Diese Zellen mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 175 Wh\/kg behalten ihre Kapazit\u00e4t von 901 TP3T bei \u201340 \u00b0C, diversifizieren die Lieferketten und k\u00f6nnten Elektrofahrzeuge mit einer Reichweite von bis zu 600 km antreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember398\">Am 21. April gab CATL auf seinem Tech Day bekannt, dass die Massenproduktion seiner Natrium-Ionen-Batterien bis 2026 anlaufen soll. Der wissenschaftliche Leiter des Unternehmens, Wu Kai, erkl\u00e4rte, dass die wichtigsten Herausforderungen in der Fertigung gel\u00f6st seien und somit der Weg f\u00fcr eine gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Produktion bereits im vierten Quartal dieses Jahres frei sei. CATL geht davon aus, dass Fahrzeuge mit diesen Batterien nach der Optimierung der Lieferkette Reichweiten von bis zu 600 Kilometern erreichen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember399\">Natriumionenzellen bieten gegen\u00fcber Lithium-Eisenphosphat- und Nickel-Mangan-Kobalt-Batterien mehrere bemerkenswerte Vorteile. Sie behalten selbst bei minus 40 Grad Celsius noch etwa 90\u00b9\u00b3 Tonnen ihrer Nennkapazit\u00e4t, und ihre Produktionskosten werden voraussichtlich um etwa 30\u00b9\u00b3 Tonnen niedriger sein als die von LFP-Batterien. Da sie nicht auf Lithium oder andere seltene Mineralien angewiesen sind, tragen sie au\u00dferdem zur Diversifizierung der Lieferkette bei. Der Hauptnachteil bleibt die geringere Energiedichte, die derzeit bei etwa 175 Wattstunden pro Kilogramm liegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember400\">Laut Gao Huan, Chief Technology Officer von CATL, hat das Unternehmen vier gro\u00dfe technische H\u00fcrden \u00fcberwunden: die Kontrolle extremer Feuchtigkeit, die Erzeugung von Hartkohlenstoffgasen, Herausforderungen bei der Aluminiumfolienverklebung und die gro\u00dftechnische Fertigung selbsterzeugender Anoden. Durch die L\u00f6sung von \u00fcber 100 technischen Problemen hat CATL die Grundlage f\u00fcr eine kommerzielle Anwendung geschaffen. Bis 2025 investierte das Unternehmen fast 10 Milliarden Yuan in die Forschung und Entwicklung von Natriumbatterien. Robin Zeng, Vorsitzender von CATL, geht davon aus, dass die Natriumionen-Technologie letztendlich 301 bis 401 Tonnen des gesamten Batteriemarktes erobern k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember401\">Kommerzielle Anwendungen sind bereits angelaufen. Im Dezember 2025 k\u00fcndigte CATL Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr den Einsatz von Natrium-Ionen-Batterien in vier Segmenten an: Batteriewechseldienste, Pkw, Nutzfahrzeuge und station\u00e4re Energiespeicher. Anfang 2026 stellte das Unternehmen seine L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr leichte Nutzfahrzeuge, den Tectrans II, vor, der mit dem ersten in Serie gefertigten Natrium-Ionen-System ausgestattet ist. Am 5. Februar wurde der erste in Serie gefertigte Pkw mit Natrium-Ionen-Batterie, der in Zusammenarbeit mit Changan Automobile entwickelt wurde, vor seiner Markteinf\u00fchrung Mitte des Jahres vorgestellt. Eine Variante des Aion UT Super wurde ebenfalls gemeinsam mit <a href=\"http:\/\/jd.com\/\">JD.com<\/a> und die GAC Group soll im zweiten Quartal 2026 mit der Produktion beginnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember402\">Trotz der geringeren Energiedichte, die den Einsatz aktuell auf Mikro-Elektrofahrzeuge unter 100.000 Yuan beschr\u00e4nkt, ist CATL hinsichtlich zuk\u00fcnftiger Leistungsverbesserungen optimistisch. Mit zunehmender Reife der Lieferkette plant das Unternehmen die Entwicklung rein elektrischer Fahrzeuge mit einer Reichweite von 600 Kilometern sowie von Hybridfahrzeugen mit erweiterter Reichweite, die 300 bis 400 Kilometer rein elektrisch zur\u00fccklegen k\u00f6nnen und damit mehr als die H\u00e4lfte des Marktbedarfs decken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember403\">Dank der j\u00fcngsten Fortschritte von CATL gewinnt die Natriumionen-Batterietechnologie zunehmend an Bedeutung, und die gesamte Branche befindet sich in einer neuen Phase der Innovation und Diversifizierung.
