Die Hauptaufgabe des Moduls besteht somit in der Verbindung, Fixierung und dem Schutz der Zellen. Die Verbindungsart zwischen den Zellen und dem Batteriemodul beeinflusst nicht nur die Fertigungseffizienz, sondern auch die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit der Batterie unter Last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Lithium-Batteriemodul kann als Zwischenprodukt von Lithium-Ionen-Zellen und -Packs verstanden werden, die durch Reihen- und Parallelschaltung dieser Zellen entstehen. Seine Struktur muss die Zelle st\u00fctzen, fixieren und sch\u00fctzen. Dies l\u00e4sst sich in drei Hauptkriterien zusammenfassen: mechanische Festigkeit, elektrische Leistung, thermische Leistung und Fehlertoleranz. Die Qualit\u00e4t eines Lithium-Batteriemoduls wird anhand folgender Kriterien beurteilt: Fixierung der Zelle und Schutz vor sch\u00e4dlicher Verformung, Erf\u00fcllung der Anforderungen an die Stromtragf\u00e4higkeit und Kontrolle der Zelltemperatur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der gesamte Prozess der Entwicklung von Lithium-Batteriemodulen umfasst die Ziele der Modulentwicklung, die Integration der Details der Modulentwicklung und einen vollst\u00e4ndigen Verifizierungsprozess der Modulentwicklung, einschlie\u00dflich Struktur, elektrischer Sicherheit und K\u00fchlungssicherheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der erste Teil ist in mehrere Designebenen unterteilt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um den Anforderungen an die Fahrzeugeigenschaften gerecht zu werden, wird das Produkt haupts\u00e4chlich in Strukturdesign, elektrisches Design, thermisches Design und Sicherheitsdesign unterteilt. Entsprechend den Anforderungen an die Zelle wird gen\u00fcgend Druck erzeugt, wodurch die Ausdehnung der Zelle wirksam verhindert und im Laufe der Lebensdauer eine gewisse Unterst\u00fctzung gew\u00e4hrleistet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der zweite Teil, der Herstellungsprozess:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am wichtigsten ist die Zellenanordnung, von der Einzelzelle bis zum Stapeln, Schwei\u00dfen, Probenahmelinienlayout, CMU-Layout, der gesamte Prozess und die Anlagenmontage haben spezifische Anforderungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der dritte Teil, Wartungsaspekte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der erste Schritt besteht in der Herstellung des Produkts.
