Indvirkningen af lav batteritemperatur p\u00e5 batteriets afladningskapacitet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3157\">Kapacitet er en af de vigtigste parametre for litiumbatterier, og dens st\u00f8rrelse \u00e6ndrer sig med temperaturen. De to kurver i figuren nedenfor er temperaturkapacitetskurver opn\u00e5et ved at aflade batteriet ved 0,1 \u00b0C og 0,3 \u00b0C ved forskellige temperaturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1681\" style=\"width:466px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39.png 800w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39-600x375.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-39-768x480.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3159\">Kapaciteten \u00f8ges naturligvis gradvist, n\u00e5r temperaturen stiger. Kapaciteten ved -20 \u2103 er kun omkring 60% af kapaciteten ved 15 \u2103. Ud over kapaciteten vil batteriets tomgangssp\u00e6nding ogs\u00e5 falde med stigende temperatur. Vi ved alle, at energien i batteriet er produktet af kapacitet og polsp\u00e6nding. N\u00e5r begge multipla aftager, skal energien i batteriet v\u00e6re superpositionen af de to aftagende effekter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3160\">N\u00e5r batteritemperaturen er lav, falder aktiviteten af det positive elektrodemateriale, hvilket reducerer antallet af lithiumioner, der kan bev\u00e6ge sig og bringe afladningsstr\u00f8m, hvilket er den grundl\u00e6ggende \u00e5rsag til faldet i kapacitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3161\">2. Indflydelsen af lav batteritemperatur p\u00e5 batteriets indre modstand<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3162\">Forholdet mellem litiumbatteriets temperatur og modstand er vist i figuren nedenfor. Forskellige kurver repr\u00e6senterer forskellige opladningsniveauer for selve batteriet. I enhver opladningssituation vil batteriets indre modstand stige betydeligt, n\u00e5r temperaturen falder. Jo lavere opladningen er, desto st\u00f8rre er den indre modstand, og denne tendens forbliver u\u00e6ndret med temperatur\u00e6ndringer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1682\" style=\"width:454px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40.png 800w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40-600x375.png 600w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bosaenergy.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-40-768x480.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3164\">N\u00e5r batteritemperaturen er lav, forringes diffusionen og mobiliteten af ladede ioner i de positive og negative elektrodematerialer, og det er vanskeligt at passere gennem passiveringsfilmen mellem elektroden og elektrolytten. Overf\u00f8rselshastigheden i elektrolytten reduceres ogs\u00e5, og der genereres en stor m\u00e6ngde varme under overf\u00f8rselsprocessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3165\">Efter at lithiumionerne n\u00e5r den negative elektrode, bliver diffusionen inde i det negative elektrodemateriale ogs\u00e5 uj\u00e6vn. Gennem hele processen bliver bev\u00e6gelsen af ladede ioner meget vanskelig. Udefra betyder det, at battericellens indre modstand er steget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3166\">3. Indvirkningen af lav batteritemperatur p\u00e5 batteriets opladnings- og afladningseffektivitet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3167\">F\u00f8lgende kurve viser kurven for opladningseffektiviteten, der \u00e6ndrer sig med temperaturen. Under afladningsprocessen forbruges en stor m\u00e6ngde elektrisk energi p\u00e5 den indre modstand, hvilket genererer varme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember3170\">Lithiumbatteri med lav temperaturforvarmningsteknologi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3171\">Stillet over for restriktionerne for brugen af lithiumbatterier, n\u00e5r batteritemperaturen er lav, har teknikere fundet en modforanstaltning til opladning og forvarmning. Selvom det er en midlertidig foranstaltning, har det en betydelig effekt p\u00e5 at forbedre afladningskapaciteten og den lange levetid for lithiumbatterier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember3172\">F\u00f8r opladning eller brug af litiumbatterier i et milj\u00f8 med lav batteritemperatur, skal batteriet forvarmes.
