Der Einfluss niedriger Batterietemperaturen auf die Batterieentladekapazit\u00e4t<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3157\">Die Kapazit\u00e4t ist einer der wichtigsten Parameter von Lithiumbatterien und \u00e4ndert sich mit der Temperatur. Die beiden Kurven in der Abbildung unten zeigen die Temperaturabh\u00e4ngigkeit der Kapazit\u00e4t, ermittelt durch Entladen der Batterie mit 0,1C und 0,3C bei verschiedenen Temperaturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3159\">Offensichtlich steigt die Kapazit\u00e4t mit zunehmender Temperatur. Die Kapazit\u00e4t bei -20 \u00b0C betr\u00e4gt nur etwa 601 Tp\u00b3 Tp der Kapazit\u00e4t bei 15 \u00b0C. Neben der Kapazit\u00e4t sinkt auch die Leerlaufspannung der Batterie mit steigender Temperatur. Bekannterma\u00dfen ist die in der Batterie gespeicherte Energie das Produkt aus Kapazit\u00e4t und Klemmenspannung. Wenn beide Faktoren abnehmen, entspricht die Energie in der Batterie der Summe der beiden abnehmenden Effekte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3160\">Bei niedrigen Batterietemperaturen nimmt die Aktivit\u00e4t des positiven Elektrodenmaterials ab, wodurch sich die Anzahl der beweglichen Lithiumionen, die einen Entladestrom erzeugen k\u00f6nnen, verringert. Dies ist der Hauptgrund f\u00fcr die Abnahme der Kapazit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3161\">2. Der Einfluss niedriger Batterietemperaturen auf den Innenwiderstand der Batterie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3162\">Die Abbildung unten zeigt den Zusammenhang zwischen der Temperatur und dem Widerstand einer Lithiumbatterie. Die verschiedenen Kurven repr\u00e4sentieren unterschiedliche Ladezust\u00e4nde der Batterie. In jedem Ladezustand steigt der Innenwiderstand der Batterie mit sinkender Temperatur deutlich an. Je niedriger der Ladezustand, desto h\u00f6her der Innenwiderstand \u2013 dieser Trend bleibt bei Temperatur\u00e4nderungen unver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3164\">Bei niedrigen Batterietemperaturen verschlechtern sich Diffusion und Mobilit\u00e4t geladener Ionen in den positiven und negativen Elektrodenmaterialien, und der Durchtritt durch die Passivierungsschicht zwischen Elektrode und Elektrolyt wird erschwert. Auch die Transportgeschwindigkeit im Elektrolyten sinkt, und w\u00e4hrend des Transportprozesses entsteht viel W\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3165\">Nachdem die Lithiumionen die negative Elektrode erreicht haben, verl\u00e4uft die Diffusion im Elektrodenmaterial ebenfalls unregelm\u00e4\u00dfig. Im Verlauf dieses Prozesses wird die Bewegung der geladenen Ionen stark erschwert. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer Erh\u00f6hung des Innenwiderstands der Batteriezelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3166\">3. Der Einfluss niedriger Batterietemperaturen auf die Lade- und Entladeeffizienz der Batterie.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3167\">Die folgende Kurve zeigt den Verlauf der Ladeeffizienz in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Temperatur. Man erkennt, dass die Ladeeffizienz bei -20 \u00b0C nur 651 TP3T derjenigen bei 15 \u00b0C betr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3169\">Niedrige Batterietemperaturen f\u00fchren zu Ver\u00e4nderungen der oben genannten elektrochemischen Eigenschaften, und der Innenwiderstand steigt deutlich an. W\u00e4hrend des Entladevorgangs wird ein Gro\u00dfteil der elektrischen Energie durch den Innenwiderstand verbraucht, wodurch W\u00e4rme entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3170\">Niedertemperatur-Vorheiztechnologie f\u00fcr Lithiumbatterien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3171\">Angesichts der Einschr\u00e4nkungen bei der Verwendung von Lithiumbatterien bei niedrigen Batterietemperaturen haben Techniker eine Gegenma\u00dfnahme zum Laden und Vorheizen entwickelt. Obwohl es sich nur um eine \u00dcbergangsl\u00f6sung handelt, verbessert sie die Entladekapazit\u00e4t und die Lebensdauer von Lithiumbatterien deutlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3172\">Vor dem Laden oder der Verwendung von Lithiumbatterien in einer Umgebung mit niedriger Batterietemperatur muss die Batterie vorgew\u00e4rmt werden. Die Art und Weise, wie das Batteriemanagementsystem (BMS) die Batterie erw\u00e4rmt, l\u00e4sst sich grob in zwei Kategorien unterteilen: externe und interne Erw\u00e4rmung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3174\">Im Vergleich zu externen Heizmethoden vermeidet die interne Heizung die W\u00e4rmeleitung \u00fcber lange Wege und die Bildung lokaler Hotspots in der N\u00e4he des Heizelements.
