Dazu geh\u00f6ren der ohmsche Innenwiderstand, der Ladungs\u00fcbertragungswiderstand und der Polarisationswiderstand. Der DCR-Test berechnet den Innenwiderstand (R = \u0394U\/I) durch Anlegen eines konstanten Stroms und Messung der Spannungs\u00e4nderung. Dies spiegelt die dynamischen Impedanzeigenschaften der Batterie unter realen Betriebsbedingungen wider. Zu diesen ohmschen Widerst\u00e4nden z\u00e4hlen der Elektrodenwiderstand, der Elektrolytwiderstand und der Separatorwiderstand. Er gibt Aufschluss \u00fcber die Alterung und die verbleibende Lebensdauer der Batterie. Der DCR-Wert (Dynamic Coefficient) ist ein wichtiger Indikator zur Bewertung des SOH von Lithiumbatterien. Eine neue Batterie weist einen extrem niedrigen DCR-Wert auf. Dies liegt daran, dass in der Anfangsphase der Batterieherstellung die Elektrodenmaterialstruktur intakt, die Elektrolytleistung hervorragend, die Ionenleitf\u00e4higkeit des Separators optimal und der Innenwiderstand gering ist. Mit zunehmender Anzahl an Lade- und Entladezyklen ver\u00e4ndert sich die Struktur des Elektrodenmaterials, wodurch der Innenwiderstand und somit auch der DCR-Wert steigen. Durch die \u00dcberwachung der DCR-\u00c4nderungen l\u00e4sst sich die Alterung der Batterie in Echtzeit verfolgen und somit eine Grundlage f\u00fcr Austausch und Wartung schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">(2) Korrelation mit anderen Batterieleistungsparametern<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">Der DCR-Wert steht in engem Zusammenhang mit anderen Leistungsparametern der Batterie. Er beeinflusst beispielsweise die Kapazit\u00e4tserhaltung. Mit steigendem DCR-Wert erh\u00f6ht sich der Energieverlust der Batterie beim Laden und Entladen, was zu einer Verringerung der tats\u00e4chlich nutzbaren Kapazit\u00e4t f\u00fchrt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wirkt sich der DCR-Wert auch auf die Selbstentladungsrate der Batterie aus. In der Praxis ben\u00f6tigen viele Ger\u00e4te Batterien, die hohe Entladestr\u00f6me aushalten, beispielsweise zum Schnellladen von Mobiltelefonen oder zum Beschleunigen von Elektrofahrzeugen. Unterst\u00fctzt ein Mobiltelefon beispielsweise Schnellladen, steigt der Ladestrom deutlich an. Ein niedriger DCR-Wert der Batterie minimiert den internen Spannungsabfall bei hoher Stromabgabe, wodurch die Batterie effizient Energie aufnimmt und schnelles Laden erm\u00f6glicht wird. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sorgt ein niedriger DCR-Wert f\u00fcr eine stabilere Ausgangsleistung der Batterie und verhindert \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Spannungsschwankungen, die den Ger\u00e4tebetrieb beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember74\">(2) Sch\u00e4den eines gro\u00dfen DCR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">Bei zu hohem Gleichstromwiderstand (DCR) sinkt die Batteriespannung w\u00e4hrend der Entladung deutlich. Beim Beschleunigen eines Elektrofahrzeugs ben\u00f6tigt der Motor bei zu hohem DCR einen h\u00f6heren Strom, wodurch die Batteriespannung rapide abf\u00e4llt. Unterschreitet die Spannung einen bestimmten Wert, greift das Batteriemanagementsystem (BMS) ein, um den Ausgangsstrom der Batterie zu begrenzen. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer verminderten Leistung des Elektrofahrzeugs und kann sogar zu Beschleunigungsproblemen f\u00fchren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erzeugt ein zu hoher DCR w\u00e4hrend der Entladung \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige W\u00e4rme in der Batterie.
