Se puede decir que la funci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica del m\u00f3dulo es conectar, fijar y proteger. El modo de conexi\u00f3n entre la celda y el m\u00f3dulo de la bater\u00eda no solo afecta la eficiencia de fabricaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n el rendimiento de la bater\u00eda despu\u00e9s de la carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El m\u00f3dulo de bater\u00eda de litio puede entenderse como el producto intermedio formado por la combinaci\u00f3n de celdas y paquetes de iones de litio en serie y en paralelo. Su estructura debe proporcionar soporte, fijaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n a la celda, lo cual se resume en tres aspectos principales: resistencia mec\u00e1nica, rendimiento el\u00e9ctrico, rendimiento t\u00e9rmico y capacidad de gesti\u00f3n de fallos. La capacidad de la bater\u00eda para fijar la posici\u00f3n de la celda y protegerla de deformaciones destructivas, el cumplimiento de los requisitos de capacidad de conducci\u00f3n de corriente y el control de la temperatura de la celda ser\u00e1n los criterios para evaluar la calidad del m\u00f3dulo de bater\u00eda de litio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo el proceso de dise\u00f1o de m\u00f3dulos de bater\u00edas de litio incluye los objetivos del dise\u00f1o del m\u00f3dulo, la integraci\u00f3n de los detalles del dise\u00f1o del m\u00f3dulo y un proceso de verificaci\u00f3n completo del dise\u00f1o del m\u00f3dulo, que incluye la seguridad estructural, el\u00e9ctrica y de refrigeraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera parte se divide en varios niveles de dise\u00f1o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para satisfacer las caracter\u00edsticas de demanda del veh\u00edculo, que es equivalente al producto, se divide principalmente en dise\u00f1o estructural, dise\u00f1o el\u00e9ctrico, dise\u00f1o t\u00e9rmico y dise\u00f1o de seguridad, de acuerdo con los requisitos de la celda para proporcionar suficiente presi\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la cual se puede prevenir eficazmente la expansi\u00f3n de la celda, durante su vida \u00fatil para brindar cierto soporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segunda parte, el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo m\u00e1s importante es que la celda, desde la unidad individual hasta el apilamiento, la soldadura, el dise\u00f1o de la l\u00ednea de muestreo, el dise\u00f1o de la CMU, todo el proceso y el ensamblaje del equipo tienen requisitos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tercera parte, consideraciones de mantenimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primer paso es fabricar el producto. En la etapa posterior, con el uso del veh\u00edculo, el mantenimiento de todo el m\u00f3dulo de bater\u00eda de litio, especialmente los da\u00f1os en los componentes internos, debe combinarse con el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n y el proceso de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"548\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-1024x548.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1559\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.8680677174547577;width:504px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-1024x548.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-600x321.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-300x161.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-768x411.png 768w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5-1536x822.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5.png 1741w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puntos clave del dise\u00f1o de la estructura del m\u00f3dulo de bater\u00eda de litio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estructura fiable del paquete de bater\u00edas de litio: resistencia a las vibraciones;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proceso controlable: sin soldadura excesiva, soldadura virtual, para asegurar que la celda sea 100% sin da\u00f1os;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bajo costo: promover la automatizaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n de PACK, incluyendo los equipos de producci\u00f3n y la reducci\u00f3n de p\u00e9rdidas de producci\u00f3n;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00e1cil separaci\u00f3n: el m\u00f3dulo de bater\u00eda de litio es f\u00e1cil de mantener, reparar, de bajo costo y permite un buen aprovechamiento de las celdas de la bater\u00eda;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para lograr el aislamiento de transferencia de calor necesario y evitar la r\u00e1pida propagaci\u00f3n del sobrecalentamiento, tambi\u00e9n puede considerar este paso en el dise\u00f1o del paquete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las ventajas \u00fanicas del m\u00f3dulo de bater\u00eda de litio BOSA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Certificaci\u00f3n TUV, UL, UN38.3, MSDS, CCS; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) El m\u00f3dulo tiene sensores de temperatura y voltaje pre-soldados con cableado al BMS, la conexi\u00f3n con el BMS es de tipo \u201cplug and play\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) El m\u00f3dulo es de dise\u00f1o est\u00e1ndar y fabricaci\u00f3n consolidada, con experiencia en aplicaciones para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos de 40K\/ESS de 100MWh y yates;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4) Es universal para todos los BMS, no se limita a tipos espec\u00edficos de BMS;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5) Es flexible en su configuraci\u00f3n, 8 celdas podr\u00edan ser 1P8S 25.6V, 2P4S12.8V;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6) Los m\u00f3dulos se conectan mediante una barra colectora y se atornillan al sistema de bater\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se entiende que, actualmente, la eficiencia de composici\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos de celdas cil\u00edndricas en la industria es de aproximadamente 87%, y la eficiencia del grupo del sistema es de aproximadamente 65%; la eficiencia de composici\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos de celdas de paquete flexible es de aproximadamente 85%, y la eficiencia del grupo del sistema es de aproximadamente 60%; la eficiencia de composici\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos de celdas cuadradas es de aproximadamente 89%, y la eficiencia del grupo del sistema es de aproximadamente 70%.
