F\u00e4llt das BMS aus, beeintr\u00e4chtigt dies die Lebensdauer des Batteriesystems und reduziert die Reichweite des Fahrzeugs oder kann sogar zu thermischem Durchgehen und thermischen Sicherheitsproblemen f\u00fchren;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">Die Fehlerursache muss genau analysiert werden. Der Ausfall des Batteriesystems h\u00e4ngt nicht nur mit der Batterie selbst zusammen, sondern auch mit dem Ausfall des Batteriemanagementsystems (BMS). Ein Versagen der BMS-Spannungserkennung f\u00fchrt zu einer \u00dcberladung oder Tiefentladung der Batterie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">Die Verbindung, der Drahtpressvorgang oder ein schlechter Kontakt f\u00fchren zum Ausfall der Spannungserkennungsleitung, das BMS erh\u00e4lt keine Spannungsinformationen, und der Ladevorgang wird nicht wie vorgesehen gestoppt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">2. Ausfall der BMS-Stromerkennung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">Der Hall-Sensor f\u00e4llt aus, das Batteriemanagementsystem (BMS) kann keinen Strom erfassen, der Ladezustand (SOC) l\u00e4sst sich nicht berechnen und die Abweichung ist gro\u00df. Eine fehlerhafte Stromerkennung kann zu einem zu hohen Ladestrom f\u00fchren. Ein hoher Ladestrom verursacht eine hohe interne W\u00e4rmeentwicklung der Batteriezelle, die einen bestimmten Wert \u00fcberschreitet. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer verminderten Membranfestigkeit und beeintr\u00e4chtigt die Batterielebensdauer erheblich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">3. Ausfall der BMS-Temperaturerkennung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">Wenn das Batteriemanagementsystem (BMS) die Temperatur der Batterie nicht mehr erkennt, kann die Betriebstemperatur der Batterie zu hoch werden und eine irreversible Reaktion ausl\u00f6sen, was einen gro\u00dfen Einfluss auf die Batteriekapazit\u00e4t und den Innenwiderstand hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">Zum einen beeintr\u00e4chtigt es die Lebensdauer, und noch gef\u00e4hrlicher ist, dass Hochtemperaturbatterien zum Aufquellen, Auslaufen, Explodieren und anderen Problemen neigen, was schlie\u00dflich zu einem thermischen Durchgehen und Sicherheitsproblemen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">4. Versagen der Isolations\u00fcberwachung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Isolationsfehler treten auf, wenn das Batteriesystem verformt wird oder ausl\u00e4uft. Wird dies vom Batteriemanagementsystem (BMS) nicht erkannt, besteht Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag. Daher muss das BMS h\u00f6chste Anforderungen an die \u00dcberwachungssensoren stellen. Die Vermeidung von Systemausf\u00e4llen tr\u00e4gt wesentlich zur Sicherheit der Batterie bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember74\">5. Problem der elektromagnetischen Vertr\u00e4glichkeit: Kommunikationsausfall<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember75\">Bei der Pr\u00fcfung der elektromagnetischen Vertr\u00e4glichkeit (EMV) des Geb\u00e4udeautomationssystems (BMS) wird haupts\u00e4chlich dessen F\u00e4higkeit zur Unempfindlichkeit gegen\u00fcber elektromagnetischen St\u00f6rungen getestet.
