es la raz\u00f3n fundamental de la disminuci\u00f3n de la capacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3161\">2. Influencia de la baja temperatura de la bater\u00eda en la resistencia interna de la bater\u00eda.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3162\">La relaci\u00f3n entre la temperatura y la resistencia de una bater\u00eda de litio se muestra en la siguiente figura. Las distintas curvas representan diferentes niveles de carga. En cualquier situaci\u00f3n de carga, la resistencia interna de la bater\u00eda aumenta significativamente a medida que disminuye la temperatura. Cuanto menor sea la carga, mayor ser\u00e1 la resistencia interna, y esta tendencia se mantiene inalterable con los cambios de temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3164\">Cuando la temperatura de la bater\u00eda es baja, la difusi\u00f3n y la movilidad de los iones cargados en los materiales de los electrodos positivo y negativo se ven afectadas negativamente, y les resulta dif\u00edcil atravesar la capa de pasivaci\u00f3n entre el electrodo y el electrolito. La velocidad de transferencia en el electrolito tambi\u00e9n se reduce, y se genera una gran cantidad de calor durante el proceso de transferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3165\">Una vez que los iones de litio alcanzan el electrodo negativo, la difusi\u00f3n dentro del material de este se vuelve irregular. Durante todo el proceso, el movimiento de los iones cargados se dificulta considerablemente. Desde el exterior, esto significa que la resistencia interna de la celda de la bater\u00eda ha aumentado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3166\">3. El impacto de la baja temperatura de la bater\u00eda en la eficiencia de carga y descarga de la bater\u00eda.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3167\">La siguiente curva muestra la variaci\u00f3n de la eficiencia de carga con la temperatura. Podemos observar que la eficiencia de carga a -20 \u2103 es solo 65% de la que se obtiene a 15 \u2103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3169\">La baja temperatura de la bater\u00eda provoca cambios en las propiedades electroqu\u00edmicas mencionadas anteriormente, y la resistencia interna aumenta significativamente. Durante el proceso de descarga, se consume una gran cantidad de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica en la resistencia interna, generando calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3170\">Tecnolog\u00eda de precalentamiento a baja temperatura para bater\u00edas de litio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3171\">Ante las restricciones en el uso de bater\u00edas de litio a bajas temperaturas, los t\u00e9cnicos han encontrado una soluci\u00f3n para la carga y el precalentamiento. Si bien se trata de una medida provisional, tiene un efecto significativo en la mejora de la capacidad de descarga y la vida \u00fatil a largo plazo de las bater\u00edas de litio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3172\">Antes de cargar o usar bater\u00edas de litio en un entorno con baja temperatura, es necesario precalentarlas. El sistema de gesti\u00f3n de bater\u00edas (BMS) calienta la bater\u00eda, dividi\u00e9ndola en dos categor\u00edas principales: calentamiento externo e interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember3174\">En comparaci\u00f3n con los m\u00e9todos de calentamiento externo, el calentamiento interno evita la conducci\u00f3n de calor a larga distancia y la formaci\u00f3n de puntos calientes localizados cerca del dispositivo de calentamiento.
