Overv\u00e5gning af batteristatus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember641\"><strong>Sp\u00e6ndingsoverv\u00e5gning:<\/strong> Realtidsoverv\u00e5gning af sp\u00e6ndingen i hver battericelle og hele batteripakken, der pr\u00e6cist indsamler sp\u00e6ndingsdata for hurtigt at opdage sp\u00e6ndingsafvigelser, s\u00e5som oversp\u00e6nding, undersp\u00e6nding osv., og give grundl\u00e6ggende oplysninger til sikker brug og ydeevneevaluering af batteriet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember642\"><strong>Nuv\u00e6rende overv\u00e5gning:<\/strong> M\u00e5l n\u00f8jagtigt str\u00f8mst\u00f8rrelsen og -retningen under batteriets opladnings- og afladningsproces, forst\u00e5 batteriets opladnings- og afladningsstatus og energiflow, og beregn derefter batteriets opladnings- og afladningskapacitet, hvilket giver et vigtigt grundlag for at estimere den resterende batterikapacitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember643\"><strong>Temperaturoverv\u00e5gning:<\/strong> Realtidsoverv\u00e5gning af temperaturen p\u00e5 forskellige steder p\u00e5 batteripakken. Evaluering af batteristatus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember646\"><strong>SOC-estimering: <\/strong>Baseret p\u00e5 batteriets sp\u00e6nding, str\u00f8m, temperatur og andre parametre bruges flere algoritmer, s\u00e5som ampere-time-integrationsmetode, \u00e5ben kredsl\u00f8bssp\u00e6ndingsmetode, neurale netv\u00e6rksmetode osv., til at estimere den resterende batterikapacitet i realtid, s\u00e5 brugerne tydeligt kan forst\u00e5 den tilg\u00e6ngelige batterikapacitet og dermed rimeligt kan arrangere brugen af udstyret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember647\"><strong>Vurdering af sundhedstilstand (SOH): <\/strong>Ved at analysere batteriets opladnings- og afladningshistorik, \u00e6ndringer i den indre modstand, kapacitetsd\u00e6mpning osv. vurderes batteriets tilstand, batteriets resterende levetid forudsiges, og der gives en reference til batteriudskiftning og vedligeholdelse, hvilket bidrager til at forbedre udstyrets p\u00e5lidelighed og stabilitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember648\">3. Opladnings- og afladningsstyring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember649\"><strong>Opladningskontrol:<\/strong> Under opladningsprocessen styres ladestr\u00f8mmen og -sp\u00e6ndingen n\u00f8jagtigt i henhold til batteriets status og opladningskrav for at sikre, at batteriet kan oplades p\u00e5 en sikker og effektiv m\u00e5de, forhindre overopladning, underopladning og overophedning og forl\u00e6nge batteriets levetid. For eksempel anvendes konstant str\u00f8m-konstant sp\u00e6ndingsopladningstilstand. Ved begyndelsen af opladningen oplades batteriet med en konstant str\u00f8m. N\u00e5r batterisp\u00e6ndingen n\u00e5r en bestemt v\u00e6rdi, skifter det til konstant sp\u00e6ndingsopladning, indtil opladningen er afsluttet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember650\"><strong>Udledningskontrol: <\/strong>Overv\u00e5g batteriets afladningsproces for at forhindre overafladelse. N\u00e5r batterisp\u00e6ndingen eller -str\u00f8mmen n\u00e5r den indstillede nedre gr\u00e6nse, afbrydes afladningskredsl\u00f8bet i tide for at beskytte batteriet mod uoprettelig skade. Samtidig allokeres batteriets udgangseffekt rimeligt i henhold til belastningskravene for at sikre, at batteriet kan levere stabil str\u00f8m under forskellige driftsforhold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember651\">4. Batterisikkerhedsbeskyttelse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember652\"><strong>Oversp\u00e6ndingsbeskyttelse:<\/strong> N\u00e5r sp\u00e6ndingen p\u00e5 en batteripakke eller en enkelt celle overstiger sikkerhedst\u00e6rsklen, vil BMS&#039;en hurtigt tr\u00e6ffe foranstaltninger, s\u00e5som at afbryde ladekredsl\u00f8bet eller begr\u00e6nse ladesp\u00e6ndingen, for at forhindre batteriet i at bule ud, br\u00e6nde eller endda eksplodere p\u00e5 grund af oversp\u00e6nding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember653\"><strong>Overstr\u00f8msbeskyttelse:<\/strong> N\u00e5r det registreres, at batteriets opladnings- og afladningsstr\u00f8m overstiger den maksimalt tilladte v\u00e6rdi, vil BMS&#039;en \u00f8jeblikkeligt afbryde kredsl\u00f8bet for at forhindre, at batteriet og andet udstyr beskadiges af overstr\u00f8m, og ogs\u00e5 for at forhindre overophedning og brandrisiko for\u00e5rsaget af for h\u00f8j str\u00f8m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember654\"><strong>Overophedningsbeskyttelse: <\/strong>N\u00e5r batteritemperaturen er for h\u00f8j, starter BMS&#039;en varmeafledningsmekanismen, f.eks. ved at t\u00e6nde ventilatoren eller stoppe opladnings- og afladningsoperationen, for at reducere batteritemperaturen og forhindre batteriet i at fremskynde aldring eller sikkerhedsrisici p\u00e5 grund af h\u00f8j temperatur. Balancestyring:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember658\">P\u00e5 grund af forskelle i fremstillingsproces, startkapacitet, selvafladningshastighed osv. blandt cellerne i batteripakken er der en tendens til uoverensstemmelser under opladning og afladning, hvilket resulterer i et fald i batteripakkens samlede ydeevne. BMS bruger aktiv eller passiv balanceringsteknologi til at afbalancere cellerne i batteripakken, s\u00e5 hver celle kan oplades og aflades i n\u00e6sten identisk tilstand, hvilket forbedrer batteripakkens samlede kapacitet og levetid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember659\">6.
