Monitoreo del estado de la bater\u00eda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember641\"><strong>Monitorizaci\u00f3n de voltaje:<\/strong> Monitorizaci\u00f3n en tiempo real del voltaje de cada celda de la bater\u00eda y de todo el paquete de bater\u00edas, obteniendo datos de voltaje con precisi\u00f3n para detectar r\u00e1pidamente anomal\u00edas de voltaje, como sobretensi\u00f3n, subtensi\u00f3n, etc., y proporcionar informaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica para el uso seguro y la evaluaci\u00f3n del rendimiento de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember642\"><strong>Monitoreo actual:<\/strong> Medir con precisi\u00f3n la magnitud y la direcci\u00f3n de la corriente durante el proceso de carga y descarga de la bater\u00eda, comprender el estado de carga y descarga de la bater\u00eda y el flujo de energ\u00eda, y luego calcular la capacidad de carga y descarga de la bater\u00eda, lo que proporciona una base importante para estimar la capacidad restante de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember643\"><strong>Control de temperatura:<\/strong> Monitorizaci\u00f3n en tiempo real de la temperatura en diferentes puntos del paquete de bater\u00edas. Evaluaci\u00f3n del estado de la bater\u00eda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember646\"><strong>Estimaci\u00f3n del SOC: <\/strong>En funci\u00f3n del voltaje, la corriente, la temperatura y otros par\u00e1metros de la bater\u00eda, se utilizan m\u00faltiples algoritmos, como el m\u00e9todo de integraci\u00f3n de amperios-hora, el m\u00e9todo de voltaje en circuito abierto, el m\u00e9todo de redes neuronales, etc., para estimar la capacidad restante de la bater\u00eda en tiempo real, de modo que los usuarios puedan comprender claramente la capacidad disponible de la bater\u00eda y as\u00ed organizar de forma razonable el uso del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember647\"><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n del estado de salud (SOH): <\/strong>Mediante el an\u00e1lisis del historial de carga y descarga de la bater\u00eda, los cambios en la resistencia interna, la atenuaci\u00f3n de la capacidad, etc., se eval\u00faa el estado de salud de la bater\u00eda, se predice su vida \u00fatil restante y se proporciona una referencia para su reemplazo y mantenimiento, lo que ayuda a mejorar la fiabilidad y la estabilidad del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember648\">3. Gesti\u00f3n de carga y descarga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember649\"><strong>Control de carga:<\/strong> Durante el proceso de carga, la corriente y el voltaje se controlan con precisi\u00f3n seg\u00fan el estado de la bater\u00eda y los requisitos de carga para garantizar una carga segura y eficiente, prevenir la sobrecarga, la descarga excesiva y el sobrecalentamiento, y prolongar la vida \u00fatil de la bater\u00eda. Por ejemplo, se utiliza el modo de carga de corriente y voltaje constantes. Al inicio de la carga, la bater\u00eda se carga con corriente constante. Cuando el voltaje de la bater\u00eda alcanza un valor determinado, se cambia a carga de voltaje constante hasta que la carga se completa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember650\"><strong>Control de descarga: <\/strong>Supervise el proceso de descarga de la bater\u00eda para evitar una descarga excesiva. Cuando el voltaje o la potencia de la bater\u00eda alcancen el l\u00edmite inferior establecido, el circuito de descarga se desconectar\u00e1 a tiempo para protegerla de da\u00f1os irreversibles. Asimismo, de acuerdo con los requisitos de carga, la potencia de salida de la bater\u00eda se distribuir\u00e1 de forma \u00f3ptima para garantizar un suministro de energ\u00eda estable en diferentes condiciones de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember651\">4. Protecci\u00f3n de seguridad de la bater\u00eda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember652\"><strong>Protecci\u00f3n contra sobretensiones:<\/strong> Cuando el voltaje de un paquete de bater\u00edas o de una sola celda supera el umbral de seguridad, el BMS tomar\u00e1 medidas r\u00e1pidamente, como cortar el circuito de carga o limitar el voltaje de carga, para evitar que la bater\u00eda se hinche, se queme o incluso explote debido a una sobretensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember653\"><strong>Protecci\u00f3n contra sobrecorriente:<\/strong> Una vez que se detecta que la corriente de carga y descarga de la bater\u00eda supera el valor m\u00e1ximo permitido, el BMS cortar\u00e1 inmediatamente el circuito para evitar que la bater\u00eda y otros equipos se da\u00f1en por sobrecorriente, y tambi\u00e9n para prevenir el sobrecalentamiento y los riesgos de incendio causados por una corriente excesiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember654\"><strong>Protecci\u00f3n contra sobrecalentamiento: <\/strong>Cuando la temperatura de la bater\u00eda es demasiado alta, el BMS activa el mecanismo de disipaci\u00f3n de calor, como encender el ventilador o detener la carga y descarga, para reducir la temperatura y evitar que se acelere su envejecimiento o que se produzcan riesgos de seguridad debido a las altas temperaturas. Gesti\u00f3n del equilibrio:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember658\">Debido a las diferencias en el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n, la capacidad inicial, la tasa de autodescarga, etc., entre las celdas del paquete de bater\u00edas, es probable que se produzcan inconsistencias durante la carga y descarga, lo que reduce el rendimiento general del paquete. El BMS utiliza tecnolog\u00eda de balanceo activo o pasivo para equilibrar las celdas del paquete, de modo que cada celda se cargue y descargue en un estado pr\u00e1cticamente id\u00e9ntico, mejorando as\u00ed la capacidad y la vida \u00fatil del paquete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember659\">6. Funci\u00f3n de comunicaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember660\">El sistema de gesti\u00f3n de bater\u00edas (BMS) se comunica con dispositivos externos mediante protocolos de comunicaci\u00f3n espec\u00edficos (como CAN, RS485, etc.), transmite informaci\u00f3n sobre el estado de la bater\u00eda (como voltaje, corriente, temperatura, SOC, SOH, etc.) al sistema de control o a la interfaz de usuario del dispositivo, y recibe comandos de control del exterior para lograr la monitorizaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n remota de la bater\u00eda, de modo que los usuarios puedan comprender el estado de funcionamiento de la bater\u00eda de manera oportuna y realizar las operaciones y ajustes correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember661\">Energ\u00eda Bosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember662\">Bosa Energy, con una capacidad de 150 GWh y m\u00e1s de 400 000 aplicaciones en autobuses el\u00e9ctricos y veh\u00edculos utilitarios, figura entre los 5 primeros puestos de la industria china de bater\u00edas.
