Sie nutzen eine dreistufige I-Typ\/T-Typ-Topologie mit ANPC- oder NPC-Schaltungen. Einphasen-Wechselrichter\/Umrichter verwenden eine H5\/H6-Topologie. Die Hardware von PV-Wechselrichtern und -Umrichtern ist nahezu identisch; lediglich die DC-seitigen Verdrahtungsschnittstellen unterscheiden sich geringf\u00fcgig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">Die DC-Seite eines <strong>Photovoltaik-Wechselrichter<\/strong> ist mit Photovoltaikmodulen verbunden. Die Abbildung unten zeigt die Strom-Spannungs-Kennlinie eines Photovoltaikmoduls. Unter bestimmten Bedingungen, wie beispielsweise einer Bestrahlungsst\u00e4rke von 1000 W\/m\u00b2, bleibt der Strom des Moduls im Spannungsbereich von 0\u201335 V stabil bei \u00fcber 18 A. Mit steigender Spannung sinkt der Strom. Die Strom-Spannungs-Kennlinie zeigt, dass das Photovoltaikmodul beim Erzeugen von Strom einen stabilen Strom aufrechterh\u00e4lt und somit die Eigenschaften einer Stromquelle aufweist. Seine Spannung hingegen variiert kontinuierlich und wird von Faktoren wie Bestrahlungsst\u00e4rke, Temperatur, Luftqualit\u00e4t und Oberfl\u00e4chenreinheit beeinflusst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/D5612AQHCdlCk5pB_Hg\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/B56ZkxXQeBG0AQ-\/0\/1757469805415?e=1768435200&amp;v=beta&amp;t=cwzGnLmZUFM_4_4xDTE0zZ9VKyWBqyehhMY5M3i0jrM\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.3792360325413502;width:476px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember65\">Die von einem Photovoltaikmodul erzeugte Leistung (P) berechnet sich nach dem Produkt aus Spannung (U) und Stromst\u00e4rke (I). Entlang der IV-Kennlinie entspricht die Fl\u00e4che des Rechtecks, das durch die Werte f\u00fcr Spannung (V) auf der horizontalen und Stromst\u00e4rke (I) auf der vertikalen Achse gebildet wird, der erzeugten Leistung des Moduls. Innerhalb dieser Rechtecke ist die maximale Fl\u00e4che der Leistungswert, bei dem der MPPT-Punkt (Maximum Power Point Tracking) erreicht wird. Die PV-Kennlinie des Moduls ist unten dargestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">Der MPPT-Punkt eines Moduls befindet sich auf einem H\u00fcgelkamm, \u00e4hnlich dem Gipfel eines kleinen H\u00fcgels. Die PV-Kennlinie zeigt, dass sich die von einem Photovoltaikmodul erzeugte Leistung st\u00e4ndig \u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/D5612AQFzloe4vBcRNg\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/B56ZkxZHJrHcAQ-\/0\/1757470291501?e=1768435200&amp;v=beta&amp;t=D_CjpIl3jphR-ZOunnpLQhj-wT_Vnl6VtaLSFbD2HgE\" alt=\"\u6587\u7ae0\u5185\u5bb9\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.3532443504691423;width:476px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">Da Photovoltaik-Batterien w\u00e4hrend der Stromerzeugung keine stabile Spannung und Leistung erzeugen k\u00f6nnen, <strong>Photovoltaik-Wechselrichter<\/strong> Photovoltaikanlagen k\u00f6nnen w\u00e4hrend der Stromerzeugung keine Wechselspannung und -frequenz erzeugen. Sie eignen sich daher nur f\u00fcr netzgekoppelte Anwendungen und nutzen eine Phasenregelschleife (PLL), um die Leistung entsprechend den sinusf\u00f6rmigen Spannungs- und Stromverl\u00e4ufen des Netzes einzuspeisen. Aus diesem Grund werden Photovoltaikanlagen oft auch als Stromquellen oder P\/Q-Quellen bezeichnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">Die Gleichstromseite des PCs ist mit einer elektrochemischen\/wiederaufladbaren Batterie verbunden. Ein typisches Beispiel ist eine LFP-Batterie. Die folgende Abbildung zeigt eine Lade- und Entladekurve (SOC-V-Kurve) sowie eine Tabelle f\u00fcr eine LFP-Batterie. Die Spannung einer Lithiumbatterie \u00e4ndert sich ausschlie\u00dflich mit dem Ladezustand (SOC). Im transienten Betrieb ist ihre Spannung stabil und weist keine pl\u00f6tzlichen Anstiege oder Abf\u00e4lle auf. Die Lade- und Entladeleistung (P) entspricht der Spannung (U) multipliziert mit dem Strom (I). Bei einer festen Spannung l\u00e4sst sich die Ausgangsleistung einfach durch die Steuerung von Stromst\u00e4rke und -richtung regeln. Beim Laden\/Entladen\/Wechselrichtern im netzgekoppelten Betrieb (Folgebetrieb) nutzt der PC eine Phasenregelschleife (PLL), die Energie entsprechend den sinusf\u00f6rmigen Spannungs- und Stromverl\u00e4ufen des Netzes einspeist oder aufnimmt. Im Inselbetrieb (Netzanschluss) sind Spannung und Leistung des Gleichstromnetzteils regelbar. <strong>St\u00fcck <\/strong>Die Wechselspannung und -frequenz k\u00f6nnen eingestellt werden. Ein DSP-Chip steuert die Erzeugung der sinusf\u00f6rmigen Kennlinien f\u00fcr Netzspannung und -strom sowie der Frequenzen von 50\/60 Hz.
