{"id":1532,"date":"2022-11-08T15:49:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-08T07:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/?p=1532"},"modified":"2025-12-23T15:57:18","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T07:57:18","slug":"estos-son-terminos-relacionados-con-las-baterias-que-debes-conocer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/es\/these-are-battery-terms-you-should-know\/","title":{"rendered":"Estos son t\u00e9rminos relacionados con las bater\u00edas que debes conocer."},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Voltaje de la bater\u00eda (V)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voltaje de circuito abierto (OCV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bater\u00eda de litio no est\u00e1 conectada a un circuito externo ni a una tensi\u00f3n de carga, por lo general se puede probar con un mult\u00edmetro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tensi\u00f3n de funcionamiento (WV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diferencia de potencial entre los terminales positivo y negativo de la bater\u00eda bajo carga externa, es decir, cuando circula corriente por ella en el circuito. Cuando la bater\u00eda est\u00e1 en funcionamiento, circula corriente a trav\u00e9s de ella. Debido a la resistencia interna y a la resistencia de carga de la propia bater\u00eda, su voltaje de funcionamiento siempre es inferior al voltaje en circuito abierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tensi\u00f3n de corte de descarga (DCV):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se refiere a la bater\u00eda en el caso de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, descarga para alcanzar el voltaje establecido, generalmente el voltaje establecido es de 3,0 V o superior, el sobredescarga tendr\u00e1 un impacto irreversible en la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.<\/strong><strong>Capacidad de la bater\u00eda (Ah o mAh)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacidad de la bater\u00eda se refiere a la cantidad de electricidad que libera bajo ciertas condiciones (tasa de descarga, temperatura, voltaje de terminaci\u00f3n, etc.), siendo uno de los indicadores importantes de su rendimiento el\u00e9ctrico. Se expresa en C y en Ah (amperios-hora) o mAh (mAh). Capacidad de la bater\u00eda (Ah) = Corriente (A) x Tiempo de descarga (h).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Capacidad nominal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es decir, la capacidad indicada en el embalaje de la bater\u00eda es la capacidad m\u00ednima liberada en condiciones est\u00e1ndar, de acuerdo con las normas promulgadas por el estado o los departamentos pertinentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) Capacidad te\u00f3rica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dise\u00f1o se basa en la masa de la sustancia activa, calculada mediante la ley de Faraday para obtener el valor te\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) Capacidad real<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el estado real de la bater\u00eda, bajo un sistema de carga y descarga determinado, se libera capacidad de la bater\u00eda. Esto depende del estado de la propia bater\u00eda, como el estado de carga (SOC), el estado de salud (SOH), etc., as\u00ed como del sistema de carga y descarga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Resistencia interna de la bater\u00eda (m\u03a9)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resistencia interna de una bater\u00eda es la resistencia al paso de la corriente el\u00e9ctrica. Esta resistencia se ve afectada principalmente por los materiales de la bater\u00eda, la tecnolog\u00eda de producci\u00f3n, la estructura y otros factores. Incluye la resistencia interna \u00f3hmica y la resistencia interna polarizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resistencia interna \u00f3hmica: depende de la composici\u00f3n del material del electrodo, el electrolito, la resistencia del diafragma, la resistencia de contacto entre los materiales y la resistencia de contacto con la carcasa. Cuando una bater\u00eda se descarga, la resistencia \u00f3hmica obedece la ley de Ohm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resistencia interna de polarizaci\u00f3n: se refiere principalmente a la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica causada por la polarizaci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica y la polarizaci\u00f3n por diferencia de concentraci\u00f3n generada cuando la bater\u00eda recibe corriente el\u00e9ctrica. La resistencia de polarizaci\u00f3n aumenta con la densidad de corriente, pero no de forma lineal, y suele aumentar linealmente con el logaritmo de la densidad de corriente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resistencia interna de una bater\u00eda no es constante y cambia con el tiempo durante la descarga, debido a que la composici\u00f3n de la sustancia activa, la concentraci\u00f3n del electrolito y la temperatura var\u00edan constantemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4<\/strong><strong>. Ciclo de vida de carga<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una bater\u00eda secundaria se denomina ciclo de vida. Tras repetidos ciclos de carga y descarga, la capacidad de la bater\u00eda disminuye gradualmente. Generalmente, las bater\u00edas de litio requieren cargarse y descargarse en condiciones est\u00e1ndar. Cuando la capacidad de la bater\u00eda se reduce a 80%, el n\u00famero de ciclos que experimenta la bater\u00eda se denomina vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Factor influyente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El uso inadecuado de las bater\u00edas, los materiales de las bater\u00edas, la composici\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n del electrolito, la relaci\u00f3n de carga-descarga, la profundidad de descarga (DOD%), la temperatura y el proceso de producci\u00f3n afectan la vida \u00fatil de las bater\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5<\/strong><strong>. Densidad energ\u00e9tica (Wh\/kg)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La energ\u00eda espec\u00edfica volum\u00e9trica o la energ\u00eda espec\u00edfica m\u00e1sica se refiere a la energ\u00eda liberada por unidad de volumen o masa, generalmente expresada como densidad de energ\u00eda volum\u00e9trica (Wh\/L) o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f3rmula de c\u00e1lculo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Densidad energ\u00e9tica volum\u00e9trica (Wh\/L) = Capacidad de la bater\u00eda (Ah) x plataforma de descarga promedio (V) \/ volumen de la bater\u00eda (L)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Densidad energ\u00e9tica m\u00e1sica (Wh\/kg) = Capacidad de la bater\u00eda (Ah) x Plataforma de descarga promedio (V) \/ Peso de la bater\u00eda (Kg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6<\/strong><strong>. Profundidad de carga y descarga de la bater\u00eda (SOC, DOD)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profundidad de carga: La relaci\u00f3n entre la carga y la capacidad nominal, generalmente expresada como SOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profundidad de descarga: La profundidad de descarga es la relaci\u00f3n entre la capacidad de descarga y la capacidad nominal. Generalmente se denota por DOD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo, si se descarga una bater\u00eda de 20 Ah, su capacidad se reduce a 4 Ah, lo que se conoce como 80%DOD. Si, tras la carga, la capacidad de la bater\u00eda es de 10 Ah, se puede utilizar la profundidad de carga 50%SOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7<\/strong><strong>. Relaci\u00f3n de carga y descarga (A)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tasa de descarga: valor de corriente necesario para descargar su capacidad nominal en un tiempo determinado, que es num\u00e9ricamente igual a un m\u00faltiplo de la capacidad nominal de la bater\u00eda. Por ejemplo, si la tasa de descarga es 2C, la corriente de descarga de la bater\u00eda es 2 veces la capacidad de la bater\u00eda (unidad: A).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relaci\u00f3n de carga: La velocidad a la que se carga la bater\u00eda, que es igual a la capacidad nominal de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clasificaci\u00f3n de la tasa de descarga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baja tasa de aumento (&lt;0,5c), tasa de aumento media=\u201d\u201d alta=\u201d\u201d s\u00faper=\u201d\u201d&gt;7,0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Sobredescarga<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si durante el proceso de descarga de la bater\u00eda se supera el valor de voltaje de finalizaci\u00f3n de descarga, y adem\u00e1s se contin\u00faa descarg\u00e1ndola, puede provocar un aumento de la presi\u00f3n interna de la bater\u00eda, da\u00f1os reversibles en los materiales activos positivos y negativos, lo que reduce significativamente la capacidad de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Cobro excesivo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando la bater\u00eda est\u00e1 cargada, si contin\u00faa carg\u00e1ndose despu\u00e9s de haber alcanzado la carga completa, puede provocar un aumento de la presi\u00f3n interna, deformaci\u00f3n de la bater\u00eda, fugas nocturnas y otros problemas, lo que reducir\u00e1 significativamente su rendimiento, la da\u00f1ar\u00e1 o incluso podr\u00eda provocar una explosi\u00f3n peligrosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10<\/strong><strong>. Capacidad de carga<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando los extremos positivo y negativo de la bater\u00eda se conectan al aparato el\u00e9ctrico, la potencia de salida que hace funcionar el aparato el\u00e9ctrico es la capacidad de carga de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.<\/strong><strong>Formaci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras el ensamblaje e inyecci\u00f3n de la bater\u00eda, las sustancias activas de los electrodos positivo y negativo se activan mediante ciclos espec\u00edficos de carga y descarga para optimizar su rendimiento general, incluyendo la autodescarga, el almacenamiento y otras caracter\u00edsticas. Solo una vez formada la bater\u00eda se puede apreciar su verdadero potencial. Asimismo, el proceso de separaci\u00f3n durante la formaci\u00f3n mejora la uniformidad del conjunto de bater\u00edas y optimiza su rendimiento final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12<\/strong><strong>. Capacidad de la bater\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el proceso de producci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas, debido al proceso y al material en s\u00ed, la capacidad real de la bater\u00eda no puede ser completamente uniforme. Mediante un sistema de detecci\u00f3n de carga y descarga, el proceso de clasificaci\u00f3n de la capacidad de la bater\u00eda se denomina separaci\u00f3n de capacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13<\/strong><strong>. Paquete de bater\u00edas consistente<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un paquete de bater\u00edas se compone de m\u00faltiples celdas conectadas en serie y en paralelo. El rendimiento y la vida \u00fatil de un paquete de bater\u00edas dependen del mal funcionamiento de una sola celda, lo que exige una alta consistencia en el rendimiento de cada celda del paquete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo, las bater\u00edas del mismo lote y modelo se seleccionan comprobando la consistencia del voltaje, la resistencia interna, la capacidad e incluso las curvas de carga y descarga para mejorar la uniformidad del paquete de bater\u00edas.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.&nbsp;Battery voltage (V) Open circuit voltage (OCV) Lithium battery is not connected to the external circuit or load voltage, generally with a multimeter can be tested.
