Forskellen i SOC afspejles intuitivt i batteriernes forskellige sp\u00e6ndinger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6084\">Hvis man antager, at SOC&#039;en for et batteri i batteripakken er h\u00f8jere end for andre celler, vil dette batteri f\u00f8rst blive fuldt opladet under opladningsprocessen, hvilket f\u00e5r opladningen af andre celler til at stoppe, f\u00f8r den nominelle kapacitet n\u00e5r. P\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de, hvis man antager, at SOC&#039;en for et batteri er lavere end for andre celler, vil det f\u00f8rst n\u00e5 afladningsafbrydelsessp\u00e6ndingen under afladningsprocessen, hvilket f\u00e5r andre celler til at have restkapacitet, der ikke kan frigives.;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6085\">Derfor kan vi drage den konklusion, at batterier er forskellige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember6086\"><strong>1. Definition og betydning af batteribalancering<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6087\">Definition: Batteribalancering refererer til brugen af specifikke teknologier og metoder til at f\u00e5 hver battericelle i batteripakken til at n\u00e5 en relativt ensartet tilstand med hensyn til sp\u00e6nding, kapacitet og tilstand, hvorved hele batteripakkens ydeevne og levetid forbedres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6088\">Betydning: Forbedring af batteripakkens ydeevne: Gennem balancering kan forringelse af hele batteripakkens ydeevne, der for\u00e5rsages af forringelse af de enkelte batteriers ydeevne, undg\u00e5s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6089\">Forl\u00e6ng batteriets levetid: Balancering kan reducere sp\u00e6ndings- og kapacitetsforskellene mellem battericeller, reducere batteriets indre modstand og dermed forl\u00e6nge batteriets levetid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6090\">Forbedre sikkerheden: Balancering kan forhindre overopladning eller overafladning af battericeller og reducere risikoen for sikkerhedsfarer s\u00e5som termisk l\u00f8bskhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember6091\"><strong>2. Batteribalanceringsmetode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6092\">F\u00f8lgende introducerer prim\u00e6rt BMS-balanceringsfunktionen. Gennem BMS-balanceringsfunktionen kan uoverensstemmelser mellem hver battericelle reduceres, og batteripakkens tilg\u00e6ngelige kapacitet kan \u00f8ges. De vigtigste balanceringsmetoder, der anvendes i \u00f8jeblikket, er passiv balancering (energiafledningsbalancering) og aktiv balancering (ikke-energiafledningsbalancering, energioverf\u00f8rselsbalancering).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6093\">Der er to hovedmetoder til batteribalancering: aktiv balancering og passiv balancering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6094\">Aktiv balancering: Aktiv balancering er en teknologi, der opn\u00e5r sp\u00e6ndingsbalancering mellem battericeller ved energioverf\u00f8rsel. Den opn\u00e5r en mere pr\u00e6cis balancering ved at overf\u00f8re energi fra en enkelt celle med en h\u00f8jere kapacitet til en enkelt celle med en lavere kapacitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6096\">Denne overf\u00f8rsel kan opn\u00e5s gennem teknologier som kondensatorer og transformere. Hvis en enkelt celle under opladningsprocessen f\u00f8rst n\u00e5r den \u00f8vre gr\u00e6nse for driftssp\u00e6ndingen, vil BMS&#039;en identificere den enkelte celle med en lavere kapacitet og overf\u00f8re energi fra h\u00f8jsp\u00e6ndingsbatteriet til lavsp\u00e6ndingsbatteriet via balanceringskredsl\u00f8bet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6098\">Fordele: h\u00f8j energiudnyttelse, hurtig afbalanceringshastighed og kan forbedre batteripakkens samlede ydeevne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6099\">Ulemper: kompleks kontrolalgoritme og h\u00f8je produktionsomkostninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6100\">Passiv afbalancering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6101\">Princip: Ved energiforbrug afgives overskydende energi i h\u00f8jsp\u00e6ndings- eller h\u00f8jkapacitetsbattericeller i form af varmeenergi, hvorved sp\u00e6nding og kapacitet reduceres, og der opn\u00e5s balance mellem battericellerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6103\">Passiv balancering (energiafledningsbalancering) opn\u00e5s ved at kortslutte den parallelle modstand i det enkelte batteri. Energien fra batteriet med en h\u00f8jere ladetilstand i batteripakken forbruges gennem den parallelle modstand for at opn\u00e5 balance med andre batterier i gruppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6105\">Typisk passiv balancering implementeres som f\u00f8lger: Sp\u00e6ndingen for hvert enkelt batteri m\u00e5les i den h\u00f8je eller lave ende af SOC&#039;en. N\u00e5r sp\u00e6ndingen for nogle enkeltbatterier overstiger batteripakkens gennemsnitlige sp\u00e6nding, beregnes den estimerede balanceringstid baseret p\u00e5 sp\u00e6ndingsforskellen eller den enkelte SOC-forskel, og derefter t\u00e6ndes parallelmodstanden for disse h\u00f8jenergibatterier, s\u00e5 en del af deres energi forbruges p\u00e5 parallelmodstanden, og endelig opn\u00e5s balancen for hele batterigruppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6106\">Fordele: enkel implementering og lave omkostninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6107\">Ulemper: stort energitab, langsom afbalanceringshastighed og varmegenerering, der kan f\u00e5 batteripakkens temperatur til at stige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember6109\"><strong>3. Batteribalanceringsproces<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6110\">Batteribalanceringsprocessen omfatter normalt f\u00f8lgende trin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6111\">Detektion: Registrer sp\u00e6nding, str\u00f8m, temperatur og andre parametre for hver battericelle i batteripakken via BMS&#039;en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6112\">Vurdering: Bestem, om der er forskelle mellem battericeller, og graden af forskel baseret p\u00e5 detektionsresultaterne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember6113\">Udf\u00f8r afbalancering: V\u00e6lg den passende afbalanceringsmetode baseret p\u00e5 vurderingsresultaterne, og udf\u00f8r afbalanceringsoperationen.
