Sin embargo, cuando una bater\u00eda de iones de litio presenta un cortocircuito interno, significa que se ha producido una trayectoria conductora an\u00f3mala entre los electrodos positivo y negativo dentro de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember62\">En circunstancias normales, los iones de litio se distribuyen ordenadamente entre los electrodos positivo y negativo a trav\u00e9s del electrolito durante el proceso de carga y descarga, y el diafragma impide eficazmente la conducci\u00f3n directa de electrones entre ambos electrodos. Sin embargo, cuando se produce un cortocircuito interno, el aislamiento entre los electrodos positivo y negativo se destruye, permitiendo que los electrones eviten el circuito normal y fluyan directamente del electrodo positivo al negativo, creando un cortocircuito de baja resistencia. Esta corriente an\u00f3mala conlleva una serie de graves consecuencias y es una de las principales causas de fallo de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"436\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331233670.png\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" class=\"wp-image-1755\" style=\"width:448px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331233670.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331233670-600x255.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331233670-300x128.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1748331233670-768x327.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember64\">Causas comunes de cortocircuito en bater\u00edas de iones de litio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember65\"><strong>(1) Defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\"><strong>Impurezas met\u00e1licas:<\/strong> Durante el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas de iones de litio, si la limpieza del entorno de producci\u00f3n no se controla adecuadamente o las materias primas contienen impurezas met\u00e1licas, estas impurezas pueden mezclarse con la bater\u00eda. Cuando las part\u00edculas de impurezas met\u00e1licas penetran el diafragma y entran en contacto con los electrodos positivo y negativo, se forma un camino conductor entre ellos, provocando un cortocircuito interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\"><strong>Fresas de electrodo:<\/strong> Durante el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del electrodo, si la operaci\u00f3n es incorrecta o el equipo no es lo suficientemente preciso, pueden generarse peque\u00f1as rebabas en el borde del electrodo. Estas rebabas pueden penetrar gradualmente en el diafragma a medida que se usa la bater\u00eda, provocando un cortocircuito interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\"><strong>(2) Da\u00f1os durante el uso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\"><strong>Estr\u00e9s mec\u00e1nico:<\/strong> En el uso diario, las bater\u00edas de iones de litio est\u00e1n inevitablemente sometidas a diversas tensiones mec\u00e1nicas. Por ejemplo, si un tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil se cae accidentalmente o un coche el\u00e9ctrico circula por una carretera irregular, la bater\u00eda puede sufrir impactos o compresi\u00f3n. Cuando la bater\u00eda se somete a una tensi\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica elevada, los electrodos internos, los diafragmas y otras estructuras pueden deformarse o da\u00f1arse. Por ejemplo, el diafragma puede romperse, provocando un contacto directo entre los electrodos positivo y negativo y, por consiguiente, un cortocircuito interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\"><strong>Influencia de la temperatura: <\/strong>La temperatura influye significativamente en el rendimiento y la seguridad de las bater\u00edas de iones de litio. A altas temperaturas, la velocidad de reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica en su interior se acelera, lo que puede provocar problemas como la descomposici\u00f3n del electrolito. En condiciones de temperatura extremadamente alta, el diafragma se deteriora e incluso puede fundirse, lo que provoca la p\u00e9rdida de aislamiento entre los electrodos positivo y negativo y un cortocircuito interno. Durante este proceso, se producen una serie de cambios f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos complejos en su interior. Por ejemplo, se forma gradualmente una capa SEI m\u00e1s gruesa en la superficie del electrodo negativo. El crecimiento de esta capa puede reducir la actividad del material del electrodo negativo y tambi\u00e9n puede generar grietas. Cuando estas grietas se extienden lo suficiente, el contacto entre el electrodo negativo y el electrolito puede deteriorarse, provocando una concentraci\u00f3n localizada de corriente y, en consecuencia, cortocircuitos internos. Adem\u00e1s, a medida que aumenta el n\u00famero de ciclos, la estructura cristalina del material del electrodo positivo tambi\u00e9n puede modificarse, lo que reduce su estabilidad y, por lo tanto, aumenta indirectamente el riesgo de cortocircuitos internos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember74\">Impacto de un cortocircuito en bater\u00edas de iones de litio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\"><strong>(1) Disminuci\u00f3n de la capacidad de la bater\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember76\">Los cortocircuitos internos pueden provocar la autodescarga de la bater\u00eda, lo que conlleva un gran consumo de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica que no puede ser suministrada al exterior para su uso por el dispositivo. Del mismo modo, tras un cortocircuito interno en una bater\u00eda de iones de litio, su capacidad real disponible disminuir\u00e1 gradualmente y la autonom\u00eda del dispositivo se ver\u00e1 considerablemente reducida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember77\"><strong>(2) Aumento de la resistencia interna de la bater\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember78\">Cuando se produce un cortocircuito interno, la distribuci\u00f3n de corriente dentro de la bater\u00eda se vuelve desigual, apareciendo una alta densidad de corriente en ciertas zonas. El aumento de la resistencia interna de la bater\u00eda no solo incrementa la p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda durante la carga y descarga, reduciendo su eficiencia de conversi\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, sino que tambi\u00e9n provoca su sobrecalentamiento. Si la bater\u00eda permanece en un estado de alta resistencia interna durante un tiempo prolongado, su vida \u00fatil se acortar\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s, acelerando su deterioro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember79\"><strong>(3) Mayor riesgo de fuga t\u00e9rmica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember80\">El sobrecalentamiento es una de las consecuencias m\u00e1s graves de un cortocircuito interno en una bater\u00eda de iones de litio. Cuando se produce un cortocircuito interno, una gran cantidad de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica se convierte en energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica en un corto per\u00edodo de tiempo, lo que provoca un aumento brusco de la temperatura dentro de la bater\u00eda. A medida que aumenta la temperatura, la reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica dentro de la bater\u00eda se intensifica, generando a\u00fan m\u00e1s calor y creando un c\u00edrculo vicioso. Si este calor no se disipa de manera oportuna y eficaz, cuando la temperatura alcanza un cierto umbral, la bater\u00eda sufrir\u00e1 un sobrecalentamiento.
