Im Ladezustand werden Lithium-Ionen aus dem positiven Elektrodenmaterial freigesetzt und wandern durch die Elektrolytl\u00f6sung zur negativen Elektrode, wo das negative Elektrodenmaterial lithiumionenreich ist. Umgekehrt werden w\u00e4hrend des Entladevorgangs Lithium-Ionen aus dem negativen Elektrodenmaterial freigesetzt und wandern zur\u00fcck zur positiven Elektrode. Die Kapazit\u00e4t der Batterie wird haupts\u00e4chlich durch die Anzahl der reversibel eingelagerten und freigesetzten Lithium-Ionen bestimmt, und die Leistungsparameter der Batterie \u00e4ndern sich unter verschiedenen Lade- und Entladebedingungen oder im Laufe der Zyklen. Wohin verschwinden also die Lithium-Ionen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember176\">Lithium-Ionen im Inneren der Batterie werden haupts\u00e4chlich an folgenden Stellen gespeichert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember177\">(1) Aktives Lithium, das sich zwischen der positiven und der negativen Elektrode bewegt und deinterkaliert;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember178\">(2) Unbrauchbares Lithium, das in der negativen Elektrodenschicht eingebettet ist und nicht entfernt werden kann;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember179\">(3) Auf der Oberfl\u00e4che der negativen Elektrodenpartikel bildet sich ein SEI-Film;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember180\">(4) Lithium, das sich auf der Oberfl\u00e4che der negativen Elektrodenbeschichtung abscheidet;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember181\">(5) Lithium solvatisiert im Elektrolyten;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember182\">(6) Lithiumfluorid, das durch Zersetzung des Elektrolyten entsteht;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember183\">(7) Auf der Oberfl\u00e4che der positiven Elektrodenpartikel bildet sich ein CEI-Film;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember184\">(8) Unbrauchbares Lithium, das nicht aus dem Inneren von positiven Elektrodenmaterialien entfernt werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember186\">Im Laufe des Lade- und Entladezyklus von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien, also unter verschiedenen Lade- und Entladeraten sowie Temperaturbedingungen, ver\u00e4ndert sich die Lithiumverteilung innerhalb der Batterie. Forscher der Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster haben dies untersucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember187\">Im Rahmen der Studie wurde zun\u00e4chst eine T-f\u00f6rmige Batteriestruktur konstruiert. Nach dem Laden und Entladen bzw. der Alterung der Batterie wird diese demontiert und die folgenden Schritte werden durchgef\u00fchrt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember189\">.Die positiven und negativen Elektroden werden zun\u00e4chst mit DMC gereinigt und anschlie\u00dfend mittels Mikrowellenreaktion in Wasser gel\u00f6st. Nach Verd\u00fcnnung der Reinigungs- und der L\u00f6sungsl\u00f6sung mit destilliertem Wasser wird der Lithiumgehalt mittels ICP-OES bestimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember190\">.Die Membran wird in Salzs\u00e4ure eingeweicht, die Einweichl\u00f6sung wird verd\u00fcnnt und anschlie\u00dfend mittels ICP auf ihren Lithiumgehalt gepr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember191\">.Die bei der Batteriemontage verwendete Nylonmembran wird mit destilliertem Wasser gewaschen und verd\u00fcnnt und anschlie\u00dfend mittels ICP auf ihren Lithiumgehalt gepr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember192\">.Die anderen Hauptkomponenten der Batterie werden nach dem Waschen mit destilliertem Wasser ebenfalls auf ihren Lithiumgehalt mittels ICP-Analyse gepr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember193\">Zus\u00e4tzlich untersuchten die Forscher als Kontrolle den Lithiumgehalt einer Batterie, die einmal mit einer C-Rate von 0,1 C entladen wurde. Dabei wurde angenommen, dass sich auf der Elektrodenoberfl\u00e4che eine Festelektrolyt-Grenzschicht (SEI) und eine positive Elektroden-Elektrolyt-Grenzschicht (CEI) gebildet hatten. Da die urspr\u00fcngliche negative Elektrodenfolie kein Lithium enthielt, wurde der Lithiumgehalt der negativen Elektrodenfolie der Kontrollbatterie als der Lithiumgehalt der SEI-Schicht angenommen. Der Lithiumgehalt der positiven Elektrodenfolie der Kontrollbatterie abz\u00fcglich des Lithiumgehalts der urspr\u00fcnglichen Elektrodenfolie wurde als der zus\u00e4tzliche Lithiumgehalt der CEI-Schicht angenommen.
