El bastidor inferior soporta principalmente los componentes y aguanta la mayor parte del peso del sistema de bater\u00edas; el bastidor superior generalmente cumple una funci\u00f3n protectora y tiene un requisito de carga menor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember67\">Dise\u00f1o de bastidor inferior<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">Como componente principal de soporte de carga del sistema de bater\u00edas, el bastidor inferior es relativamente m\u00e1s complejo de dise\u00f1ar. El proceso de dise\u00f1o implica numerosas consideraciones, principalmente resistencia mec\u00e1nica, dise\u00f1o de sellado, resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n, ligereza, etc. Actualmente, los procesos utilizados para fabricar el bastidor inferior en sistemas de bater\u00edas incluyen el mecanizado de chapa met\u00e1lica, el estampado en fr\u00edo, el moldeo por extrusi\u00f3n y la fundici\u00f3n a presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">(1) Dise\u00f1o basado en la envolvente del veh\u00edculo y el proceso de la bater\u00eda de litio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Los diferentes tipos y procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas de litio son adecuados para diferentes dise\u00f1os de bastidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">La disposici\u00f3n de las bater\u00edas se realiza seg\u00fan el tipo de bater\u00eda seleccionado y su proceso. El esquema de disposici\u00f3n de las bater\u00edas en el bastidor se denomina tecnolog\u00eda de agrupamiento. Las ventajas y desventajas del esquema de agrupamiento, as\u00ed como el cumplimiento de las normas por parte del dise\u00f1o del bastidor, son indicadores importantes. La eficiencia del agrupamiento es la proporci\u00f3n entre el peso efectivo y el espacio efectivo de la bater\u00eda. Cuanto mayor sea esta proporci\u00f3n, mayor ser\u00e1 la eficiencia del agrupamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">El dise\u00f1o del bastidor de la bater\u00eda debe tener en cuenta la disposici\u00f3n, la fijaci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de la bater\u00eda dentro del bastidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Las bater\u00edas prism\u00e1ticas est\u00e1n dispuestas principalmente verticalmente a lo largo de la altura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"767\" height=\"649\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1743063970234.png\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" class=\"wp-image-1724\" style=\"width:439px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1743063970234.png 767w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1743063970234-600x508.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1743063970234-300x254.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 767px) 100vw, 767px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Las bater\u00edas prism\u00e1ticas est\u00e1n dispuestas verticalmente a lo largo de la altura<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">Existen dos m\u00e9todos principales de fijaci\u00f3n: la fijaci\u00f3n mediante soportes, que es la soluci\u00f3n modular tradicional, y la fijaci\u00f3n sin soportes, como la soluci\u00f3n CTP (Cell to Pack), en la que la celda de la bater\u00eda se fija directamente al marco con pegamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember76\">(2) Dise\u00f1o basado en la densidad de potencia y energ\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember77\">La disposici\u00f3n de las bater\u00edas se realiza de acuerdo con la plataforma de potencia y voltaje requerida por el veh\u00edculo. En este proceso, se puede completar preliminarmente la descomposici\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o, desde el envoltorio hasta la bater\u00eda. Seg\u00fan el tipo de bater\u00eda y su tama\u00f1o resultante, se puede estimar la densidad energ\u00e9tica, la densidad volum\u00e9trica, etc., y se puede revisar el plan de selecci\u00f3n y disposici\u00f3n para confirmar que cumple con el nivel tecnol\u00f3gico actual de la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember78\">Los distintos sistemas de bater\u00edas tienen plataformas de voltaje diferentes, y el n\u00famero de bater\u00edas que deben agruparse en el sistema tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember79\">Dise\u00f1o del marco superior<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember80\">El bastidor superior, junto con el inferior, conforma un espacio cerrado que protege los componentes internos. La selecci\u00f3n del material del bastidor superior considera principalmente su adaptabilidad ambiental, como la resistencia a altas temperaturas y a la corrosi\u00f3n, y debe poseer la resistencia estructural necesaria para el sistema de bater\u00edas. Actualmente, se utilizan principalmente materiales de chapa met\u00e1lica y materiales compuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember81\">Con la promoci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n CTC, el bastidor superior tambi\u00e9n se integrar\u00e1 en el chasis del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember82\">Otros dise\u00f1os auxiliares<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember83\">(1) Dise\u00f1o de sellado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember84\">La conexi\u00f3n entre los marcos superior e inferior debe estar sellada para lograr funciones impermeables y a prueba de polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember85\">(2) Dise\u00f1o de equilibrio de presi\u00f3n de aire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember86\">Existe una diferencia de presi\u00f3n entre el interior y el exterior del marco sellado, la cual se ve afectada por la temperatura, la altitud, etc. Una diferencia de presi\u00f3n excesiva ejerce una fuerza adicional sobre el marco, lo que puede da\u00f1ar su estructura e incluso provocar su explosi\u00f3n. Para equilibrar las diferencias de presi\u00f3n interna y externa, se suelen utilizar dispositivos como v\u00e1lvulas de equilibrio de presi\u00f3n de aire o v\u00e1lvulas de ventilaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember87\">Otra funci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o de equilibrio de presi\u00f3n de aire es proporcionar una liberaci\u00f3n de aire oportuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember88\">(3) Dise\u00f1o de gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember89\">(4) Dise\u00f1o de seguridad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember90\">El dise\u00f1o del bastidor tambi\u00e9n debe tener en cuenta los dise\u00f1os de protecci\u00f3n de seguridad correspondientes, como el dise\u00f1o de protecci\u00f3n contra descargas el\u00e9ctricas, la protecci\u00f3n contra extrusi\u00f3n, la protecci\u00f3n contra colisiones, el dise\u00f1o de protecci\u00f3n contra sobrecalentamiento, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember91\">(5) Dise\u00f1o de conexiones de alta y baja presi\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember92\">Energ\u00eda Bosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember93\">Bosa Energy, con una capacidad de 150 GWh y m\u00e1s de 400 000 aplicaciones en autobuses el\u00e9ctricos y veh\u00edculos utilitarios, figura entre los 5 primeros puestos de la industria china de bater\u00edas.
