Det kan generelt testes med et multimeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Driftssp\u00e6nding (WV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potentialforskellen mellem batteriets positive og negative terminaler under ekstern belastning, dvs. n\u00e5r der l\u00f8ber str\u00f8m gennem batteriet i kredsl\u00f8bet. N\u00e5r batteriet er i drift, vil der l\u00f8be str\u00f8m gennem batteriet. P\u00e5 grund af den indre modstand og belastningsmodstanden i selve batteriet er batteriets driftssp\u00e6nding altid lavere end tomgangssp\u00e6ndingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afladningsafbrydelsessp\u00e6nding (DCV):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Henviser til batteriets elektriske energi, afladning for at n\u00e5 den indstillede sp\u00e6nding, generelt er den indstillede sp\u00e6nding 3,0 V eller derover, overafladning vil have uoprettelig indvirkning p\u00e5 batteriet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.<\/strong><strong>Batterikapacitet (Ah eller mAh)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Batterikapacitet refererer til den m\u00e6ngde elektricitet, der frigives af batteriet under bestemte forhold (afladningshastighed, temperatur, termineringssp\u00e6nding osv.), hvilket er en af de vigtige indikatorer for batteriets elektriske ydeevne. Den udtrykkes i C og udtrykkes i Ah (amperetimer) eller mAh (mahtimer). Batteriets indre modstand (m\u03a9)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den indre modstand i et batteri er modstanden mod at flyde gennem en str\u00f8m. Batteriets indre modstand p\u00e5virkes prim\u00e6rt af batterimaterialer, produktionsteknologi, batteristruktur og andre faktorer. Det omfatter ohmsk indre modstand og polariseret indre modstand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ohmsk indre modstand: afh\u00e6nger af sammens\u00e6tningen af elektrodematerialet, elektrolytten, membranmodstanden, kontaktmodstanden mellem materialerne og kontaktmodstanden med huset. N\u00e5r et batteri aflades, f\u00f8lger den ohmske modstand Ohms lov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Polarisationsmodstand: Det er prim\u00e6rt den elektriske modstand for\u00e5rsaget af elektrokemisk polarisering og koncentrationsforskellen i polariseringen, der genereres, n\u00e5r batteriet flyder gennem den elektriske str\u00f8m. Opladningscykluslevetid<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et sekund\u00e6rt batteri kaldes en cyklus eller en cycle. Efter gentagen opladning og afladning falder batteriets kapacitet gradvist. Generelt skal lithiumbatterier oplades og aflades under standardforhold. N\u00e5r batterikapaciteten reduceres til 80%, er antallet af cyklusser, batteriet oplever, cyklussens levetid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e5virkende faktor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forkert brug af batterier, batterimaterialer, elektrolytsammens\u00e6tning og -koncentration, opladnings- og afladningsforhold, afladningsdybde (DOD%), temperatur og produktionsproces p\u00e5virker alle batteriernes levetid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5<\/strong><strong>. Energit\u00e6thed (Wh\/kg)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volumenspecifik energi eller massespecifik energi refererer til den energi, der frigives pr. volumen- eller masseenhed, normalt udtrykt som volumenenergit\u00e6thed (Wh\/L) eller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beregningsformel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volumen Energit\u00e6thed (Wh\/L) = Batterikapacitet (Ah) x gennemsnitlig afladningsplatform (V)\/batterivolumen (L)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masse Energit\u00e6thed (Wh\/kg) = Batterikapacitet (Ah) x Gennemsnitlig afladningsplatform (V)\/ Batteriv\u00e6gt (kg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6<\/strong><strong>. Batteriets opladnings- og afladningsdybde (SOC, DOD)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ladningsdybde: Forholdet mellem ladning og nominel kapacitet, normalt udtrykt som SOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Udledningsdybde: Udledningsdybden er forholdet mellem udledningskapaciteten og den nominelle kapacitet. Det betegnes normalt med DOD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvis kapaciteten af et 20Ah-batteri for eksempel aflades, bliver kapaciteten 4Ah, hvilket kan kaldes 80%DOD. Hvis batteriets kapacitet efter opladning er 10Ah, kan ladedybden for 50%SOC anvendes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7<\/strong><strong>. Opladnings- og afladningsforhold (A)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afladningshastighed: den str\u00f8mv\u00e6rdi, der kr\u00e6ves for at aflade batteriets nominelle kapacitet inden for en bestemt tid, hvilket er numerisk lig med et multiplum af batteriets nominelle kapacitet. Hvis afladningshastigheden f.eks. er 2C, er batteriets afladningsstr\u00f8m 2 gange batteriets kapacitet (enhed: A).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ladeforhold: Den hastighed, hvormed batteriet oplades, hvilket er lig med batteriets nominelle kapacitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klassificering af udledningshastighed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lav forst\u00f8rrelsesrate (&lt;0,5\u00b0C), medium forst\u00f8rrelsesrate (h\u00f8j) &gt;7,0\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Overafladning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvis batteriet under afladningsprocessen overskrider batteriets afladningssp\u00e6nding, men det forts\u00e6tter ogs\u00e5 med at aflade. Dette kan for\u00e5rsage en for\u00f8gelse af batteriets indre tryk og reversible skader p\u00e5 det positive og negative aktive materiale, hvilket reducerer batteriets kapacitet betydeligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Overopladning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvis batteriet forts\u00e6tter med at oplade, efter det har n\u00e5et fuld tilstand, kan det f\u00f8re til \u00f8get indre tryk, deformation af batteriet, l\u00e6kage om natten og andre forhold, og batteriets ydeevne vil blive betydeligt reduceret og beskadiget, eller endda farlig eksplosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10<\/strong><strong>. Lastkapacitet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r batteriets positive og negative ende er forbundet til det elektriske apparat, er den udgangseffekt, der driver det elektriske apparat til at arbejde, batteriets lastekapacitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.<\/strong><strong>Batteridannelse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efter at batteriet er samlet og indspr\u00f8jtet, aktiveres de positive og negative elektrodeaktive stoffer gennem bestemte opladnings- og afladningsmetoder for at forbedre batteriets opladnings- og afladningsydelse, selvafladning, opbevaring og anden omfattende ydeevne. F\u00f8rst efter at batteriet er dannet, kan dets sande ydeevne realiseres. Konsekvent batteripakke<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En batteripakke best\u00e5r af flere celler forbundet i serie og parallelt.
