Una vez que el BMS falla, afectar\u00e1 la vida \u00fatil del sistema de bater\u00edas y reducir\u00e1 la autonom\u00eda del veh\u00edculo, o incluso provocar\u00e1 un sobrecalentamiento y problemas de seguridad t\u00e9rmica;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">Es necesario analizar con claridad su modo de fallo. El fallo del sistema de bater\u00edas no solo est\u00e1 relacionado con la bater\u00eda en s\u00ed, sino tambi\u00e9n con el fallo del BMS. Un fallo en la detecci\u00f3n de voltaje del BMS provoca una sobrecarga o una descarga excesiva de la bater\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">La conexi\u00f3n, el proceso de presi\u00f3n de los cables o un mal contacto provocan un fallo en la l\u00ednea de detecci\u00f3n de voltaje, el BMS no tiene informaci\u00f3n de voltaje y la carga no se detiene cuando deber\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">2. Fallo en la detecci\u00f3n de corriente del BMS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">El sensor Hall falla, el BMS no puede captar la corriente, el SOC no se puede calcular y la desviaci\u00f3n es grande. La falla en la detecci\u00f3n de corriente puede provocar una corriente de carga excesiva. Una corriente de carga elevada genera un calor interno elevado en la celda de la bater\u00eda, y la temperatura supera un cierto l\u00edmite, lo que provoca la degradaci\u00f3n de la capacidad de solidificaci\u00f3n del diafragma y afecta gravemente la vida \u00fatil de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">3. Fallo en la detecci\u00f3n de temperatura del BMS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Si el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de la bater\u00eda (BMS) no detecta la temperatura de la bater\u00eda, la temperatura de funcionamiento de la misma puede ser demasiado alta y provocar una reacci\u00f3n irreversible, lo que repercute considerablemente en la capacidad y la resistencia interna de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">Por un lado, afecta a la vida \u00fatil y, lo que es m\u00e1s peligroso, las bater\u00edas de alta temperatura son propensas a hincharse, tener fugas, explotar y otros problemas, que finalmente provocan un sobrecalentamiento descontrolado y problemas de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">4. Fallo en la monitorizaci\u00f3n del aislamiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Se producir\u00e1 un fallo de aislamiento cuando el sistema de bater\u00edas se deforme o presente fugas. Si el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de bater\u00edas (BMS) no lo detecta, las personas podr\u00edan electrocutarse. Por lo tanto, el BMS debe cumplir con los m\u00e1s altos requisitos para los sensores de monitorizaci\u00f3n. Evitar fallos en el sistema de monitorizaci\u00f3n puede mejorar significativamente la seguridad de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember74\">5. Problema de compatibilidad electromagn\u00e9tica. Fallo de comunicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">En el caso del BMS, la compatibilidad electromagn\u00e9tica eval\u00faa principalmente su capacidad para resistir interferencias electromagn\u00e9ticas.
