Fejl i BMS-sp\u00e6ndingsdetektering f\u00f8rer til overopladning eller overafladning af batteriet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember66\">Forbindelsen, ledningstrykningen eller d\u00e5rlig kontakt f\u00f8rer til svigt i sp\u00e6ndingsdetekteringslinjen, BMS&#039;en har ingen sp\u00e6ndingsinformation, og opladningen stopper ikke, n\u00e5r den skal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember67\">2. Fejl i BMS-str\u00f8mregistrering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember68\">Hall-sensoren svigter, BMS kan ikke opsamle str\u00f8m, SOC kan ikke beregnes, og afvigelsen er stor. Fejl i BMS-temperaturregistrering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember70\">N\u00e5r BMS&#039;en ikke kan registrere batteriets temperatur, kan batteriets driftstemperatur v\u00e6re for h\u00f8j til at for\u00e5rsage en irreversibel reaktion, hvilket har stor indflydelse p\u00e5 batteriets kapacitet og indre modstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember71\">P\u00e5 den ene side p\u00e5virker det levetiden, og endnu farligere er det, at h\u00f8jtemperaturbatterier er tilb\u00f8jelige til at h\u00e6ve, l\u00e6kker, eksplodere og andre problemer, hvilket i sidste ende f\u00f8rer til termisk l\u00f8bskhed og sikkerhedsproblemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember72\">4. Fejl i isolationsoverv\u00e5gning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember73\">Isolationsfejl vil opst\u00e5, n\u00e5r batterisystemet deformeres eller l\u00e6kker. Hvis BMS&#039;en ikke registrerer det, kan personer blive dr\u00e6bt af elektrisk st\u00f8d. Derfor b\u00f8r BMS&#039;en have de h\u00f8jeste krav til overv\u00e5gningssensorer.
