G\u00e4ngige Pr\u00fcfnormen f\u00fcr den Isolationswiderstand (IR) von Lithiumbatterien<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1405\">\u2460 IEC 62133<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1406\">IEC 62133 ist eine Norm der Internationalen Elektrotechnischen Kommission (IEC), die die Sicherheitsanforderungen und Pr\u00fcfverfahren f\u00fcr Lithiumbatterien und Lithium-Akkupacks festlegt. Diese Norm definiert klare Anforderungen an die Isolationswiderstandsmessung (IR-Messung) von Lithiumbatterien, um die Genauigkeit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Pr\u00fcfergebnisse zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1407\">\u2461 UL 2054<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1408\">UL 2054 ist ein vom American Safety Laboratory entwickelter Standard, der die Sicherheitsanforderungen und Pr\u00fcfmethoden f\u00fcr Lithiumbatterien festlegt. Dieser Standard spezifiziert auch die Anforderungen an die Isolationswiderstandspr\u00fcfung (IR) von Lithiumbatterien, um deren sicheren Betrieb im Gebrauch zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1409\">\u2462 GB\/T 18287<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1410\">GB\/T 18287 ist ein vom chinesischen Nationalen Normungskomitee erstellter Standard und gilt f\u00fcr allgemeine Spezifikationen von Handy- und Lithium-Ionen-Akkus. Dieser Standard legt entsprechende Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Isolationswiderstandsmessung (IR-Messung) von Lithium-Akkus fest, um deren Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit und Qualit\u00e4t zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1411\">2. Analyse der Ergebnisse und Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr den mangelhaften Isolationswiderstandstest<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1412\">Bei der Isolationswiderstandsmessung (IR-Messung) von Lithiumbatterien k\u00f6nnen fehlerhafte Messergebnisse auftreten. Diese negativen Ergebnisse k\u00f6nnen folgende Ursachen haben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1413\">\u2460 Probleme im Herstellungsprozess: Probleme w\u00e4hrend des Herstellungsprozesses, wie z. B. Materialfehler und mangelhafte Prozesskontrolle, k\u00f6nnen zu Defekten wie Verunreinigungen oder Rissen im Inneren der Batterie f\u00fchren und dadurch die Testergebnisse des Isolationswiderstands beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1415\">\u2461 Temperatureinfluss: Die Temperatur ist einer der wichtigsten Faktoren, die die Leistung von Lithiumbatterien beeinflussen. Zu hohe oder zu niedrige Temperaturen k\u00f6nnen die chemische Reaktion und den Ionentransport innerhalb der Batterie beeintr\u00e4chtigen und somit die Testergebnisse des Isolationswiderstands verf\u00e4lschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1416\">\u2462 Ladezustand: Der Ladezustand der Lithiumbatterie beeinflusst die Messergebnisse ihres Isolationswiderstands. \u00dcberladung oder Tiefentladung k\u00f6nnen zu Problemen wie der Zersetzung des Elektrolyten im Inneren der Batterie und strukturellen Ver\u00e4nderungen der aktiven Substanzen der positiven und negativen Elektrode f\u00fchren, was die Messergebnisse des Isolationswiderstands verf\u00e4lscht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1417\">\u2463 \u00c4u\u00dferer Druck: \u00c4nderungen des \u00e4u\u00dferen Drucks k\u00f6nnen die Isolationsleistung von Lithiumbatterien beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Zu hoher Druck kann zu Problemen wie dem Austreten von Elektrolyt im Inneren der Batterie, Kurzschl\u00fcssen zwischen den positiven und negativen Elektroden usw. f\u00fchren, was die Testergebnisse des Isolationswiderstands verf\u00e4lscht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1418\">\u2464 Alterung: Mit zunehmender Nutzungsdauer beeinflusst der Alterungsgrad von Lithiumbatterien auch die Ergebnisse der Isolationswiderstandsmessung. Alterung kann zu Problemen wie der Verdunstung des Elektrolyten im Inneren der Batterie und dem Versagen der aktiven Substanzen an den positiven und negativen Elektroden f\u00fchren, was die Messwerte des Isolationswiderstands verf\u00e4lscht.
