{"id":1703,"date":"2025-02-06T09:56:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-06T01:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/?p=1703"},"modified":"2025-12-25T10:03:26","modified_gmt":"2025-12-25T02:03:26","slug":"analyse-der-gangigen-strukturen-von-batteriepacks-fur-neue-energiefahrzeuge-ctm-ctp-ctb-und-ctc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/de\/analysis-of-the-mainstream-structures-of-new-energy-vehicle-battery-packs-ctm-ctp-ctb-and-ctc\/","title":{"rendered":"Analyse der g\u00e4ngigen Strukturen von Batteriepacks f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge: CTM, CTP, CTB und CTC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1693\">Die derzeit g\u00e4ngigsten Strukturen f\u00fcr Batteriepacks sind CTM, CTP, CTB und CTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember62\">CTM (Zelle-zu-Modul): Bei CTM wird die Batteriezelle auf dem Modul integriert und anschlie\u00dfend das Modul mithilfe des Geh\u00e4uses zu einem Batteriepack verkapselt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember63\">CTP (Zelle-zu-Pack): Die Batteriezelle wird direkt in den Akku integriert, wodurch die Verbindung zwischen Modul und Batterie entf\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember64\">CTB (Zelle zu Geh\u00e4use): Das Geh\u00e4use selbst hat keine Bodenplatte, und die obere Abdeckung der Batterie ist mit der Bodenplatte des Geh\u00e4uses verbunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember65\">CTC (Zelle-zu-Chassis): Die Batteriezelle wird direkt auf der einteiligen gestanzten Bodenplatte montiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\"><strong>CTM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">Das ist derzeit die g\u00e4ngigste Methode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">Vorteile: ausgereifte Technologie; bequeme Wartung nach dem Kauf, das defekte Modul kann separat ausgetauscht werden, und der gesamte Akku muss nicht verschrottet werden;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember69\">Nachteile: Geringe Ausnutzung des Akkuvolumens. Tesla ist ein typisches Beispiel. Die Struktur \u00e4hnelt stark der CTB-Bauweise, und die Vorteile sind vergleichbar.
